Amazing! House was great and the location was perfect! Little too windy to get a boat of our own but that would have been great addition. We recommend this place to all friends

This cute little house sits right on the canal with gorgeous sunrises each morning and a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the upstairs balcony most days with the constant breeze. Very clean and thanks for the extras like soap, paper towels, and spices! We didn’t have to go to the store for any of those little extras, just food and drinks. We will definitely be back!

This was our second stay at this property and it was even better the second time! Super extra clean, lovely amenities, highly recommend!

The house was very nice. We rented a boat for the week and enjoyed having our boat just steps away. The outside areas upstairs and downstairs were wonderful. When we didn’t go out to eat we used the grill and ate outside. Thank you Sue, Art and Milo for allowing us to rent your home!

We enjoyed our stay, was comfortable, they had things there for us to use such as fishing poles, kayak, and the things that we would have at home as well so we didn’t have to worry about much.

Overall we had a great time the house had everything we needed quiet peaceful location. My grandson fished constantly. The beds were very comfortable.

had a wonderful time in Cudjoe Key with grands letting them experience Florida with snorkeling, swimming with dolphins and lots of boating. our place was beautiful and had everything. Love all the decks, access to the ocean and getting into our boat from the bottom deck. Loved our trip and all the amenities.

We had an amazing stay! It had all of the amenities that we needed, and we especially loved having breakfast on the porch overlooking the water. Breathtaking view!! Would definitely recommend to stay at if you are visiting the Keys!

Sue and Art have a great place. All the amenities are available and it’s just easy, thus are reason for always coming back and staying where we know.

First time to Venture Out but not to Cudjoe Key. Nice place, very clean and has all of the amenities you need. A few suggestions to make the stay even better. We arrived Wednesday evening because of flight delays (Wed/Wed rental). Trash is supposed to be put out on Wednesday for Thursday pick up. As a result, we had a backup of trash from previous guests. Outside trashcan very small. Secondly, we got bit pretty well by biting midges (no-see-ums). Not exactly sure where it happened (it happened to me before on Cudjoe Key) so bring repellent and wouldn't hurt to bring a small fogger. Thirdly, would have been nice to have some starter coffee available for Thursday morning before we had a chance to get to the grocery store. Lastly, would have been nice to have ESPN and other sports channels available instead of basic package. It was wild card NFL weekend and would have been nice to watch ESPN especially in HD. These are minor and the bottom line is I would return to this property if available in future trips.

We truly had a Thanksgiving to remember at Sue & Art's in Cudjoe Key. Booked it due to it being on the water and had a place for our boat, the two bed/bath was perfect for us and another couple. Everything about this place was wonderful, well stocked in all aspects including the kitchen!

Art and Sue have the perfect location on Cudjoe Key for anyone with or without a boat. The home is beautiful and was perfect for us (from Maryland) and our friends from Denver to meet up for a week of fun in the Keys. We were able to tie the boat up right outside in the canal off the back deck. The deck was our favorite place to sit and chat and enjoy watching pelicans, herons, and other birds. We would definitely recommend this as a rental.

Home was awesome but the community parking is crazy only allowed to have one vehicle inside the community. If you have a boat trailer you have to find some where to keep it they have no parking allowed

Beautiful home, stayed in a few others for n Venture Out but this is the BEST. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. Perfect for fishing, lobstering and laying by the pool. Full moon rising was breathtaking from our balcony.

Everything was as stated in description and the home was comfortable for our friends to stay with us. Sue was happy to assist us with additional trailer parking. We were able to cook two freshly caught fish meals on the grill. The home was centrally located between Key West (30 min drive) and Big Pine (about 22 min). Key west offers everything and if you are planning to pick up groceries on your way down Winn Dixie on Big Pine is the closest grocery and liquor store. There is a post office on premises but a local one also on Big Pine and an Ace Hardware. We found gas for our boat to be $0.10 cheaper at the Venture Out Marina than at the Shell on the way… places to eat nearby are SquareGrouper, Tiano’s Tiki, Kiki Tiki, and Boondocks. If you plan to do the Dry Tortugas ferry for the day, tickets sell out about 5 months in advance so buy tickets ahead and don’t even try to get on their waitlist!! Irish Kevin’s is the funnest bar and you have to spend one sunset at Mallory Square… my husband also made arrangements ahead of time for lunch at Little Palm Island which is very exclusive, but a magical place for sure! Enjoy your stay and know that booking with these owners is a great experience from beginning to end ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We love the Keys and this place was perfect for us. Anyone looking for an easy place to launch a boat and have excellent access to the Gulf and Atlantic then this is the place for you. The unit was clean and well equipped. We will be back.

Easy, no problems, very clean good ac and no smells. Plenty of room to park my f350 dually in the driveway and boat on the sea wall. Definitely recommend to anyone

Communication and Responsiveness from our host’s was top notch. The Home was well maintained and had all the amenities to support what we wanted to do during our stay. Sue and Art always replied back to our question we had. Their house was very nice beds slept great they were even adjustable. My 2 grandson's slept on the hideway bed they never complained at all. We rented a boat from Cudjoe boat rentals Dillon was very helpful on fishing spots. We loved the acess to the water. I have nothing bad to say at all it was great. Art came by as we were checking out a very nice man.We plan on staying again.

Our grandma used to live in Venture Out, so we came back to celebrate her! This location was perfect and had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze and contact with the owner was seemless. Would (and will) stay here again! Thank you!

A nice little house with everything you need in Florida Keys. Perfect location, near other Keys . Really enjoyed having dinner on the balcony and early morning coffee there too. Beds very comfortable, plenty of towels, only recommend a larger fry/sauté pan . We had a blast and would return in a heartbeat!

We were looking for a simple ocean side retreat and that is what we got. The location was perfect and Venture Out has all the amenities of a fancy resort without the price. Four adults had plenty of room to enjoy each other and still have some privacy. We had a great time.

My wife and I along with our friend and our little dog stayed at this location and we brought our boat and it was perfect! Proximity to Key West as well to make a day trip back to Marathon was great. Having our boat right outside the condo was perfect, all the amenities were right on point as well. We will definitely be booking again in the near future.

Third year in a row we’ve stayed at this property. Always enjoy it.
