Beautiful, clean condo. Great, safe location. Easy access to everything. We will definitely be going back!!

Property listed as stated, perfect for our needs. Good location and area.

Decent place - Door locks inoperative, we had to rig a lock for the exterior access to secure room. Also master bad and bath locks were inoperative. Parking was limited in garage. Elevators access was tough as the elevators were very slow and lots of people were using them. At the end of the stay we were charged $50 for a laminated parking pass that we accidentally kept.. even after offering to mail it back in.

Very clean, had all beach needs, perfect place for a family of any age!

The condo & location were great. Would have been better if the weather was warmer but we can't control that.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Beds were comfy, lots of activities for kids, and sunrises and sunsets were great to see on balcony.

We decided to take a quick family getaway to the beach. This place is perfect. The beach is just down the street with pedestrian crossings the whole way! All the toys needed for the beach were provided and even the wagon to transport! Food is super close and if you’re up for a walk there is a Publix within walking distance! Great place to stay, would recommend to anyone.

So happy with the condo we booked for family vacation! Great location, so clean, beds super comfortable, and the balcony view was superb!!

Property was fabulous. Water park was clutch for the family, beach was just a short walk. Unit was clean and stocked. Safe, great working utilities, etc Several nearby restaurants Would return in a heartbeat

The property was just as advertised. Great view of the inter coastal with dolphins and a manatee swimming by. Short walk to the beach with everything you need.

My family and I had a blast. Location is great for a family getaway. Beaches are beautiful and not crowded. Condo was nice and communication with property manager was great. Our only issue was the AC in one of the bedrooms. It wasn’t terribly hot, just not as cool as the rest of the condo. We found a box fan which did help the air flow into the room. Property manager was very responsive to our questions and requests. Beach was a short walk and the property even provided beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, cooler and beach wagon. Water park was definitely a plus for the kids. They loved ending the day at the water park after a day at the beach. Location was close to restaurants, ice cream shops, and other beaches. We had a rental car and took a short drive to St. Pete’s beach to meet some friends and take a boat to Shell Island to snorkel and shell hunt. Location was also close enough for us to take kids to a Tampa Bay Rays baseball game. We also did a day trip to Legoland which was less than 2 hours away. We loved our stay and are planning another trip! Thank you for a great time!

Great condo, well furnished, everything we needed except maybe could've used a chopping board, but everything else was great! Beautiful view, great location. Nice appliances/amenities. Wish there were more sufficient parking or we could've had 2 parking passes, as it was quite busy when we went, but that's the nature of tourism in Florida we have found. Everything else was great.

Couldn’t ask for a better location .. beautiful views of the boats going up and down the intercostal and then a short walk to the beach. The condo lay out is great. The inside of the condo was clean and fresh but the mound of garbage in the parking garage by the elevator was pretty nasty. The Waterpark was perfect for the Grands. We also enjoyed food and drinks at both The Rum Shack and Jimmy Guana’s. All in all I would recommend the resort. Loved Indian Rocks Beach area .. lots to see and do with a casual laid back vibe .. perfect for a relaxing family vacation !!

Fast, efficient, and responsive. Fun water park, and great location with restaurants and bars. Minor issues: parking garage fills up in the evening, minimal supplies (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.)

10/10 The property was exactly as the pics! Lovely, clean home. Bed extremely comfortable and walking distance to a beautiful beach. The water park was great! There were children on the property but they were not a bother at all.

Black mold on patio and inside floors. no access to sunset observation deck. Electric plugs sloppy. Lighting living room ceiling light kept going off and on. I mistakenly still have water pass cards. if you email me an address i will send them back. Water park was GREAT! overall had a great time!! only had 2 key cards instead of the 3.

Loved this condo. Everything was clean and well kept. The sunrises ans sets are amazing. I'd just like to add that if you're a shorter person like myself the beds are very high. I'll bring a step next time. Everything else was awesome though.

The property was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfy. I would stay there again.

We stayed there last Christmas and came back with 22 family members. We did rent another hotel unit too. Lots of teens, lots of food and kitchens were well stocked. Weather wasn't very hot so not too much water park use, but overall everyone had great time. Reinert family

Location is great. It could use a more thorough deep cleaning, as my baby got black knees and feet when she crawled around the floor. Appliances worked just fine, but master bedroom a little cramped. Bathrooms were nice, and view was very nice.

Most possibly the cleanest Vrbo we have ever stayed in! Loved the water park and area, so convenient. Easy walk to the beach, too. Definitely worth it!
