Would stay again! Kitchen very nicely stocked, open floorplan, clean, and updated. Convenient parking as well!

Everything was exactly as advertised and it was a comfortable, well stocked condo. Will definitely stay here again if back at Keystone!

We are a family of 5 that stayed at this property for a pond hockey tournament weekend in Jan ‘23. Having stayed in properties on keystone pond before we were keen to be close to the pond but not on the pond and this property provided the perfect happy medium! Located the opposite side of the road to the Keystone Lodge, the pond was accessible through a tunnel that runs under the road. A 5 minute walk and you are at the pond. The condo is deceptively large with a bedroom, WC (with shower ), renovated large kitchen/dining, sitting room, library area and laundry on the main floor. Upstairs is a main bathroom and 2 bedrooms. 1 large master and one with a queen and bunks. This condo was plenty large for 5 of us to be comfortable! There are hot tubs and a pool just by the condo which is nice after a long day on the slopes. Keystone slopes are only a few mins in a car to get to the car park or there are free shuttles that run nonstop to get you there too. Check in and check out was painless and the owners were at the end of the phone for anything we needed. Would recommend this condo especially if you are there for a pond hockey tournament!

My family and I spent the week between Christmas and New Years Eve in this lovely townhouse. In person is far better than the pictures. It is three bedrooms with three bathrooms…a perfect set up for my husband and I along with our two married children and five grandchildren. Easy access to the slopes with a shuttle close by. My grandsons loved the sleds and had a great time playing in the snow. Also the living room seating was so comfortable with room for all…it had two full sized sofas along with four chairs, and several ottomans. I highly recommend this place and I definitely plan on returning.

I was here for a work conference but I would happily come back with my family. This place had all the comforts of home, including a crib, sippy cups, and lots of board games. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and any kitchen instrument you need to make a holiday feast. The decor was gorgeous and all beds and furniture were very comfortable. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us, and I could easily see many families sharing the space as well with all the extra beds. Only a five minute walk to the conference center, too!

The perfect place for families with young children. Plenty of toys, cribs, and space for all. Susan was easy to work with and quick with her responses. One of the best stocked places we have ever stayed. Thank you for a trip we will not forget!

The location was very convenient to a work conference at the Keystone conference Center. He really enjoyed all the amenities and unit and complex. Great rental!

Our family had an amazing time staying at this home. It really feels like a home and has absolutely everything you need. We loved having humidifiers for each room, made the stay so much more comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a blast coming home from skiing and running to the pool to swim for hours, while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Beautiful location, easy to hop on the bus to hit the slopes. Would stay again if we end up back in Keystone. The host was super helpful and we appreciate all of her help with our schedules etc.

This was the perfect home away from home for my friends and I while we enjoyed a long weekend skiing at Keystone. Plenty of room for the seven of us to sleep, a cozy fireplace, and a well-appointed kitchen. We were even able to do laundry so that all our gear was clean and ready to go each morning. It was an absolute delight, and the communication with Susan was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

Susan’s home had all the charm & space our extended family needed! The floor plan of this charming home was perfect for family dinners & games! We especially loved playing Catchphrase around the kitchen table! It’s so close to the ski lifts too! Excellent stay! We highly recommend!!!

Wonderful stay! The townhouse has everything you need and is very clean. It is conveniently located near Mountain Base ski lifts and close to town for restaurants and groceries. It was perfect for our family of 9!

We had great experience with Susan’s place in Keystone. In their house, everything that you need is in there. (name it!😊) You feel like you’re in your own home. We went to keystone ski, her place is only 5mins away!(isn’t that really cool). Her spot is very accessible to everything you need. Lastly, Susan is very reachable and kind, she will response to you anytime if you have any questions or issues to handle. She very accommodating. Definitely, we’re going back to her cozy and homey place. Highly recommended!😍

The house was perfect. We did not venture out into town because of Covid. The skiers loved ABasin. We were very comfortable and the hosts were fabulous.

Our stay was really great and the owners were very easy to communicate with. This is a very spacious home, especially with 4 kids under 10 running around. The living and kitchen space was open and fun for the family to gather. The pool and hot tub were a quick walk and enjoyable after skiing. The shuttle the the mountain was also very easy. I would highly recommend staying here.

Susan and her family are exceptional hosts. They were so kind and accommodating when our plans were in flux due to Covid / flight cancellations. Thankfully - we were still able to stay at their home and everything was wonderful. Great location, amazing amenities, super clean and supplied, and perfect for a ski trip! 10/10 would recommend and we would absolutely stay with them again. Thank you Susan and family for such a lovely trip!

My family stayed in their condo and had lots of amenities and very clean. Shuttle was easy to use to get to the ski lifts.

My brother and my family met each other here from opposite sides of the country and it was the perfect place to bring our families together! Close to all kinds of outdoor activities and steps away from the swimming pool. There was always an easy way to keep the 8 kids busy. It was just enough room for everyone! Colorado can't be beat for family fun!! Susan was incredibly helpful and available when we needed her. Thank you!

This is a beautiful & very comfortable townhouse. While we only needed it for a girls’ weekend, it can sleep several people so it would be perfect for any getaway. Owners were very accommodating! Excellent weekend full of memories.

Enjoyed staying at this property! Loved the location and so much appreciated the baby stuff; crib, monitor, high chair and all of the toys. My 2 year old grandson was entertained the entire time. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all the necessities. Enjoyed relaxing on the deck. Would definitely stay here again.

My friend forgot her jeans and the hose offered to ship it out to her. Really awesome people that were super helpful and easy to contact. Loved it!!

We are experienced vacation renters - travelling at least 2-3 times a year and can't say enough wonderful things about the owners and the property. The condo is super charming. It really looks like a home and is wonderfully appointed with everything you need. Beds were great, furniture was great and again, just plain cozy and a nice visit. If you are skiing in Keystone, the shuttle pickup is just a few steps from the condo so very convenient. You are about 10 mins from Dillon for restaurants, groceries, etc. so everything was a breeze. And the owners - amazing. Very organized, very prompt and just very nice people! We will definitely be back when we return to the area!

The condo was great! It had everything we needed. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room. The owner was more than gracious when a record blizzard came through. Can't recommend the place enough. We would definitely stay there again!

As the description states, you can tell that this is a home as opposed just a rental property. Most important to us: it was very clean and very well taken care of. The owners were very nice to work with, open and communicative. We love hitting the ski towns in the off-season to get away from the city for some solitude and this was a perfect match to scratch that itch! Hope to go back again and thank you for having us!

This property was great for our family ranging from grandparents to our 19month old. Plenty of space for the family to spend time together and apart as needed! This was truely a home away from home! The communication with the owner was quick and easy. We Would highly recommend! We will be returning!
