The house was perfect for our family ! Came for the soccer tourney at the sports complex. There was a downstairs bedroom for the grandmothers . Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood , we will be back soon!

We had a wonderful week long stay at Beth's impeccably clean home! The house was spacious and comfortable; the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful; the communication with Beth was timely and congenial. Property was great and the owner was very nice. Major downside was the AC was not working. Sleeping in 78 degree home was not expected. For this price and style of home they should have been up to speed with repairs prior to renting it out.

We book this for the ECNL playoffs for 5 girls and moms. All the beds were comfortable. The host was incredible to work with. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels for all of 10 of us. The property was clean comfortably and so nice. Oceanside was awesome with plenty of shops and restaurants. Amazing memorable trip

The house was just the right size for our family. We were able to rest, spend time together and just have a great weekend. The neighborhood is fabulous and so quiet. I appreciated the beautiful decor of each room and the cleanliness of the house overall.

This home was the perfect place for our family to gather to celebrate Thanksgiving! We had everything we needed to make several large meals and plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The quality of furnishings was wonderful! Especially the comfy family room sofa! We spent a lot of time there! The communication with the host was great. We will definitely stay here again!

Great safe property. Very nice. Was wonderful to come home to a nice place to rest and sleep after a long day of activities with the family. I would highly recommend this location. We plan on staying there again next year.

It was aewsome!! if i had questions or issues the response time was super fast. The house was amazing with beds that are comfortable after walking around all day at twitch con. I would return next year!

The house had a wonderful layout and was in a very quiet and clean neighborhood. We had a luncheon outside and had other guests show up through out the days we were there. Very convenient location. I think the only minor complaint is that the carpet was a bit dirty on the stairway. All in all we had a great time at the house.

The home was beautiful and the perfect place to come back to after time at the beach and after exploring San Diego! Beth was very responsive with any questions. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the evenings. The home was spacious, clean, and felt like home. We had an amazing vacation!

We loved our stay at this property. It accommodated 10 of us very comfortably. Location was perfect- near grocery, Starbucks and SoCal Sports complex. Well equipped kitchen. Beach towels and chairs a bonus.

Family Wedding
We were very impressed with the Guajome property in Oceanside, Calif. The property was perfect for our stay-5 bedrooms with an open floor plan which was great for family interaction, and for our grandchildren to spend time together. The property’s host was especially cordial and helpful in answering questions during our stay. Kudos to her. Finally, we fully recommend this property and would not hesitate to book again.

Great property for large groups
The house was the perfect amount of space and layout for our extended family while we were in town for a wedding! The large kitchen and living room combo was a great setup for gathering and the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone their own space to retreat to in the evenings.

Felt like home!
It’s rare that you stay somewhere outside your home, and feel at home. This was one of the places. One of the cleanest and coolest houses we have ever stayed in! The owner was super friendly, in a beautiful community that had plenty of dining options around. We will definitely be coming back to this place!

Stay family gathering
Our family was able to do. New Year’s Eve New Year’s Day celebration as a large group in a very nice home. Large home great spread out place that gave everyone their rooms and space. Clean and well stocked with everything you need to do great dinners and family time together. Located near shopping areas as well close to beaches Oceanside and Carlsbad.

Christmas 2021
The kitchen was very well equipped. We had our Encinitas family members for Christmas Eve dinner. We have several good cooks in the family so it was enjoyable to share their talents. Beth is a wonderful host. She was available whenever we had questions.

Beautiful home in Oceanside
Beth’s home was beautiful inside and out. We were in Oceanside for a wedding; home had plenty of room for my family (party of 8). Close to shops and restaurants. Beth was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

A peaceful retreat

Our family (parents, grandparent and 4 kids)loved our stay. We had plenty of space, the house was spotless, and the owner was so nice and responsive. It was about 20-30 minutes from the beach and close to grocery and restaurants. There were plenty of towels and toiletries. The kitchen had an assortment of dishes and pots and pans, The only suggestion we have is to include grilling tongs and spatula We would enthusiastically recommend this house!

Great place to stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home. It was definitely like a home away from home for us. Clean, spacious, and great location. When we had an issue with the microwave, the owners immediately addressed the situation quickly.
