We enjoyed this home immensely. It has everything you could ask for and more. Overall great home design, well appointed with all the amenities (my personal fav was the Meile coffee maker!) and beautiful art. Great kitchen for cooking in and enjoying the peaceful location, but also super close to the Mauni Lani Resort, Beach Club, and shopping. We had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas as a family in this home-away-from-home. Thank you Barry for being so responsive and helpful! Hope to be back sooner than later and we would absolutely love to stay here again!

The property was absolutely perfect in all ways. The neighborhood is scarcely built out at the present time which adds to its seclusion and privacy. The house layout and accommodations are amazing. Kitchen incredibly well appointed with everything needs for a week stay...and much longer. The art work is simply amazing throughout the entire house.. We spent the majority of our 8 days on the island at or near the house so we truly loved it. The location is very central to just about everything in the Mauna Lani area. The pool is small but perfect for a small group, and especially for my wife and I. The property manager was helpful and not intrusive. We will definitely stay here again.

Well-appointed, beautiful home with a high level of attention to detail. High quality furniture in excellent shape, well-stocked kitchen, massive amount of art inside, which we would have enjoyed more except that we were drawn so highly to the pool patio as a place to hang out together. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed at the house with our three adult kids and had a great time. The place is beautifully furnished, the kitchen is large and has everything you need, the backyard is so relaxing, the beach is right nearby. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Barry!

We had a wonderful 9 days at this home. Perfectly located near all the great things that Mauna Lani area has to offer. Home was well appointed, very private setting, and exceptional service by the property manager. We will be back.

His is an absolutely gorgeous home, from the beautiful koi pond entrance to the interior. The furnishings are beautiful and there is far more artwork than we expected. We liked the layout with the bedrooms separate enough to insure privacy. It was very well stocked with kitchen and laundry supplies. The welcome gift from the owner was so nice and included some wonderful coffee beans. We highly recommend it to other families and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This property has two full master suites with bath tubs that open out to a garden area. Amazing. It has a small guest house with its own bathroom. It has tons of seating area for sit down dinners and lots of lounging seats indoor and out. It really is a perfect property for entertaining. If you are looking for something that will sleep 8 plus people this isn’t really what it is set up for. The property is tastefully decorated and very well laid out. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Value for money, this place is excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay in this beautiful home. It was clean, well-appointed, and decorated in a contemporary, Hawaiian style that was elegant, comfortable and authentic. The floorplan is excellent with the 3 bedrooms at the perimeter of the house. The location is also excellent—within walking distance to the Mauna Lani Hotel and a long but doable walk to the Beach Club.

This place is beautiful! Located in the beautiful Mauna Lani resort area. Close to many beaches. The house is clean, well stocked, amazing layout. Deck doesn’t get sun all day but you can maneuver around to get it. Pool is great for kids. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans and utensils.

Property located inside a top notch golf resort but also minutes away from other golf venues. The house is set up for small group entertainment and we had our first ever private chef service and it notched up our dinning experience to another level. Property manager very attentive to address your tiniest issues. Can’t wait to come back!

Our family had a memorable vacation at this high end vacation home. The amenities were top notch and Kathleen the property manager was very responsive. Loved the koi pond. Loved the proximity to the beach and tennis club where we went everyday. My son has already requested to book this place for his next B-Day. Will be back for sure. My family and I had a wonderful experience at this house. Beautifully decorated with a luxurious feel. Relaxing outdoor space with pool and nice sunsets. All high end appliances with cappuccino maker, Sonos speaker system, and very comfortable bedding. Private beach access with restaurant is very nice. We will stay here again with future trips to the big island!

My adult children and I enjoyed 2 weeks at this beautiful location and had an amazing time. The property is as nice or nicer than the pictures. Everything in the home was top of the line especially the kitchen. (We choose a house because we like to cook and wanted make some of our own meals.) We are very active and were on the go everyday which made the pool and hot tub our favorite place to come home, relax and enjoy what my son said is an exceptional sound system. The property manager helped us arrange a private chef to come to the house one evening and it was a highlight of the trip - something future guests should consider. One call out it was a long walk to the beach even for us and bikes or a golf cart would be a nice add. We would stay here again if heading back to the Big Island.

This was our first trip to Hawaii. We were looking for an upscale house in a great area, and this house fit perfectly. The property manager, Kathleen, went above and beyond to try to make sure our stay was perfect. The only small complaint I have is that the master bedroom and bathroom (beautiful by the way) both got pretty warm in the afternoons. We kept A/C cranked down to 65, but the room would not cool to less than 76. With the ceiling fan, this was bearable. Kathleen was aware of the issue, and I think they were working on it the day we left. Overall, this is a beautiful, upscale house in a gated community that backs up to a golf course and is very secluded and private. It was a great stay and I would certainly recommend (especially with the AC being fixed). If you plan to stay here, rent a golf cart fro Mike at Kohala Beach Buggies. They delivered and picked it up and Mike was extremely helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. The beach is about 3 minutes away on the golf cart, and sunsets are beautiful.

One of the most beautiful properties we have ever been welcomed to. The home is filled with wonderful decor and comfortable amenities. The home was so inviting that we hesitated to leave even to enjoy the island. Thank you for sharing your tropical oasis.

We have been coming each year to stay on the Big Island. We always stay in the Mauna Lani area. This has been our favorite home thus far. Home matches the photos you see. We are clean freaks, and this house was spotless upon arrival. If you're looking in this price point, I assume you have a nice home you are vacationing from as well. I can attest this home feels upscale. Fantastic kitchen. All gas appliances. Wine fridge. Well stocked (cooking utensils and spices, etc). There is a VERY HANDY ice maker outside (we used daily). The beds are very comfortable (not cheap hotel mattresses). I liked the Sonos option throughout the house (though system does need updated). Wifi is super fast if you need to work or the kids want to stream. The location is amazing. Very few homes in the neighborhood. Private beach club we've used in the past, but it's actually still one of our favorite snorkel spots on the island. The pool and hot tub was used daily as we caught our breath from exploring the island. If I had any complaint (and it's not really a complaint, only a suggestion to make the home even better) it could use some bikes as previous houses we've rented have had. Also, while we bring our own snorkel gear and beach stuff, other homes in the past have included that as well.

We had an amazing trip. The house was perfect. The master bathroom I wanted to take home with me! Managers we very helpful and responsive. The suggested a chef who came in two times to cook for us. It was all really nice. The only drawback was there was no area in the yard to get sun. So for any sun lovers this was a challenge. Maybe having some pool floats would have been nice as the pool was in the sun. Just not the lounge chairs. Other than that it was perfect.
