Overall, it was a great day. The location was just as advertised and had pretty much every feature we would need for a family with two young kids. Pros: The location had great accessibility to the parks, as well as to Walmart and other retail. Great proximity to the pool, which my kids enjoyed. Reasonably priced lunches from the cafe. Good and responsive communication with the manager. Cons: very few. Unit is dated but that didn’t bother me a ton since it was very functional. Game room and workout area were small or not very functional for much (but I imagine most folks won’t use them much since they are out at the parks). Only other real con to me was the lack of a recycling option for trash. Granted, that seems like more of an HOA decision and constraint, but recycling and having an electric car charging option would be nice features. The recycling would be important to me when looking at the amount of cans we had to simply toss. That was the main reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Excellent stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Condo. The 3 rooms were perfect for our family. Location was amazing. The kids loved the pool and slide. Michael- the host was always quick to respond to any questions- we extended our stay without any issues. We will stay again next time we visit.

Awesome cozy condo!! Michael the owner sent us a gift card to Starbucks because the coffee pot wasn’t working. It was the best vacation! We visited SeaWorld, Magic, Universal and Gatorland. So much fun in Florida. Thank you Michael for sharing!!

Everything was really great at the property. The beds were comfortable. The amenities were nice and we had a great time. We enjoyed going to the pool eating at the grill by the pool and the kids even talked me into going down the slides. The condo is clean had plenty of towels, and fully stocked. If I could change anything at all, I would’ve liked to of had a larger frying pan in the kitchen and the shower curtain in the primary bathroom could stand to be replaced. Both really no big deal. Thanks for letting us stay!

My family of 5 (kids ages 3-9) plus my parents stayed at this property for a Disney vacation, and it was absolutely wonderful! Perfect proximity to the Disney parks, and then also enough fun at the pools and slides for a relaxing day to rest in between or after park visits. Bonus that this building was close to the pool entrance but on the parking side, not the pool side, so you don’t hear the noise of people playing in the pool. Thanks for the stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo met all our needs. We were close to all the activities we had planned. It was very easy to work with the owner.

Perfect location as it was very close to the pool. Well supplied with towels, beach towels, kitchen necessities. King size bed mattress was very soft (worn). Could use a little update, but pretty clean and worked for us. Thank you!

Spent 4 nights here. Check in/check out process was simple and we loved being in Windsor Hills. Communication about the process was great. Pros: location, unit had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, everything worked. Cons: Could have been cleaner, hot water heater could have been set much higher - lukewarm showers weren't pleasant.

The condo was just as advertised and the location to the pool was great for my kids. The condo had a high chair and pack n play that worked perfectly for our little one. We actually had to delay our trip by a couple of weeks because of a hurricane, and Michael was extremely flexible and accommodating to us. Overall it was a great trip and we would definitely stay there again.

Our condo was nice. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. we enjoyed our stay there. Decor could be updated.

Close to Disney parks, shopping, gas. Safe and secure gated community. Pool and very kid friendly.

Unit was very clean with all the amenities you would need! The king size bed we slept in was very comfortable!! Access is very easy to get to and super close to the pool. Everyone was very impressed and agreed we would stay there again! Communication with Michael was top notch!

The place was just adequate. Needs updating. Not completely handicapped accessible. Great location and great for families with smaller children. Pool is great! The condo was clean and spacious. Not much of a view from this condo.

Nice, but the condo needs an upgrade in style, Paint job, light fixtures and carpet must be removed. Some food was found under the bed (grapes). But overall It was Ok.

This is a great property and unit! We stayed in early June for our first trip to Disney. The property is located a short drive from the theme parks - we came back in the afternoon every day to swim and relax, and it was very easy to go back and forth. The unit is well-stocked and spacious. It looks just like the pictures. We traveled with kids and grandparents and there was room for everyone. The pool and slides are wonderful and clean. On the weekends, there was live music and even Zumba one day. The owner is very responsive to questions and issues. We would happily return!

The condo is just as pictured and the location is perfect for our Disney visits! The whole place was very thoughtfully stocked with plenty towels, coolers, kitchen utensils, even pool noodles! We were very pleased to see all the kid-friendly touches such as lower light switches, foot stools, and plastic dinner plates and cups! The kids enjoyed the pool so much they wished to stay another night! The whole community is gated and very strictly access-controlled. This is definitely a good thing for safety, but also causes extra trouble in receiving deliveries such as Doordash. The only suggestion I would give is to have black-out curtains installed. As much as we've enjoyed the sunlight-filled rooms during the day, I hoped so much to be able to sleep-in in the morning a little more, but the room is just so bright that even with eye masks I couldn't' fall back asleep again LOL.

Great trip

This condo was so clean and spacious! It was located very close to the main pool which was wonderful for our family of 6. We wish we had more time to spend here and hope to return to this condo in the future! It was perfect for us!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and as pictured. We had some small issues but they were taken care of expeditiously and followed up with a phone call by the owner Michael. He was great. I will definitely stay there again, hopefully, if available.

This was a great condo - my wife and I stayed for 3 weeks and had a great stay. The place was just like the pictures and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this place and would stay again. Nice gated community with a great pool.

Wonderful stay TIP #1: All vehicle driver must send name to Michael or else you won’t be allow access to through the gate. TIP #2: Wi-Fi password is the phone number in the kitchen area What can I say, Michael was a great host who answer my phone call when I needed it most (getting in the gate, Wi-Fi password). We have stayed in this resort once and the Michael unit layout was much better. Everything was clean and very nice. The unit is close to the pool and wish we could have used it (little cold that weekend). Location is great, close to many shops and restaurants. Also, close to Disney if you are going there. We very much enjoyed our weekend getaway and will definitely chose Michael unit if it’s available. Thank you again Michael

Everything about our stay was GREAT! EASY access, EASY check-in and AMPLE parking! The accommodations were super comfortable for our group of six (6). Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and living area. Walk down two (2) short flights of stairs and you are AT THE POOL, a very large pool with an adjacent water park for the kids. If you are goint to any of the Disney parks, you are within a 10-15 minute drive! I will definitely consider this unit again in the future.

This is the third time I have booked my vacation rental at the Windsor! It’s so convenient to all the major theme parks, especially Disney! I am a New York real estate agent and know location matters. But to a mother, cleanliness and quiet matters. The resort is a gated community and secure. The property has a heated pool, water park, arcade and movie theatre. Have fun and enjoy, we did.

The only negative thing was the king bed was very flat and uncomfortable. (A new therapeutic mattress and you guys are set!) Everything was clean, convenient and the owner was always easy to get in touch with when we had questions.

We had a very good trip for Thanksgiving here. The weather was on the edge of getting cooler but the heated pool was a nice 80+ degrees or more! The waterpark however Freezing..... The condo is in good shape for its age with everything working and fairly clean. I am guessing its cleaned by a large group maid service, which could you more attention to details but comparable to a average B hotel with much more space! The location is GREAT for Disney properties and a grocery store and Wal-Mart minutes away. You will be please with this condo and its great value!

We love Windsor Hills. The room was excellent, Mike was outstanding and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

The condo was perfect for our needs, close to Disney Parks, fantastic pool for the kids, and the owner was immediately accessible when we needed him. We will definitely stay here again and we highly recommend!!

The condo and amenities were perfect for all of us. The location is great and close to everything. Staff was nice and gate security made me feel comfortable. I don’t have any complaints. I hope I am able to stay here again
