We loved our stay in Charotresville! We were in town for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. We had a fabulous time!

Our nephew was getting married and we had family coming in from Texas, Montana and Massachusetts so reserved this house that seemed spacious enough for all our family to be together and be comfortable. It did not disappoint. The kitchen was well equipped to cook anything we might have wanted. There was a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. While we ate out most of our time there, we made frequent use of the coffee makers and the toaster. Two dining tables ( one outdoors) provided ample seating plus there were 3 barstools at the kitchen island. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms spotless and well supplied with all the things you would need. We enjoyed our time outside at the outdoor table, eating breakfast and sipping our coffee. The house is located close by the college campus with easy access to nearby highways. There are lots of restaurants nearby for dining in or just picking up takeout. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this house.

The property was clean and in a great location. The check-in process was easy and our family fit very comfortably with plenty of room to spare. Would absolutely recommend!

Very nice property that comfortably sleeps eight. Well-maintained, well appointed, and very convenient to anything in Charlottesville and especially the University. Nice patio and backyard space as well. Would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at a number of VRBO properties, and this was definitely the best. The home was clean, well appointed, spacious, light and well-equipped with every item we needed. I recommend it highly.

This is a great location convenient to downtown, the wineries and shopping. Perfect for family with older married children that want their own space. We hosted a gathering with extended family and the kitchen island and great room were ideal. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would highly recommend this property,

We enjoyed our stay, the house had everything we needed. A well equipped kitche,n plenty of seating for large group, very clean and updated. The management company was very quick to respond before and during our stay. The only negative is you can hear everything though out the house. Overall great place and definitely would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Stadium House. We were visiting my sister with my three little kids and this was the perfect spot for us. The grandparents had their own apartment do they could sleep in a little. Our boys loved the upstairs bedrooms and the master bedroom was gorgeous with lots of space for a pac'n play. The whole house was beautiful and looked like it has just been finished. The bathrooms were stunning, especially the master and the furniture was both modern and cozy. The backyard was completely fenced in and had great seating. We brought along some corn hole which the yard had plenty of room for. The open flow of the main room is perfect for cooking and serving meals. I would highly recommend this house!

Our group of 8 had a good stay. It's on me for not confirming, but we should have made sure the guest house could connect to the rest of the home from the inside. It was raining one day and made it difficult for members of the family to join the rest of us for breakfast one morning. Overall, good experience and great location. Have to thank Amberley for sending a plumber over to unclog the 2nd floor bathtub.

We we rented this property to fit 8 women for a girls trip to attend a local wedding. We had plenty of room and the beds were comfy. Very clean! They had plenty of bathroom essentials on hand. Fully stocked kitchen. Great central location. Quiet neighborhood. Nice backyard. Keyless entry. AC works great!

We did lose power in the neighborhood but due to major storm. Accommodation was perfect for multiple family

My best friend and I stayed at Stadium House for a week while we finished cleaning out my parents’ house and preparing it for sale. Stadium House is in a great location, right off JPA, close to 29/250/64. Fairly quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting out back one evening with the fire pit and some drinks.

This house is beautifully decorated and maintained. There is space for family gathering, a well-appointed kitchen, a lovely patio and backyard, and nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The private apartment was a perfect addition for our family. Loved our stay!
