We had a great stay at this property. The location was great close to a lot of golf courses and just a short golf cart ride to Sumter Landing.

I thought it was good overall…great location. They could use a couple of items. Cookie sheets, clocks, and more comfortable porch furniture. Could also use a full length mirror. I feel like with a vrbo however I should not have had to buy my own toilet paper and paper towels, nor should I be required to wash sheets and make up beds if I am paying a cleaning fee.

The location was great. Short distance from Square I did have to clean glass ware before we could use it. We could still see lip marks on glasses. I had to clean coffee pot. It was very brown stained. My husband had to clean both toilets before we could use them. Very dirty under the lid. We exited after putting clean linen on beds.

We enjoyed renting in The Villages for January and February of 2024. The location can't be beat. But we were bummed that the unit had not been fully cleaned when we checked in. The owner refunded us the cleaning fee.

The only thing we saw wrong was that it advertised free golf and we had to pay $11 for the executive courses and between $24 and $60 for the championship courses depending on what time of day you wanted to play. The villa itself was perfect for us.

Good location, clean very comfortable

I just spent a week here on a reconnaissance trip to The Villages and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The house was spotless, well appointed and had everything needed to make the stay comfortable. The golf cart really provided the full Villages experience. The location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants at Lake Sumpter Landing and central to all the other locations in The Villages. Check in/out was easy and Tom was a pleasure to work with. I’ve stayed in many homes all around the world and this was among the very best. Look no further!

Everything was perfect. The Host left us a bottle of Wine. They even stopped by to see if we needed a anything. This is the Second time we stayed with them. Thank you. John & Maria.

owners Tom and Christine where a great experience went out of there way just to make sure I was fine . Villa was superb. golf cart was an added bonus for rental.

Pros: great location, good beds, appliances good. Cons: constant resetting the router for cable/ internet, saw bugs in house, grill was dirty but we cleaned it up and provided the propane tank. Furniture dirty and fairly uncomfortable. This little villa could really benefit from a deep scrub, new countertops, a paint job and screen repair. Some new lanai furniture wouldn’t hurt either.

We used VRBO because we are looking a place to retire. The villages were definitely someplace we were considering. We figured this was a great easy to experience the life style first hand. Thanks to the owners for giving us this opportunity. We were very disappointed in our experience. So please forward to the owners 1. Kitchen had ants on the counters 2. Sink in master bathroom was clogged 3. Would have been nice to know that certain things were not provided...I e. Soap, coffee (or at least what kind of coffee maker unit has 4. Instructions were unclear on the "badge to keep with it's at all times". Where to get it. We did not have one and only had trouble getting in once 5. Unit had not been cleaned prior to our visit. Floors full of sand, and trash on the carpet and bath mats. We have never done VRBO therefore did not know what to expect but we definitely left it cleaner than we found it. It definitely needs cleaning but due to no fault of ours therefore consider the cleaning fee excessive. Amenities were nice (pool, golf cart, proximity to town etc) We will not do a VRBO again though so for this we thank you. We can do a motel and still get the experience.

My wife and I stayed at this villa for 9 nights while closing on a home nearby. The rental had everything we needed to cook meals, though there were plenty of dining and shopping options 10 minutes away. The villa offered a gold cart but we didn't use it. Overall it was a great experience and we loved hanging out on the back porch!

We had a nice stay but had some concern with cleanliness of air flow system, ceiling vents were visibly dirty. It was a nice location, quick walk to pool, nice gas golf cart included.

We had a great week long stay visiting family in The Villages. The villa was in a convenient location and we loved the fenced in back yard for our dogs.

Excellent. This was my second stay.

When we arrived the property was 89 degrees. The first night the sheets were covered with hair and apparently hadn’t been changed in master bedroom. The second day morning there was a roach crawling on the counter. The fire/ smoke detectors were removed in the front bedroom and hall outside creating a fire hazard risk. One night around 11:30 pm there were 6 roaches in the kitchen. The property needs a deep cleaning, and pest treatment. The property owner is very accommodating. The property is in a good location. The biggest negative is the property maintenance.

The home was great, just as it was on our last visit to the Villages! The owners have great notes on local amenities and things to do! I definitely recommend!

Property was close to everything. Comforter on master bed was dirty. Place needs lots of updates. Would not rent there again. Needs a through cleaning. Owner was very nice.

We had a wonderful 10 night stay at the villages and the house was the perfect size and location. Took us awhile to figure the trails out but when we did it was great! The golf cart was awesome to have as an amenity too!

Had a wonderful time, house was as advertised. Clean, nice private fenced in backyard. Would definitely love to stay again.
