This lovely home was perfect for our family & grandchildren. The lower level with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & kitchen was great for our adult sons and their families. Upper level with master, large living area and well equipped kitchen hosted dinner for 12 every night. Great place to celebrate my 70th birthday & son proposed on the beach. Memories made.

This home is so comfortable and well appointed and has a really unique and fun floor plan, allowing the younger folks their own cozy living area. Lovely decks and views of the water. We were disappointed that we were no longer allowed to access the lovely nearby private beach. The rules had changed between making our long term booking & our actual stay. However, there is a nice public beach nearby.

When we booked the house last year it was advertised the club house pool and beach was available to us. The HOA changed the policy to only allow members and not short term guests have access. False advertising.

We loved our stay at our property in Lake Tahoe. The location was perfect for quick access to hikes in the North and South of Tahoe, restaurants and a wonderful hidden beach area (Skylandia) within .5 miles of the home. Our home was clean and roomy and had everything you could think of you needed for a week vacation. Would love to come back and do it all again!!!! Many thanks for a superb vacation in Lake Tahoe!!!

Nice place, lots of stairs, great view, nice hot tub. Does not have access to Dollar Point beach, pool or tennis courts. Owner very responsive. Really enjoyed our stay.

The house is huge, different areas to hung out and enjoy the stay. The organization in the entire house is extraordinary, homeowners provide everything you need to cook, clean, shower... everything is in conditions and very clean.I highly recommend this house to spend time with friends and family, you don’t need to go outside the house to do anything.

The house was great; it was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed including some basic spices and napkins, paper towels, ziplocs, etc. We ate all of our meals on the deck and enjoyed the weather and views. We had a one year old with us and probably would not choose this place again with a little one; definitely not baby proof. The home has many stairs with several openings that a little one could easily fall to the stairs below; so we were up and chasing our crawler all over the place. Would definitely come back with adults only.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat - the house is across the street from Lake Tahoe and a short walk to Dollar Point Beach. There is a new hot tub on the porch which we used daily. The house is smartly laid out with a master upstairs along with kitchen, dining and living rooms. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, two baths, and a full family room/kid's hangout room. This layout provided privacy and fun for our kids while we relaxed upstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, appliances and tableware so it feels like home. There are plentiful paper products (TP and paper towels) which some VRBOs are stingy with but not this one. The house is a little dated and the carpet could be changed out but this is very typical of a ski house in Tahoe. I gave cleanliness 4 stars instead of 5 only because there were some spiders and webs outdoors near the hot tub which we needed to swipe away in order to relax. But again, this is a common outdoor occurrence in the mountains and the house itself was very clean. Finally, the manager was very helpful with instructions and easy to reach with questions. The booking process and our vacation was fantastic. I would reserve this property again.

We had a great stay. The house was very well kept and lots of space for a bigger family. We loved it - just make sure to keep your food out of your car and doors shut. We had a bear climb into our car o. The middle of the day! Exciting to say the least!

This house was perfect for 2 families with kids. There are so many fun areas to relax and hang out, and a great extra bonus room for the kids to hang out in as well! The upstairs is completely renovated and beautiful as well. Great location and great house!

The home is in a great neighborhood with fun amenities such as a private beach, a pool, playground, tennis courts, etc.. Regina is very communicative and accessible. She thought of so many details that make it so much easier for guests. She provides shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. and the kitchen is well stocked with basic necessities. The home is very clean which is very important to me. We enjoyed the association pool, beach, and playground. The hot tub at the home was so relaxing. Great views from many rooms. Our kids had a blast playing air hockey and reading the wonderful collection of kids' books.We BBQd and ate al fresco. Overall, this was a winner all around and we look forward to coming back to Tahoe to stay at Regina's home again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 3325 Edgewater. House is lovely and Dollar Point community has everything we wanted/needed for a 5-star vacation. Every aspect exceeded our expectations.

Everything that you see and more. The house is large, clean (spotless) and modern. The great thing is it is separated on two floors, the first level containing three bedrooms (one a master) and its own game room and kitchenette., and the second a large master bed and bath, living room, huge kitchen and decks. The house is across the street from the lake (so the view is not direct), but a small detail. Only a short walk to private beach. Easily comfortable for 6-8. Loved it and Regina was very helpful with plans and much else.

Stayed with some old work friends and had a wonderful time.

A terrific house. Really beautiful, wonderfully appointed, and great for 2 families or a large group. The split levels are great, as in the “bean bag chair” room and the hot tub is terrific. The owner Regina is welcoming and very helpful and responsive to any queries. Close to Tahoe City and Squaw and Alpine. Quite magical with 5 feet of new snow! Highly recommend.

We are two families with 2 adults and 2 adult children. We've rented houses all over Tahoe for years during the week between Christmas and New Year's, and this house is one of the best. The well-stocked kitchen had every appliance (and even some spices) that we needed to cook all of our dinners. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved making fires in the fireplace in the living room every night. The location was great with easy access to Squaw/Alpine Meadows and Northstar. We'd love to stay here again next year!

We had a party of 6 adults, 4 young children and one really young child. There was plenty of room and separate areas for the kids to hang out, the adults to hang out and a very large well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms were very nice and bathrooms as well. I highly recommend this home for a vacation spot. We unanimously said this was the best vacation yet. I would also like to say that Regina was very prompt and kind in answering all my text messages.

This is a perfect house for 2 families to stay in together for a great vacation. There are 2 complete MBR suites, so no one gets the "better" bedroom. It's about 15 minutes from Squaw, unless it snows....and then it will definitely take longer, but the location is great. the kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including tons of utensils, condiments and spices. A light bulb was out in a bathroom, and replacements were easily found in the stocked garage. Beds are comfortable with good quality linens and the bathrooms are very clean and have nice towels - not the cheapo kind. There were some games, good internet and cable, fireplaces in most rooms with wood to carry up from garage. We used 2 of the fireplaces most of the time we were home - just fantastic! The hot tub was clean and easily accessible. You'd really have to try to find anything wrong with this house - it's the perfect place. Just in case for older or physically challenged - most of the living area is at the top of some stairs. And the driveway is kind of steep - short, but steep. None of this is a problem in any way, but it might be helpful for some to know ahead of time. Regina was super responsive and helpful as we did have occasion to contact her with a few questions. If we are ever back to Lake Tahoe, and I hope we are, this will be my very first choice for a top notch place to stay. Thanks, Regina!

Our Group has planned a ski vacation in North Lake Tahoe for almost every year over the past 20 seasons. Thru the years we have discovered what features in a home make our vacations enjoyable. This home has it all. Having the kitchen, dining and living rooms all open to each other makes it easy for larger groups to be together. The kitchen was full equipped with everything needed for making great meals. The top floor also had a master suite. All of the rooms had great views of the lake. The other three bedrooms and a separate family room were on the lower floor providing a great area to get away from the activities on the main floor. Our group is all older men who each need their own beds. Two of the bedrooms have two twin beds making it easy to sleep 4. These would be great rooms for kids also. Having 3 bathrooms and one 1/2 bath are a must for larger groups. Regina put together a great binder explaining everything you need to enjoy the home including a checklist to help in tiding up before you leave. We really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Regina when we had questions. The home is part of a HOA and has parking restrictions in the winter (no on-street parking) but the driveway can support 3 cars if needed. We have never stayed in Tahoe during the summer but we would expect the home to well suited for summer fun. We would stay in home again without any reservations.

Truly enjoyed our week long stay! Well appointed house, great Dollar Point location. Nice spaces-open yet private. Would certainly stay again. There were no real issues and owner is very responsive and helpful. Should note that the garage only allows space for one car to enter due to a tight turn radius and other side was packed with stuff. There is a nice level spot to park however to the right of the garage. Hot tub is not inside, but on the lower deck, which is a much better location, I believe. Enjoyed. Well stocked with condiments and firewood. Looking forward to a return trip.

We came here for our annual family vacation and everybody had a great time. The private beach was perfect and the pool, we stayed the whole day.

Large, comfortable home for our winter trip to Tahoe with friends/family. Great location in Dollar Point and easy to get to Tahoe City, ski resorts, and sledding/snow play. Despite icy conditions during a recent snow storm and accompanying power outage, we all enjoyed our Tahoe stay here. I was most impressed by the responsiveness and hospitality of the owner. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.

This place was great and the owners were very accomadating. My wife and I have 4 kids and there was more than plenty of room. You could easily do two families of 4 or more. The location is great and you have access to the homeowners association beach that is a "private beach" with volleyball and a BBQ area. There is a private dock and great access to the water. For people that like tennis or want a pool for little kids then this place is perfect for that as well. Tahoe City, is a close a bike ride away, Kings Beach is near by and even the Nevada casinos by Incline are a very reasonable drive of 10-15 minutes or so. If you are here for the winter many of the ski resorts are close so you have options. Squaw, Alpine, Northstar & Homewood are all close. Now back to the house, it was clean, had an updated kitchen, good sheets on the beds, and views of the lake so what more could you ask for. Some people may like a more modern updated home and other people like a more classic cabin. This is a little of both so the modern updated people might only give it 4 stars and the classic cabin and family people will probably give it 5 stars. It is can go either way but the bottom line is you can't go wrong with the location and the overall package. My kids loved the special spa area and my wife and I enjoyed the quiet patio to have a morning breakfast or evening cocktail while looking at the lake. The downstairs area allows you to have a space for kids while the adults enjoy the quiet upstairs. We rent often in Tahoe and other areas and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is all about family.

Excellent location for this well equipped home in Dollar Point. Owner was very responsive to questions and home is in great condition with all amenities needed. Would come back for another stay and would recommend to friends.
