This house was better than I could have ever anticipated. Easily accommodated our group of friends and had great communication with Jay. Highly suggest.

We loved our stay at this beautiful immaculate home. The Mountain Views from the deck and many of the rooms was magnificent. The house itself was comfortable and beautifully done with all the amenities you could need.

Wonderful home perfect for accommodating our family and grandchildren. If you love to cook, the kitchen has it all. Three car heated garage with boot warmers was a plus.

We have a friend group of 10 that goes skiing every year, and this was our favorite place yet!! The house was very clean, considerately stocked with everything you could need, perfect tucked away location that’s still close enough to lifts, and spacious enough for us all the be comfortable. Jay was extremely communicative and flexible with us arriving early. It was so nice to come home from a long day of skiing and us all be able to congregate around the massive kitchen island. Also, having the heated garage with boot and glove dryer was amazing!! It was truly the best house we’ve ever stayed at and we will all definitely want to stay again! The house is out of a magazine, and it made our trip perfect and we all didn’t want to leave ♥️

The experience was amazing! The communication from the property manager as well as the owner (Jay) was great. The house is off the charts fantastic. Location, amenities, views....it has it all. I would 100% recommend and I'm sure we'll be back again sometime in the future.

All 9 of us didn’t want to leave. It was beautifully decorated, magically cozy, has such a functional design, the amenities were so thoughtful, the identification of an endless array of appliances, supplemental devices & services to make everything easy & quick was phenomenal, check-in and check-out was a breeze. We saw many a car under tons of snow but they allowed use of their garage whereas many owners don’t. For this southern family it made everything so much easier. Jay, the owner genuinely cared for us and our experience - what a blessing he and his home were for us ♥️

We picked this house because of the amazing architecture and modern flair. It was beautifully decorated, and was well stocked. The kitchen was above our expectations, as we love to cook. It was only my husband and our three girls and they each enjoyed relaxing in their own spaces. There were basically 3 living areas and more than enough sleep space for our family of 5. We didn't even use the bunk beds. This home could easily fit 2-3 small families. Hot tub was amazing as well, and the wildlife that came to eat the beautiful green grass at night was truly a site to see. If we go back to Breckenridge, we will definitely stay here. The owner stayed in contact for any questions we had. It was great!!!

This house is simply amazing. From the location to the amenities, everything was absolutely perfect. The communication with Jay was easy and throughout the entire process, he was always quick to respond and provide input and help. There was so much room for our group of 8 adults and plenty of room in the kitchen for the chefs and the clean up crew. The pantry was fully stocked and every kitchen utensil you could imagine was available. We loved the outdoor spaces and the upstairs game area was a huge hit! Someone is a fabulous interior designer because you can wander around for half a day admiring all the wonderful things in the house. The house is in a quiet neighbor, but just a quick drive to everything in Breckinridge. We loved our time at the house and would highly recommend staying at The Highlands. I promise you will not be disappointed!!

This is the best home we have ever rented in Breckenridge! Home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is 5 minutes to downtown. Communication was quick and easy. And the views… to die for. We will stay here again.

This home is just wonderful - exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect and our family had the best time - beautifully decorated, every detail perfect - close to town, hot tub was a huge hit, chefs kitchen, well stocked. Don’t miss out on this one!

We've stayed at dozens of high-end houses, and it was delightful to find one that didn't skimp in any way on supplies or features. The home is beautiful and in terrific condition, and well stocked with everything and anything you might need. We had no difficulties at all and even received excellent restaurant recommendations from the owner. Definitely a great find!

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property. It was everything we expected and even better. The home is comfortable and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked most of our meals and ate in. There’s plenty of room to spread out. But also big enough and comfortable to have your group all together. We had a party of 10 and we played games and hung out in the main family room. I highly recommend this amazing property and we definitely plan to come back.

We stayed at this house for 6 nights in late January 2022. This home is spectacular! Nothing was left out in the design and care of this home. Everything was well maintained, stocked, and ready for us. The amount of detail put into this home is amazing. I've stayed at a lot of VRBO homes and this one is absolutely the best. Loved the property and the closeness to the ski gondola. The amenities were top notch, and we enjoyed the hot tub, game room, fireplaces, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and a joy to cook in. Beautiful views of the mountains from the back porch and windows. The owner was accessible and easy to talk to about the property and local attractions/restaurants. The family, both skiers and non-skiers, wants to stay there again.

My family of 11 and I had a beautiful Christmas and New Year’s spent in Jay’s home. The open floor plan on the main level was perfect for all to spend time together. The kitchen was well stocked with all of our cooking needs. All of the bedrooms were extremely comfortable. The downstairs gathering area was great for movie nights. The views were breathtaking! And to top it off we couldn’t have asked for a better location as the home is only a few minutes from downtown Breckinridge. Jay communicated throughout our trip and was always a phone call or text away to answer any questions. We absolutely would recommend Jay’s home!
