Overall quiet, view was slightly different from the bottom floor and music was a little loud during normal hours it prevented us from taking a nap. Check in was seamless, property was clean/organized. Great location to the city

We stopped in Ashville for a quick visit before our beach vacation. The property was clean, comfortable, easy to get to. We enjoyed it very much.

We stayed over one night . It was a short trip planned as and extra stop at the end of a 4 day trip to specifically see the built more on a Sunday before traveling back home to Texas . The place was well suited for the over night stay.

We were looking for a relaxing place that was close to local things to do. It was a very short drive to the downtown area and had other things to do nearby. The studio was very clean and host was quick to respond to communication. The porch swing was nice and it was very peaceful.

I had an easy check-in after arriving very late due to car trouble. Clean, quiet unit in a beautiful location and community. A few details about this property to help you make a decision: - no air conditioning but the overhead fan/light was definitely sufficient due to mountain air keeps things cool. - driveway is a steep hill and you need to slightly manuevre to back out of it - suggest a smaller vehicle but I had no problems with it at all - Consider it more like a hotel because mini fridge is in living room, sink is the bathroom sink and coffee maker/supplies is on bathroom counter. - small garbage bins in room but the larger garbage bin is steps away from the unit. - outdoor furniture is small and not super comfortable but nice for short stays because the view is wonderful. - bed is comfortable and plenty of plugs for electronic devices - if you need a "work desk" this unit doesn't really have one. There is a narrow table against a wall but wouldn't be ideal for working on a laptop. - Wifi with Internet worked on my laptop but I wasn't able to get internet connection on my iphone. Overall a pleasant stay and I'd stay in this unit again because it's lovely and you can walk to the farmer's market on Saturdays and also to the University campus.

We LOVED our stay in Asheville, and our VRBO rental was a large reason why! The space was perfect home base for the two of us and we really enjoyed it! The studio was beautiful, jacuzzi was relaxing, and everything was very comfortable. Check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier, and we had everything we needed! We'd love to stay here again and would definitely recommend!

My husband and I had a great trip. We both enjoyed the space. It was a 1st for us using VRBO, but we will definitely do so again.

The property was as pictured and described, with living area well organized. The space was quite clean and included a Keurig with pods. We were awakened one night by an hour-long, concerning domestic dispute upstairs. Otherwise, the stay was great.

Gorgeous neighborhood on top of the hill, Very private and in a great location. Will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Asheville

The apt. was very clean. The bed was nice as was the shower. I would like cable. I didn't like the coffee maker in the bathroom. Any food, cooking should not be done in the bathroom.

The hosts made the check in and out process easy and were available for anything we needed!

It was a warm and comfortable area. quick and simple to the Biltmore and down town. Clean, comfortable and big. I will stay here next time when we come to Asheville again. I would recommend 👌! It beats staying in the hotel.....

We went to tour the Vanderbilt mansion. It was fabulous!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. It was a nice little get away for a few days. I will say to encourage people to read the entire listing, because the owners do live above the studio apartment. They were never an issue but I am sure some will fail to read that far down into the descriptions. It was extremely close to anything in Asheville. The view was very nice, and this is a great place to visit for a quick couples getaway.

Beautiful room and bathroom was marvelous. Close to downtown and Bitmore. We got to see wild turkeys strut around the area near the home. Thank you for a great time.

Perfect no frills stay, close enough to walk to several restaurants and easy to refuel on Trader Joe’s trail mix before heading out to the many hikes in the area. Great hosts, great visit in a quiet an beautiful neighborhood.

Although this is a studio, the space was used very well and was very clean and decorated nicely. The owners had thought of all details needed for our 2 day stay (including wonderful towels!) and very receptive and communicative. Would highly recommend and we would rent again.
