Location is great, house is well maintained, and the host is hyper-responsive. Great all-around experience.

Property is fantastic and service was exceptional. Management was incredibly helpful and responsive and the house is truly unique. The entire family, including one infant, came in for Christmas and everyone enjoyed the mansion. The property is well-maintained and the bathrooms/showers have been updated and are incredibly nice. I don’t know that I’d recommend trying to cook an entire Christmas dinner, as the kitchen is a bit tight, but the appliances are top notch. The setup is a little unique, as the quarters are mainly on the third floor with one bedroom/bathroom on the second floor. The rest of house is separate and not part of the listing. There are some steep stairs that may not be ideal for elderly guests, but everyone in our group managed just fine. The neighborhood is fantastic, there are plenty of places within walking distance (e.g. Trader Joe’s is a block away and Pablo’s coffee on 6th was great) and you’re close to the Cherry Creek trail and many great neighborhoods if you’re a runner. You’re also in the middle of the city and a close car ride to anywhere. There is no onsite parking, so just be aware if you have multiple guests driving in. Overall, we could not have been more satisfied; the trip was great and one that will be remembered for a long time.

The French Consulate was a great place for all of us. We had 12 adults staying for a few nights while we bopped around Denver. The bathrooms are immaculate at this property. This was walkable to some very delicious restaurants and just overall very very clean and beautiful. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our every need. We will be back!! The only down side is there is not a 'living room' so when hanging out with this many people, we had to resort to being in someone's bedroom, but we didn't mind!

The French Consulate was absolutely perfect for our group of 8 with some room to spare. The place was well kept with beautiful decor and very clean - exactly as the pictures show. We loved the neighborhood as it was within walking distance to some great restaurants and otherwise was convenient for our day trip out of the city. The hosts were wonderful and on top of all communication. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend the place to others!
