The pool was awesome, very spacious home with everything we needed.

The home is beautiful and in a perfect location. Being one block away from Bridge Street restaurants and shops, as well as being close to the beach access, was so beneficial for our group. This rental was big, open, and well appointed. We loved having access to the heated pool, nice grill, and spacious deck areas. The managing company was very responsive and made us feel welcomed.

The property was beautiful, in a perfect location and had everything we needed for our stay. The only issue was the pool. The listing stated it was heated to 85 degrees…but it stayed cold the entire time. There is a regulator to keep the water level at 2 inches. We believe there must have been a leak in the pool causing new (cold) water to constantly flow into the pool-never giving it a chance to warm up. The weather was cooler during our visit, so swimming in an unheated pool was out of the question. We were also interrupted several times by local service workers. Understandable, but notification would have been preferred. Outside of those two issues the house was perfect and we would definitely consider returning to the same location.

My 2 sisters and I took our combined 5 kids to this beautiful home for some downtime after a Disney filled vacation. The space is gorgeous and very welcoming. Our kids loved the pool and the adults loved the decks and the book shelves. The proximity to the beach, the pier and the shops was perfect! The kids beach/pool toys were an added bonus. I do not have a negative thing to say! I would 100% stay at this property or with a Sea Breeze property again should the opportunity arise.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lovely Casa Bonita which is situated in a great position and only a very short walk to the beautiful Bradenton Beach, shops and restaurants. The house was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. On one occasion during our stay we reached out to SeeBreeze who were very responsive and helpful. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 7 and would not hesitate to rebook Casa Bonita if returning to this area.

Had the best girls trip. House was close (walking distance) to beach, bay, shopping, and restaurants/bars. Everything we needed was provided. We will definitely be back!!

This lovely home away from home was worth every penny. It was beautiful and clean. So many things in walking distance. Great vibes, great location. There was chairs and beach items already there with a wagon to haul it all to the beach. Kitchen has everything you need. Communication was great. Overall, 10/10 recommend.

Perfect place for family vacation. Lots of space. Very clean and well equipped. Super private heated pool. The free shuttle/trolley is great. We enjoy biking the island but a wonderful location for the grand-kids being able to walk to the beach, nearby restaurants, ice cream, and pier. Never had a need to get into the car.

The home was nice and large for our family of 6. Wonderful location to Bridge Street, the bay and the ocean. Very clean and we had a great stay. Definitely would stay here again next year.

The entire process was so easy! We literally pulled in and moved in. Just like home! It was clean and ready for us to enjoy our stay. The property management was very responsive and easy to communicate. Loved it! Recommend to anyone looking for a great home to stay. We will be back!

Location of this house is ideal if you want a quick walk to get coffee, drinks, restaurants. The pool was amazing and it provided just the right amount of sun/shade. Used a grocery delivery service for some key items to be stocked in the fridge as we had a late night arrival. Coquina beach a quick drive, but there is a beach entrance at the end of the street. We barely heard any music from the bars at night (sadly). Mini golf a super quick walk which our adult children played daily. So many game options at the house though and plenty to read! Would hook this properly in a heartbeat again. Property manager was awesome as we had a minor issue which was resolved immediately.

We had an amazing time! The kids loved the pool and the parents loved the proximity to the beach!

Beautiful property, great location short walk to the beach wagon and beach chairs all provided, shops and restaurants close, loved our stay at Casa Bonita

This place is AWESOME. The beach is right there. Just load up the provided wagon with all the goodies you need from the garage and trot on over! You do have to cross a somewhat busy street, but there are crosswalks you can use. The beach was not very crowded most of the time. We did notice Friday(our last day) that more people showed up. They have several floatation devices for the pool, my 2 year old was thrilled with the baby float :-) There are several nearby restaurants, and a Publix on the island. We enjoyed Smoqehouse and Island Donuts. There are many more to choose from! The place was clean and smelled amazing upon arrival.

We had a great family vacation staying here. Location was great and the place worked perfect for a family of 6 adults and 3 kids.

Casa Bonita was beautiful and all the extras were great for our family. The pool area with shuffleboard, air hockey, pool table , darts was a great add on! Plenty of beach chairs and a wagon to carry everything was provided. The beach, shops and restaurants were so close! We loved the openness of the layout! We needed maintenance for a minor issue and they were there within the hour! We would definitely stay here again and will recommend Sea Breeze vacations to friends!

Our family of 7 really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room, the living room/open kitchen area was a great hangout area. The screened in balconies were great also, no bugs. The pool area was perfect, and the games/beach supplies made the stay super easy. Kids were never bored. Bridge street, pier, beach, all a minute or 2 walk. Would stay here again!

Great location for Beach time, fishing, shopping and night life. There's no need to drive anywhere as long as you have your supplies for the stay, unless you decide to visit other parts of the island. Our family really enjoyed the stay.

Very pleasant house located within walking distance of the beach, shopping and many restaurants with it's own private pool! Comfortably sleeps 6 maximum. Spacious kitchen.

Loved the house and pool

The property is in an awesome location, steps from the beach and bay! The home it’s self was great, the multiple levels, balconies and partially cover pool where fantastic! There where some pots and pans available, lots of utensils and glass/plastic cups. 2 electric griddles made breakfast super simple, dishwasher and provided soap and dish rags, towels and sponges made clean up a breeze! Iron, ironing board, blow dryer all provided as well as 3rd floor washer and drier! The pool area was fantastic, the pool was stated to be heated but the water was chilly and couldn’t find the heater function. There where some small issues with the furniture on the patio being broken, one of the sliding door was VERY difficult to operate (there’s another so it wasn’t inconvenient), and the oven door needs some attention. All in all I would rate this property 9.5!

This home is very comfortable and pretty. We enjoyed our stay and loved the beach as well.
