Beach access is great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, lots of storage and well equipped. We will stay again.

We wanted to get a few days of sunshine so we booked this place. It exceeded our expectations! We were giving clear directions and info. Upon arrival the unit was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed. We loved being able to look out our window and look over the pool and bay. It was a quiet location and yet close to all activities you might want to do. It was too windy to use the kayaks. Maybe next time! We enjoyed sitting by the pool and went to the beach. We loved that their were beach chairs available and even a couple of coolers to borrow to take to the beach. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely go back! We were sad to leave and head back to cold, gloomy Ohio.

Paradise Bay at Blue Island Inn was a lovely spot. It was home base while we traveled to spring training games in both Port Charlotte and Bradenton. Loved the location, easy beach access, pool, and ability to fish. Fell in love with Manasota Key and all this little beach town has to offer (restaurants, bars, shopping). Highly recommend!

Totally enjoyed our stay, beds were very comfortable and entire place was clean and inviting. Loved the pool and kayaking. Bonus was the laundry on site. Close to restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. Would recommend!

Had a wonderful stay in the first floor studio, Paradise Bay. Extremely clean, had every thing we needed. Nice pool with a beautiful view of Lemon Bay. A/C could be better, sign warned to not go below 70° but needed a little cooler to sleep comfortably at night. Overall, very nice place and would recommend.

My husband and I enjoyed the unit. The unit was clean, well stocked with towels and decorated beautifully. The dock was nice to sit on and enjoy the bay, while the walk to the beach was very short. The view of the bay from the unit we stayed in was peaceful. While we didn't use the pool because we spent our swimming time in the clear ocean waters, the pool looked super clean. We would highly recommend for a couples trip.

This property was really cute with two queen beds and a large sitting area/sunroom with dining table and nice amenities left for us. The entry road was hard to find at night but fine during the day. Loved the location. Definitely would return.

This property was absolutely perfect! Exactly as listed! We had never stayed in this part of Florida so I was unsure of exactly where the listing was. It’s in a perfect location!! Love the pool and bay view. Short walk to a private beach or short drive to several other beaches. Restaurants were super close with great food and atmosphere. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rebook!!

This is a find! Clean, pool, walk to wonderful beach! Nice appliances! We cooked a lot! Nice dishwasher and free washer and dryer on property! Quiet! So nice!

We had a good time. Loved the beach and the pool was nice also. The only thing I would recommend is a new air conditioning unit. The one in this villa just blows around hot air. Trying to get ready was not fun!

We were looking for a place to escape the busyness of everyday life for a few days- perfect pick! The laid back vibe of Manasota Key was ideal, people were friendly, the beaches were beautiful, food was good, and Yoga was a pleasant surprise! The sunrise over the bay was awesome and then the sunset in the beach. The property was as described, simple, clean and met all

Everything was wonderful, except the air conditioner wasn’t quite cold enough and with the memory foam we were too hot, but otherwise it was a great place! Love the tray of goodies and the decor was adorable! Nice to have the kayaks, but bikes would be great as well.

Check in was very easy! Great view looking out over the pool and bay, and very short walk to the beautiful beach!

This was a very last minute family getaway and we lucked into this gem! It was perfect for our family of 4! Perfect location on the bay and a short walk to the private beach! Everything was very clean and had all amenities that we needed! We used the kayaks provided to go to where the gulf meets the bay! It was amazing! Highly recommend this place! We will be back again in the future!:)

IT WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION. THERE WERE SEVERAL THINGS THAT WERE NOT GOOD. THE ELECTRICIANS CAME WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW. WE WERE NAPPING AS WE WERE REALLY TIRED, WE NEVER GOT THAT NAP. SEVERAL THINGS WERE NOT IN WORKING ORDER.

Great water view, on the bay, short walk to the beach. Extremely clean and very comfortable. Look for shark teeth or shells, fish, kayak, play pingpong (lots of equipment at the house) , visit Venice, or just soak up the sun. The Waverly had a great Tuesday margarita special, yummy fish tacos, and fantastic entertainment. Can't wait to visit again, thank you for sharing your lovely place.

This property was the most organized, spotless and well maintained we have ever stayed at. You you could sense the precision and attention to detail was top priority. We liked the explicit care to enforce quiet hours. The laundry was top notch industrial. The decorating was so delightful and fresh. The amenities and thoughtful items provided as complimentary were perfect and most appreciated. The management and attention to detail were stellar. A+++++++

Great place to stay!
Property right on bay. Short walk across the street to beach. Beautiful sunrise on the bay and beautiful sunsets on the beach. Great amenities including kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas and even a beach trolley to carry all our supplies. Beautiful pool. Upgraded rooms with plenty of cooking supplies including many spices. Plenty of beach towels and free use of laundry. My husband and I had a wonderful time. Great area.

Had a great time here, the bed was so comfortable, the beach was a 2 minute walk away, the property pool was clean and wonderful. Owners supplied beach chairs, towels, umbrella, coolers, and a travel cart, all you need is your bathing suit to have a good time here, will definitely come back.
