Had an amazing stay, perfect beach location, will 100% be back.

It was an amazing holiday. The location of the apartment was on the beach, the property was immaculate.

Overall very good. A couple of small improvements would have helped a lot. The shower does not drain very well and overflows, there were only two part used toilet rolls in the apartment. There was no washing up liquid. There is a dishwasher but we were only left one dishwasher tablet for our 3 night stay. Also, this is advertised to sleep 6 people. The camp bed in the living room is not very good at all. Luckily there were only 5 of us so 4 of us had a bed, and the fifth just slept on the sofa.

Weather forecast was great so last minute booking. What a gem of a place! Roll out of bed onto the beach! 3* for neighbourhood only because of drunk youths at night and the 5.30am wake up of the tractor and rake cleaning up after said youths and the idiots who leave their rubbish on the beach but DON’T let that minor inconvenience put you off because unless you’re loaded and can afford a house on the beach this is the next best thing. Comfortable accommodation even with 5 adults. Lots of places to eat and drink locally but also equipped well enough to self cater too.

We booked a short stay with our small children and they absolutely loved every minute of our stay. We will definitely book again.

After two years of cancelled holidays we finally booked one we were looking forward to only to have a phone call the day before that we had been double booked. The host apologised and asked what we wanted to do but as we did not want to let the children down & was such short notice we agreed to go still. The host promised us a free dinner which we did not receive and we left a day early as we were too overcrowded. We were downsized from a two bedroom with three children aged 14 11 and 1 to a one bed which was completely too small for us all. Very sad that our holiday was ruined and we had to leave a day early as the children were too uncomfortable. I have contacted host about a courtesy stay but have had no response unfortunately so hope this does not happen to anyone else.

Alot of thing didn't work when we were there the blinds on most windows were broken so no shade from the sun. The toilet light blew on our third night and after a messaged landlord got no reply. Lots of bugs so of it's hot you'll have lots of bugs indoors with you when you leave doors and windows open. It was a lovely stay overall for when we were there nice beach and cafes but it gets dark ealry so be prepared.

Owner kindly gave us a lift with our luggage from beach car park to the property (short distance) which was really appreciated. We used it as a base to go and do day trips around Rye, Winchelsea and walks on the 1066 Country Walk routes. Glorious to get up in the morning, see the sunrise and do early morning walks/runs along the beach. The property could really do with information pack and if can't have this physically because of Covid, then email visitors a Welcome Pack electronically with everything they need to know a week prior to a stay. Secondly, the cleaning team need to carry out better inventory checks to report issues and get maintenance fixed, or things that have missing from kitchen quickly replaced. This would save visitors time from having to report issues directly to owners, which would help them solve everything. Really hope you enjoy your stay there too.

This apartment is everything you need for an adventure by the sea, what ever the weather. Today is our last day and we are very sad to be going. The property has everything you need for a very comfortable stay including lots of stuff that isn’t included in the description from hair straighteners to kites and fishing nets. Oh and there is a handy Bluetooth speaker built in to the desk. Beds and sofa are extremely comfortable and there are plenty of extra pillows and bedding. The kitchen has absolutely everything your one at home does, including dishwasher and Tassimo coffee maker. The wi fi is brilliant and copes very well with multiple streaming. The staff in the cafe below are absolutely brilliant, not only is the food fantastic but the staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. We will definitely be returning soon.

We loved the flat and actually being on the beach. It was well furnished and comfortable. Our only comment was that it was tired in places and needed some maintenance. The following were issues - 2 blinds did not close and the blind in one bedroom was missing. The sliding door to the upstairs balcony was very temperamental and difficult to close. The frying pan is in desperate need of replacing. Some extra information would be helpful - instructions for the microwave, what to do if the electric goes off and a torch would be very helpful. None of the above spoilt our holiday or will prevent us from returning but make it the luxury accommodation it is advertised as. Thanks

Great communication from Emma, we were slightly delayed going in but this was due to the cleaners being called back by the manager to improve the clean. House is well equipped for a family of 4 and the location is unbeatable!

Very clean, well stocked apartment. Comfortable sofas and lovely verandas top and bottom to take in the views across the beach.

Ein bisschen mehr Geschirr und Besteck wären wünschenswert. 5 Messer, Gabeln und Löffel, sowie Geschirr für 5 Personen sind ein bisschen wenig wenn man bedenkt das die Wohnung für 6 Personen angeboten wird.

We had a great short Half Term break at the apartments. The location is fantastic - surrounded by the beach and dunes, with children entertained day and night just by where we were. Lovely sunrises from the balcony. A very nice place.

An amazing luxury beach apartment situated in the dunes, with everything our family could possibly want. We had most relaxing stay and it was perfectly located on the beach and close to the restaurants. We would recommend staying here for a unique seaside adventure !!
