Great location neighbors were very friendly but the place was not very clean and the tv upstairs did not work

This was a very nice older property. Check in and check out was easy. The furniture was comfortable; the rooms were nicely decorated. The Owner was very responsive to our requests and the unit was conveniently located near the Resort. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice getaway!

Our short stay was great. The check in/out process was very simple and the house was clean. It was exactly as described with no surprises. The location was great for the wedding we attended at Horseshoe Bay Resort as it was within walking distance to everything.

I wanted to communicate with the property manager/owner but couldn’t figure out how to do it. The house is well decorated and clean. But, we had trouble with the lock. We couldn’t get it to lock from the outside so had to lock from the inside and exit from a side door that had a thumb lock. We did not have enough towels and wash cloths for the five of us. The refrigerator light was out. Lighting along the stairs wasn’t good and one railing was not secured. None of the outlets in the upstairs bathroom worked. The Yifi did not work at all. The downstairs bathroom sink drains slow and the faucet in the wet bar drips. We found a grocery bag under the kitchen sink with bugs in it.

Perfect for our needs: 2 couples & our 98 y/o mom. The condo enabled us to get in without stairs or too long of a walk. The queen bedroom & bath (walk in shower) on the entry level was perfect for Mother plus a place to dine & visit. In addition the master bedroom was spacious, & had a good bed, double sinks, tub & shower. The lower level was huge with it’s own bath. The host replied promptly & was extremely helpful.

Our son got married this weekend and this place was amazing for our family! Clean, roomy and great location!

Amazing stay, great location, and awesome house

We really enjoyed our experience in this townhome. Check in was easy and home was clean. It was a perfect set up with our two families and kids. The day docks were nice to leave a boat or jet ski and so close to the Waterfront Grill and HSB amenities . (Which is delicious). The views were nice since it was end unit too. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in and out was easy. Had an issue with AC upon arrival, but Marshall was very quick to respond and resolved the problem ASAP. Great place!

We loved the place, it was very clean and well taken care of served it needs great and gave us great memories during our family vacation. Beautiful resort property.

When we arrived the place was kept nicely and clean. We enjoyed having three different levels with a family of eight everyone had their space. We would suggest more paper towels toilet paper and towels. We would definitely be back.

Marshall was great to work with. The location is between the hotel and yacht club so easy to do all the fun activities.

Great location and roomy.

We had 9 adults in the condo and had plenty of room! Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was there! We had a fundraising event at the resort hotel, and it was just a short walk over there, it was perfect!!

We stayed here for a last minute getaway. This place is lovely! Location was great, plenty of space and everything we needed for a fun weekend. Marshall is responsive and a wonderful host!

Everything was very easy. The location was great, the property was beautiful, very nicely decorated, well stocked with all the comforts of home!! Marshall was the absolute best and a pleasure. We had an awesome time and this property exceeded our expectations and the accommodations more than met all our needs!! Will definitely seek out Marshall for future trips...my family wants to make this an annual thing!!!

Located a short walk from the Resort & Conference center. Place was mice and clean. Host was always available when I called, also very accommodating. Would rent again.

You might want to bring extra toilet paper. Food left in the garage disposal. It took us a while to figure out why the kitchen smelled so bad. A dirty sock left in the up stairs toilet room. Banister was pulled out of the wall and the patio looked like it hasn’t been touched in a month or more. I hate to give a bad review because we loved the place and had a wonderful time. Cleanliness/smell is my main complaint.

It was our first time staying here, and we enjoyed every minute! You can’t beat the close proximity to water, water access, boat dock, boat slips and friendly neighbors! This townhome was equipped with everything we needed and the owner is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We will definitely book again!

Marshall came through for us after Horseshoe Bay cancelled our reservation 2 days before our trip due to a power outage. Marshall's place was a perfect fit for our needs and nice and quiet. He did a fantastic job communicating and everything was easy-breezy. Thanks for saving the day, Marshall.

We had a great time in this condo. It sleeps alot of people if needed and is in a perfect location. 1 min to the hotel and 30 seconds to the water and the marina.. we really enjoyed sitting out on the docks behind the building. The owner was very nice and easy to get in touch with. He responded immediately. We will for sure be back..

Condo was near the lake. A short walk to the dock, to the yacht club, and to the pool. The surrounding resort property was beautifully landscaped. The walking trails were lovely.

This condo was great as it was close to the water but also close to restaurants and marina. We could walk a few feet from the condo and get in the water from the dock and just float around. We rented paddle boards and kayaks one day as it was only a 5 minute walk from the condo. The condo itself was very nicely furnished and comfortable with lots of space. Would definitely stay there again!

Decided to plan a close to home vacation with my daughter, 2 of her friends & a mom of one of those 2 friends. It was great. This condo is very close to the lake. There is a unit of condos on the lake & this condo is in the units behind those. Restaurants were within a 10-15 minute ride. The girls rented Jet Skis on the other side of the lake. Loved our time at the condo.

The property was very spacious and in a great location- just wish it was on the water. We had a few issues but we made it work. Beautiful master bedroom with a great bed. We had a good time with our friends and enjoyed our stay very much. Marshall was great to work with and responded quickly to my questions .

Marshall the owner is very responsive to any messages and very sweet. We enjoyed our time at Horseshoe Bay. Enjoyed meeting the friendly neighbors. Spent two days in the lake playing volleyball and relaxing.
