There are 6 of us in our small group and this was our first overnight stay together..a test to see if we could spend 24 hours together :) This was the perfect house for us. We each had our own beds. The house is right on the beach. It was great sitting on the porch and looking out on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and we had a great time.

The house was clean and welcoming and had everything we needed to cook. Great views and thoughtful supply of supplies.

We chose this week at the end of March because it’s when the majority of us could go. The weather wasn’t very cooperative but it didn’t matter. The 11 year old girls played in the water every day. We saw dolphins the first day. The hot tub was amazing. Clean, well stocked and beautiful . The layout confused me the entire time, my brain wouldn’t compute that the kitchen and living room were on the top floor. The view of ocean was fabulous and you won’t get any closer to the water than this. The only downfall is all the stairs.

Everything was great. Right on the beach with awesome views and a short walk to stuff to do. Look forward to coming back when it is a little warmer so that we can enjoy the deck and views of the ocean!

We enjoyed our stay in Surf City very much in January. The location was great, right on the beach. We could hear the surf when the doors were open. Also enjoyed looking for shells. The kitchen was very well equipped, this is from someone who brings their own knives. We especially liked all the containers for leftovers since we stayed for 2 weeks and had plenty of leftovers.

We stayed in the winter, not sure how it would be in summer with the beach access right next door. But for us, it was great! We could walk to restaurant and store.. the beach was beautiful! We had a wonderful Christmas! Thanks!

Loved the location, easy walk to get to the pier. Check in was very simple and the manager was quick to respond to any questions. Lots of little things in the house made it seem like we were home and welcomed.

We had a nice, long weekend. Great views and super convenient access to a quiet, clean beach. Spacious home with a good layout. Cleanliness was fine but could’ve used improvement to make it a more comfortable stay.

Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean! This was the perfect place for a girls weekend away. We had 12 adults staying and the house still felt spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with anything you might need, and the house is packed with amenities and extra thoughtful touches - they thought of everything! The beach location (and view!) was top-notch. Check-in was a breeze and Karen and Christine were both thoughtful and helpful. (Just a heads up to anyone traveling with a larger group and multiple vehicles - the beach access parking lot next door is free overnight but paid during the day. This was not clear to us from the listing and some of our drivers learned the hard way!) Highly recommend and hope to be back again!

Great location on the water! How’s was great!

Even prior to our arrival this property was warm and welcoming. Both owner, Karen and onsite property manager, Christine were very responsive to our pre-arrival inquiries and Christine even gave me a quick call while we were en route to provide an update on a couple of items. Christine’s onsite hosting was quick but quiet- she made requested items appear magically with a gracious text notification The house was perfect for our group, 6 adults, 4 teens and 2 dog, and having all linens, towels, beach towels, chairs, etc. available made it easy to get this group of 10 moved in and headed out to enjoy the “backyard” beach in record time. And the pay-it-forward pantry helped to provide some French toast essentials the next morning. The location of the house was fantastic- quietly residential, but only a short few blocks walk to restaurants, shops, etc. Any concerns we had about this being an adjoining property disappeared when our vacation neighbors arrived and the only noise we heard was out on the deck when our dogs barked at each other occasionally at the deck’s privacy wall. The consensus from our group was this is a house we will be back to again in the not to distance future.

We had the best time visiting family in Surf City with friends. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and the location was perfect. We hope to return again next Summer!

A great property situated in a convenient location. Everything went smoothly and the minor requests during our stay were promptly answered. Fun for all ages and a lot of family memories were made. Hope to make a return trip.

The property went above and beyond our expectations. Clean, well kept, and stocked with everything you will need. My work friends and I took a special trip to get quality time together outside of the office. This is a trip we will always remember.

Home is right on the beach. We loved being able to just walk outside and enjoy the surf side. Everything was clean and as described.

We had a fantastic time, everything was convenient and easy. Check in and out was good and the on-site manager was helpful with anything we had an issue with. We had a hard time working the combination on the front door and she opened it remotely for us!.

This property is extremely nice. It is kept up well, and has more amenities than most beach rentals (good beach towels, chairs, bags for shelling and much, much more). The view is outstanding. The location is about half a mile from main shops in Surf City - close enough to walk, but far enough to be just outside the more heavily trafficked area. Communications with the owner and local caretaker were pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend this property!!!

Wonderful home with beautiful views! Description in listing is very accurate with very cozy feel. There was even a little Christmas tree as we were there over the holidays! Kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean when we arrived!

We had four adults for a Christmas vacation. Property is in a great location and very comfortable. Great view from two bedrooms and kitchen/family room. Access to communal beach chairs and toys. Would definitely recommend

Four adults escaped our busy lives for a 3 night reunion. The house was perfect. Obviously way more space than we needed. Two king bedrooms meant neither couple felt slighted. We appreciated all the convinces the host offered. One couple flew- one drove. No need for linens, cookware, paper goods…The house is completely stocked with anything you need. Comfortable living area to gather together, large dining table for game night( you don’t need to pack those either because the game closet is loaded). We watched numerous porpoises off the balconies. Loved the beach access- host provides shell bags too! Please don’t hesitate to stay here. Owner and house manager couldn’t do more to ensure your effortless stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Easy access to everything in the area.

Spent a weekend here for an early Christmas celebration with family! Gorgeous property, steps directly down to the sand. Great coastal fishing spot. We saw an incredible number of dolphins from the top deck. The hosts have literally thought of everything you might need to make your stay better, all the way down to seashell collection bags! Would 100% stay here again!

Two families stayed here; each had young kids. It is a short walk to Surf City pier and property was fantastic. Would recommend for others.

Loved the location, house was perfect.

Literally right on the beach! A deck beachfront for breakfast, deck beachfront for two of the bedrooms. Unreal. Ocean waves and great views just like you hope to have. And the home is SO cute. Great decor, great space, feels like a home away from home. Property manager is super nice. Immediate communication. Not one complaint.
