Wonderful property, spacious and well appointed. Perfect for a weekend away with a large group of friends or more than one family group. 2 nights was not long enough!

Excellent! House is very spacious. only problem we faced that dish washer was not working. Otherwise everything was good more than we expected.

Great property for a large group. Our multi generational family enjoyed the large living area and privacy of ensuite bathrooms. Will definitely stay again, fits our demographic very well.

This our second time staying at this property. The property was great for our large group of extended family, everyone being able to stay in the same house but still having their own space, especially couples having there own bathrooms.

Place was spacious, clean with all required amenities to enjoy your holiday with family and friends. Specially the pool table was very useful.

Loved the property and location is excellent. Lindsay is a wonderful host and any request we had was no problem. Very luxurious having our own ensuite with every bedroom. Kitchen space a bit cramped when group cooking, but otherwise we thorougly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Very clean, heaps of space for large group, well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds, split system in each room and each bedroom having its own bathroom is a big bonus. House a little echo-y due to floorboards. Only problem was not enough towels for number of guests booked (only 2 per bathroom= 16, booked for 21).

Very clean with all linen and towels included. Shampoo/conditioner and body wash also provided. Excellent layout of space and all rooms have large wardrobe space and en-suite. Each room door is lockable but a bit of a pain to look up each individual code, you can however just leave the room door open for convenience. There could be a better selection of kitchen utensils, there was only one pair of tongs. The fridge was missing a self which made stacking it a bit difficult, a second fridge in the butler’s pantry would be useful. It’s a wonderful house for large families with or without kids, heaps of room for games. The billard table was a hit. Also lots of room outside and gardens/grass well kept. It’s about 5 minute drive to San Remo town centre and maybe 20 minutes drive to Cowes.

Ryan's Holiday House suited our large group. We enjoyed the large rooms and beds. Place was very clean. The pool table was a real bonus.

Modern house with 8 big comfortable bedrooms and ensuites, so there was plenty of room to spread out. Easy access to shops, restaurants and Phillip Island. House was spotlessly clean. Many thanks Lindsay :)

Everyone enjoyed their stay. Ensuites in each room helped getting every kid ready for bed without having to wait for a bathroom. Place was clean. Host communication was great and very understanding.

Fantastic house for small work team. The large bedrooms rooms with private ensuites made it feel like we were staying in hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Short walk to San Remo shops. Would highly recommend.

The house surpassed all our expectations. The set up of rooms meant each family had their own amenities which greatly enhanced our experience.

The property is lovely, really spacious and caters for everyone. The pool table was very popular and the garden was terrific for the little children. The weather was great so we were able to have a bbq. The host is very helpful. We left a phone in one of the bedrooms and Lindsay said she would send it on to us. That’s great service! Great property for large groups. Spacious, clean, beds comfortable. Billiard table heaps of fun, walking distance to San Remo shops. Kitchen had everything we needed and lots of bench space.

We loved the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Cleanliness was first class. A cheat sheet on using induction cooktop would be handy and a few extra salad bowls helpful. Knives could do with a sharpen too. Overall it was fantastic for our group.

We had a group of 14 made up of 3 generations. Being able to stay downstairs was great for my older parents, and ensuites for every room was great with so many of us. The stairs out the front of the house were a concern for the less mobile of our group ( a hand rail would be brilliant and make them much safer). Luckily we found the gate around the side which allowed for safe (one level) access. Anyone else staying with older or less mobile guests should not attempt the stairs out the front. We loved the recliners and the billiard table. The two dining tables were great for different activities. Plenty of crockery and kitchen equipment. Our only wish would be for some more lounge chairs for a large number of people to relax on (people went to bed rather than sit on a hard chair or on the floor). Communication with the owner was clear and timely. The house was exceptionally clean and we will definitely look to book again. Would love to be able to check out later than 10 am but we understand that there’s a lot of cleaning needed if new guests are arriving the same day. It just meant that we all really only got 1 day together which was a shame. Thanks Lindsay!

We were delighted to celebrate together with friends, my husband 40th birthday. Had no problems finding anything at the property… super clean, every room had an ensuite which made our guests super comfortable. Would recommend this property to big groups… inshort we had pleasant experience.

Very unique to find 8 bedrooms with ensuite including bed linens, towels and cleaning. Good location to reach Phillip Island, plenty of space, too few wine glasses which were brought the day after. If you’re after comparable comfort for everyone, it’s the perfect place.

everything in the house was great, loved it except not much room in front of the fridge when a few working in the kitchen.Was good to enter through the back gate with the wheelchair. Only not so good was the tiled path & steps at the front, very slippery when wet & no hand rail on the steps

Great house, very large rooms, had everything you need except just would have liked a little bit more kitchen equipment such as mixing bowl, oven tray and a decent chopping board

The 8 bedrooms with ensuites attached was a luxury and much appreciated. The rooms were big and spacious and provision of enough powerpoints, a work table, chairs and even a box of tissue in every room were also welcome. The host has certainly put much thought into the layout of the house and what the guests would need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lindsay is also prompt to respond to questions asked. Provision of the pool table kept the young ones occupied. Thank you for a wonderful time and we will be back!

Host was very responsive, clean house, have Nespresso machine, all ensuite rooms, loved the kitchen, has everything we need. Generous Host who provides sufficient tissue, rubbish bags, cleaning clothes etc We stayed with 4 families and we all had a great time.
