Very clean and organized with everything we could need from brochures to kitchen essentials. There was great communication from Clayton and it was a lovely stay for us close to Volcanoes. Loved all the birds and wildlife in the area. Highly recommend this home!

Very nice stay overall, the house is new and very clean, good location for the East side of the island. Had couple of technical issues, which were resolved momentarily. Thanks for the nice stay!

We loved our 3 night stay between Hilo and Volcano National Park. Our host was helpful and responsive, the house was wonderful and modern, and we hope to be back!

This is a very clean, well-appointed property. The house looks brand new and all of the furnishings and linens seem new. We cooked a lot of meals in the kitchen and we were very comfortable there. We had a problem our second day there when the hot water heater and the oven stopped working suddenly on Christmas Eve. We feared there would be no one able to fix it on Christmas Eve. Clayton, the manager, was there within minutes. It was only an empty gas tank that ran the hot water heater and oven so it was easy to fix. Clayton had it fixed within 20 minutes! Great place to stay and excellent host that understands hospitality. Highly recommended.

Home was very clean and perfect location to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and sightseeing areas. Home is equipped with Kilauea past eruption DVDs. Comfortable and cool, love sitting out in the lanai under the stars. My wife and I really enjoyed this rental and look forward in staying there again.
