Check in was smooth and fast. Friendly staff. Proper sound proof and amazing location.

The room had some chips and nicks. Dead bugs. And the mattres was a little soft.

Very poor Internet even if you want to browse website and chat and the hotel only offers a coffeemaker I can understand that we should buy capsules by ourselves but there is no cup for coffee in the room. This is so strange.

Very central and the room had two balcony windows with views of the cathedral. It was near a shopping centre with underground parking around the corner, only 150 metres from the hotel entrance in a pedestrian area. This was very near the central square and restaurants.

It was a minimal reception. The lady was very helpful once we figured out how to get in. There were many signs and an equipment which seemed to be for late check-in. The bell itself did not have any sign so it wasn't obvious at first to try it.

There was an issue with air circulation in the room die to change of seasons, they changed from air conditioning to heat and then it warmed up. They did their best to correct it, but with windows closed, it got stuffy.

The automated check in machine that seems to becoming popular in many hotels. There were no staff in the hotel after 23.00.

The location was amazing, right in the center of Reus. We had a double room with a little balcony that had the view of the beautiful church. The room was clean, had air conditioning, and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly.
