This property was so close to ETSU, and it was a perfect spot!! We were dropping our kid off for college and it was truly a base camp for the back and forth to campus! It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood but close to so many things! Would definitely recommend for a small family!

I can't say enough about this Apt. and our Host "Jason" He was readily Available to answer any questions .We had everything we needed to feel right at Home . The place was very clean and well stocked . Also close to downtown . And when our food was delivered to him by mistake he brought it down to us even tho it was a little later in the Evening . Easy access and lights were left on for us when we let him know we were going to be in after Dark . Very welcoming and Great Southern Hospitality !!! If you want a great place to stay I highly Reccomend this Place !!!! you won't regret it !!! This will For Sure be our Home away from Home next time we are in Johnson City if it's Available

Picture perfect....very clean & owner answered all our question immediately. We will definitely like to stay here again if we make it back to Johnson City. Grocery stores, restaurants, mall & other shops very convenient & close. Great place to stay.

We were so impressed with the host and the property. We enjoyed the fireworks and the proximity of very good restaurants. We certainly recommend this getaway to anyone.

The place was very clean and centrally located to everything. So cozy, with everything you need. Had trouble with the lock, our fault, and Jason took care of it right away. Would highly recommend this place. The Smiths

This is the perfect place to stay if your visiting Johnson City! The host Jason was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed and the house was stocked very well with anything we could have needed. I love all the decor and the area was some cozy and homey feeling! It was so awesome to have our own driveway - and we could not have been located any better to get to everything if we tried! Next time we are in Johnson City we will absolutely look forward to staying here again.

We both slept good. Nice to have supplies to cook & do some laundry. I sleep in a recliner and it was comfortable. I wasn't used to streaming on the TV but my wife figured it out. Would stay there again if we come back to Johnson City Tennessee.

We will absolutely stay here again. The host was a prompt and clear communicator and was extremely accommodating. The property has all the comforts of home, and the host is graciously open to suggestions. The property is situated in a central location and we had no problem getting around.

The apartment was a perfect place for our home base in Johnson City. It is spacious and was immaculate upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable and the two bedrooms are separate and private from each other. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals. The location is central to downtown and the university. We had no issues during our stay but Jason was very accessible and offered to help in any way. This will be our #1 spot to land if visiting the area again!

Awesome experience at the property, very spacious and clean and well appointed with everything you need for your stay. Way nicer than staying at a hotel and centrally located to everything in Johnson City just off 11E.

This was a great place to stay in Johnson City - central to everything in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Jason was a very attentive host and checked in several times to make sure things were going well. The space itself is well kept and cozy and I was impressed by the kitchen! Would certainly stay here again.

The property was perfect for our stay. The rental had everything we needed, plenty of extra blankets and towels and comfy amenities. It was a really convenient location for staying in the Johnson City area. And Jason was a great host. He communicated quickly and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. A+!

We were so pleased to find this place! We were in town to move my daughter into college, and this was a great base as the location was perfect to everything. The pictures are exactly what it looks like. It is very cute and cozy, but at the same time quite spacious. The apartment is very well stocked with everything you would need as if you were in your own home. I loved the keyless entry. It was so simple, and I didn't need to worry if I lost the key. The beds were so comfortable. Even my daughter commented after the first night how comfortable her bed was. What I appreciated most is Jason (the owner). He answered every question in a matter of minutes and resolved anything we needed. I messaged him when we got into town that I was having issues with the VRBO app and couldn't access the instructions. He called me immediately and helped come up with a solution to get me the directions/instructions. He was the best! I will definitely stay again when I go visit my daughter at school. I would highly recommend this property.

I'm 5'7 so the height clearance was not a problem for me. My boyfriend however had a rough time using the bathroom and showering. He also hit his head on some of the lower areas of the ceiling. The beds were on the firmer side, so if you want something soft than this is not the place for you. The property had a variety of stores and activities minutes away. The owner was very attentive and responded promptly to messages. Overall we had a good stay in Johnson City. I'd 10/10 recommend this property to someone shorter than 6'.

First, I messaged Jason before we left and let him know we would be arriving late, around 9PM. He stated he would leave the outside light on for us and wished us safe travels. When we arrived the light was on =) When we went inside, we were pleasantly surprised. The space is much bigger than we had anticipated. The pictures do not do justice. Two nice bedrooms, the master has a walk in closet, a large living room and kitchen/DR combo. This place had all the bells and whistles. The kitchen was well-equipped and the dishwasher and laundry facility were key! I don't have either at home =) The decor was so cute and homey. And the bed was SO comfortable. The bathroom is a tight space, but he does mention that in the listing. My husband is 6' 1" and had to duck a little in the shower. I am 5' 4" and I thought the shower was fantastic. Great water pressure too! We brought our 5 year old son with us and were happy to see the place was equipped with games and a Wii system. The driveway is also very long and he was able to ride his scooter up and down. By day 2, we decided we wanted to stay an extra day. I messaged Jason and asked if that would be possible. He said it was and was able to extend our stay through the app. On the day were were supposed to leave (Sunday) we realized the door code had expired. I messaged him and he had it corrected almost immediately. He was very responsive. His home is also minutes from town, and there is a large park with a play ground close by. We unfortunately, couldn't stop, but maybe next time! Next time we travel to Tennessee, we will most definitely check availability at Jason's place! His hospitality was wonderful.
