I couldn’t have enjoyed my stay here more! Not only is it a beautiful property, the location was ideal & the host was a pleasure to deal with. It’s very clean & comfortable, i would recommend staying here in a heartbeat!

Only needed to stay for two nights, but everything was clean and exactly as expected. The host answered any questions I had in a very timely manner.

The property is in a lovely subdivision dotted with a variety of citrus trees. The hosts were welcoming and available, discretely, to answer questions. We enjoyed our stay!

Nestled in a modern community that is very pleasing on your eyes, close to shopping/convenience but pleasantly quiet. This home is lovely. The owners are very friendly and quick with any question that comes to mind. We had to leave our fur baby 🐕 back home for this trip but we enjoyed seeing theirs, very friendly! And we had the best sleep, very comfortable bed! What more can I say? Thank ya'll so very much for having us over. Next we visit, and we will, we would very much love to stay here again! Wonderful! This casita is located in a beautiful neighborhood south of Phoenix metro area. Very quaint and quiet. We felt very safe. Many places to go for walks nearby. Easy drive to see much of the Phoenix area. Plenty of room.

We were looking for a basic, clean place to stay that was close to friends & family, that wouldn’t break the bank. This casita was perfect! We had lots of room, off-street parking, private entrance, and Lowana & Clint were very responsive and gracious hosts. It was in a very quiet, walkable neighborhood. Close to restaurants, hiking, groceries - everything we wanted. Would definitely recommend!

Citrus tree lined street with birds and bunnies abound. Wonderful accommodation and hosts, nice hot shower, very comfy mattress, good linens and plenty of extra pillows. Cracked open the bedroom window in the morning to hear birds singing and palm fronds rustling in the breeze. A short drive to San Tan Regional Mtn Park (don’t miss it!) for beautifui hiking and biking. Just right… Highly recommend!

First of all check in was easy. The neighborhood and home are beautiful and peaceful. For me my wife and and my two kids Lawana’s casita was a perfect place to stay. I recommend this casita, and if you factor in the price (very reasonable) it’s a no brainer. Homeowners were out of sight and I never saw them. (Can be extremely awkward when homeowners want to be part of the vacation)

I loved the neighborhood and the location made it easy to head off in any direction we wanted to explore. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This was my first time staying not in a hotel and the experience was amazing. The home owner was wonderful and went above and beyond to help us answer local questions. The pictures don’t do the house justice, huge ceilings it was stunning. The walking trails right behind the house we’re a huge perk

This VRBO was perfect for us, we were vendors at the Horse Shoe Equestrian Park (1.6 miles away), near to lots of restaurants, and other shops etc. Since we had no time to cook, we did not need a kitchen, but the microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, and free Wi-Fi were a welcome addition. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom and shower lovely, and the area was quiet. The hosts made it very easy to access the accommodations, and made sure to greet us. All in all “perfect for us”!

Such a beautiful property. The property is close to a grocery store and other restaurants. It's quiet and a perfect place to re-charge. The bed is comfy, as well as the couch so you can chill and unwind. This is a horse community so you can take advantage of the trails for your morning or afternoon walks. Loved it!!!
