Property was Just what I expected! Only issue was on the beach , a lot a people on Saturday didn’t find a good spot

Newer home...well maintained...lots of room for large family...quite a distance from pool, courts, etc. a short drive from the lake front...but a nice private lake front provided with the housing development...we had a nice stay. It is just that Bear Lake is getting too crowded, like disneyland down town filled with people who seem to have never had a milkshake in their life :)

Had our family reunion here. The place was clean and plenty of beds and seating for meals. The owners were kind and responded quickly to any of our concerns. Wish they had an in line water heater, the hot water did not last long so only about 5 people could shower before the hot water ran out.

Beautiful property. Well stocked. Fantastic view of the lake. Manager quickly answered any and all concerns we had. Suited the needs of our family reunion perfectly. The reserve beach is secluded but muddy (I am sure because other water is a lot higher around the lake due to record snowfall) — so bring some chairs to sit on. We would absolutely stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts are very attentive and thoughtful. The home is bright, new and well equipped. We enjoyed the large dining tables with plenty of eating space for all. The drawback is they take up any gathering/seating area, but there is a huge sectional downstairs, or we visited out on the deck. The games in the garage were a hit, and my personal favorite was the view of the lake from the comfortable deck seating with the propane fire table. There are plenty of beds for everyone. The younger kids enjoyed being all together in the bunk loft. The home is part of a gated community with all the amenities included and we took advantage of them all…swimming pools, sports court, and beach access.

This place was amazing. Plenty of space, adult children had a blast with all the games in the garage. Beds were comfortable however all of them were a bit squeaky. Thank you for hosting a beautiful home for us to enjoy our vacation in.

Very nice clean house in a gorgeous location

The stay at this home home was a wonderful and enjoyable experience for my family. The accommodations were great with plenty of room for everyone to move around without being on top of each other. The fire table allowed for comfortable evenings outside on the deck. I am glad we were able to stay at this home and enjoy the serenity of the Bear Lake area. I would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Large, beautiful home with incredible views of the lake. The private beach access was a huge bonus. The owner was very responsive to questions and excellent to worth with. It was the perfect place for our family to stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this new property at The Reserve, located on the Fish Haven, ID side of Bear Lake! The home was warm and inviting with a huge kitchen loaded with every possible dish, pot, pan, mixing bowl, utensils you could ever need! There are two long tables with seating for 30 and seating at a Long Island in the kitchen. The sliding glass door opens to a beautiful deck overlooking Bear Lake with a huge sofa and gas BBQ. One night there was a lightning storm and we turned out all the lights and sat there watching it over the lake--absolutely gorgeous! The bedrooms were nice sized with big, clean bathrooms. There are 6 bedrooms and then a huge open area upstairs with 4 huge bunkbeds for kids--also a little play kitchen and tv in that open "bunkbed" area. Kid heaven! We loved this rental and our communication with Lyndee was wonderful! She replied instantly, kindly, and answered all our questions! We will be back for sure! Thank you!

We had a wonderful week at this property. It is a little far from town, but that worked for us. There’s a lot to do on the property and the reserve. The private beach access was a blessing since the main marina was always packed. The check out process was a little confusing due to the instructions around the house weren’t the same, but it all worked out. The property manager was east to get a hold of and responded right away to any questions. Would stay again.

The cabin had everything you’d ever need to enjoy your Bear Lake stay. Pool towels, games and a fully stocked kitchen. The private beach was amazing! Lyndee and Spencer were very responsive when a wifi issue came up. Both are great hosts and seem to really care about their guests. A minor suggestion would be to invest in mattress toppers. The bed was not comfortable at all. At least not in the main floor master bedroom. Overall, I would book this place again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. We especially loved the large kitchen and dining area for our large group of 24 people. We highly recommend it!!

The home is beautiful with quality furnishings and amenities. The views are spectacular.

My very large family and I stayed there just a couple weeks ago! We enjoyed cit very much! The place was very clean, everything was labeled so well that it made it really easy to find and put things away! When we checked out we heard that we had caused some white spots on the couch in the basement! The owner was really great to work with! The owner and their cleaning team went above and beyond to try and get it out before just charging us! And they succeeded!! Had they not, we would’ve taken care of it! But I just wanted to point out they were great to work with!

The house was large and had a great layout for our large gathering. The games in the garage (ping pong, double shot) we’re a big hit. Having the house so close to a private beach entrance was also fantastic. All in all, it was a fantastic stay!

The property was very accommodating for our family. There was sufficient seating for all 27 of us. We had games that we played in the dining area, where we laughed and renewed our relationships for three days. There are areas for watching movies and simultaneously in other areas the was a place of meditation. Great experience for our family. Thank you for the opportunity.

We loved our stay at this property. The owners were very good with communication before arrival. The property was very clean and well stocked. We loved the large amount of seating in the dining area and the patio is beautiful, with great views. We would recommend this place!

This will be short and sweet. Everything went well, no issues, fantastic communication, had everything we needed, easy instructions, very straight forward, and no problems whatsoever. Host went above and beyond for us and I'm already booked to come back!

Beautiful energy in this home, helpful host, clean and accommodating

This house was amazing! Beautiful inside and out. The large dining are was plenty big for our group of 19. This is the best seating we've ever had at a rental. We enjoyed the privacy of the house and would love to come back when we can enjoy the lake and all of the club house amenities. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Beautiful home! Everything was clear to us and host were super friendly and good to work with! Relaxing and hanging out was perfect! Spacious, plenty of bathrooms, beds for all! Our group of family and friends loved all the games in the garage- ( maybe some kind of heat would be a nice addition for winter 😊). We spent a lot of time making memories! Beautiful, immaculate, perfectly located, large home that easily and very comfortably accommodated our group. Plenty of room for multiple families. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We loved having the two dining room tables large enough for our entire group to gather, share a meal, play games, relax and enjoy one another. This home is immaculately clean, Warm and inviting. It is beautifully decorated and made us feel right at home. The owners responded immediately to any of our questions And made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful New Years vacation ski vacation with our family and friends. The large windows throughout the home made the view of Bear Lake beautiful. We will rent this home again the next time we are in the area without any hesitation.

We had a great family reunion. The facilities were excellent.

We really enjoyed our time at this house. The community's private beach access was very nice and the clubhouse amenities were great too. The house was clean, although, the grill had a lot of ash and burned up gunk accumulated on the cover just underneath the grill grates, enough that it would have affected the heat distribution of the grill. I spent about 45 minutes cleaning it out and the grill worked great for us after that. Overall, our group had a great time at the house. The property managers let us know just after we got there that one of the blinds in the basement was broken, but it didn't effect us at all. More than enough beds for our group and everyone was quite comfortable in the house.

The property was able to handle the family with room to spare. We enjoyed our stay very much. It would be nice to have lamps in the bedrooms.

We had 10 adults and 6 kids 10 years and younger. Beautiful lodging, great location, and personalable owners. We loved it and would stay again!!!

This home was excellent for large families.

This property had rooms for all our adults and the loft bunk beds were a huge hit with all our kids. Made for great cousin time but with the safety of open area. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances could have used a double oven though for our big group had to cooking in shifts a bit. The tv ratio was perfect. The beach access and clubhouse were nice add ins.
