I have booked and paid the amount on the day of booking and I got 3 mails regarding confirmation and on the day when I reached there the property manager told me that no rooms left and all booked. Then where is my booking ???

Though we have booked in booking.com, the owner told us to checkout the room because they have taken booking from outside(offline). In need of work travel we were booked our room 2 days prior but they are lethargic about our situation nd in a harsh way they told us to check out nd casually saying to seek other rooms from Oyo by giving customer care number

Decent rooms at good rates. Easy access and quiet location.

The owners of the establishment lack consideration and manners. Our experience was extremely unpleasant. Despite arriving with a group of 15 people, we were met with immediate shouting from the owners. Furthermore, we were forced to leave the premises at 12:30 am, causing inconvenience as we had to find alternative accommodations. This experience is sure to disturb your peace of mind. Additionally, the rooms were unclean, with stains on the beds, intermittent water flow during showers, and bathrooms that were worse than public toilets.
