the rooms are very big and I love the balcony to sit outside and have a drink. I loved watching the seaplanes take off in the river

we had to get in the car to go anywhere.

a cross between a motel, & bnb. a quiet location, short drive from town, a lovely river view from the balcony. room was fitted out in modern, minimalist fashion, comfortable furnishings, loved the extra facilities like iron & board, bar fridge, wifi, all worked well. shower large & clean. we briefly used the kitchen facilities, you could easily host a dinner party with all that was available, from cooking facilities, crockery etc, and ample fridge, d/w etc host made it quite clear that bikes, advice, and washing was able to be assisted, on request.

a number of cobwebs, on the balcony area, with harmless spiders, was a minor thing.

Beautiful spot near the water in a nice region. Room was spacious and there was access to a shared kitchen with an espresso machine, fridge and stovetop.

No flyscreen for bottom floor apartments so you couldn't have your door open. Price was a little expensive given the location wasn't particularly central.

Large rooms. Communal lounge and kitchen.

Insulation between floors. We were disturbed by normal movement from guests in upper rooms on one night.

They are doing things a "little differently", with a communal bar kitchen area for all guests ( see photo) . The "core" offer is good. Liked access to a balcony for fresh air. It is new fresh and bed was great. If you want to enjoy a sky dive it is next door! Collateral and offer can be improved.

It was raining a lot which meant covered walkways were very wet. Pity access had no under cover space. A comfortable lounge option would also add to comfort.

A lot of space.

I would like if there were two sort of lounge chairs not just one. A small dining table in the room, to lean a book on to write in. No room service after the first night. Maybe this was my fault but coffee and sugar wasn’t available in room for 2nd morning I didn’t know if there was some in the main kitchen I didn’t check. Also maybe my fault again I wasn’t sure if the cereal was everybody’s so we just went to a cafe. My point communication could have been better.

the towels were not good for wiping your body after a shower their were no amenities like a shower cap etc and the pillows were hard

Room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Lovely river view. Great shared facilities downstairs including tables and chairs, refrigerator and kitchen.

The only negatives were the shared facilities were not super clean and the accommodation was a little way out of Moruya.

I loved its aesthetic, I met the proprietor fleetingly and he couldn’t have been nicer. The kitchen and dining area downstairs was great.

Clean tidy

Abit expensive, hard floors so could hear neighbours moving furniture etc. a rug would make the rooms more cosy, and maybe some baggage holders or extra furniture in the rooms would make it even better

The self check in and out was simple to use and made turning up at late times a breeze.

The room needed cleaning. There was a thick buildup of dust on the bedside tables and lamps. Light bulb needed changing and no handle on the toilet brush; all gives the impression of neglect and detracts from the enjoyability and value of the stay.
