Our family stayed at this cabin for a month, and had a spectacular time. The cabin is well-outfitted with games, cooking utensils, bbq, beautiful rooms, an office - everything you need to get away but have every amenity possible. Rebecca was attentive and informative to ensure we had everything we needed. I can't wait to come back!

Our family stayed at this cabin for a month, and had a spectacular time. The cabin is well-outfitted with games, cooking utensils, bbq, beautiful rooms, an office - everything you need to get away but have every amenity possible. Rebecca was very responsive to messages prior to our stay. House was not clean when we arrived. The house was left in disarray with no key in the lock box. Rebecca did allow us to crawl through a window to gain access. Later to find out the house cleaner had an emergency and took the key with her. We spent the first evening washing an entire house worth of bedding and towels. The next day was spent taking out all of the trash,cleaning dirty toilets, bathrooms, kitchen, dishes and sanitizing the house... including leftover tampons and dirty clothes and underwear from the people who had stayed before us. At that point we had lost two days spent cleaning the owners house. There were a number of things that made us feel insecure about leaving the property with no key to lock up our belongings including having our vehicles window smashed broken into on Christmas Eve. The owner admittedly had no control over our vehicles being broken into. however, we did express our discomfort and concern multiple times about leaving our things unsecured with no way to lock them up. We waited 4 days to get a key from the owner. Two days in a row we were told that we would have it by 12:00pm which we anticipated and waited for. The owner needs to understand that when you were providing a service for people it is not about your opinions but about the experience that you are providing the people who are paying you. We received a pretty terrible experience. Originally we asked for 2 nights and a cleaning fee which she said fine to. We ultimately lost five days of our vacation due to cleaning/not having a key. A simple call to a locksmith could have gone a long way. Our stay ended on January 2. I have waited several days to write a review in hopes that the owner will submit for the refund or find a way to at least make things right. We will see what happens. We are giving the owners the benefit of the doubt that they will address these issues when they come back from vacation. The last reply we got was sorry we are on vacation until 1/8. Update: We did receive a refund of 1 night and a cleaning fee. This is not what we originally had asked for but at least they did come through. I think Rebecca will learn a lot from the experience. Unfortunately, a rental does not always just run itself. Rebecca the house is beautiful!! I told you we would leave it clean and we did! Thank you for refunding a portion of what we discussed.

Our grandkids would like to take a lower floor home with them that included their bunkbeds the game room and a cinema room that was their highlight for sure

Two couples. We all needed a change of scenery and temperature from Tucson during a long Covid season. Decided to rent this lovely home in Torreón. Had all the conveniences. Lots of trees. The owner was wonderful to speak with and took care of any concerns right away.
