Cute beach cottage steps to the beach. Very well stocked with anything you would need! Beach chairs and toys. Only thing I would add would be a small cooler we flew in so would have been nice.
The beds were very comfy and would definitely return. We did notice all bikes had flat tires. The owner was helpful on places to go. Definitely stay again.

Fantastic property that’s so close to the beach. Host is terrific and makes sure you are well taken care of. We stayed over the Thanksgiving week and had a wonderful time. One of the best places to stay in Jax Beach!

We will definitely be back! Great cottage! We loved the front porch area. Owning rental property myself, I noticed every detail. A lot of thought was given to the property amenities. Barbara was so helpful and made the visit to help my daughter move nearby less stressful. Thank you again!

The Beach cottage was beautiful inside and outside! Short walk to the beach. Incredibly well decorated! The gardens and plants around the cottage were so pretty! Pictures don’t do this place justice!! All the beds were more comfortable than back at home. All amenities were at our fingertips. Barbara was so nice and quick to respond to any questions we had while there! We will be returning back to this beautiful beach cottage! 😊

This little cottage is charming! Spotlessly clean! Great neighborhood, & close to everything (most w/i walking distance). The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could be! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay there, and plan to be back! HIGHLY recommend!!

Our family of six had the best time at the Beachy Cottage! The house was comfortable, clean, located very close to the beach, and very well stocked.
Although the weather was a little cold we were still able to enjoy lots of beach time and really appreciated all of the beach equipment provided—we didn’t have to pack anything but our clothes and some food! Our kids really enjoyed walking to restaurants and the short walk to the water. We all slept great in the large comfy beds. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen had everything we needed and more. I really appreciate how thoughtful the hostess is, she obviously loves this house and takes very good care of it. We hope to come back again soon!

This home was perfect! But little beach bungalow, steps away from the beach. The home for us perfect and our friends. The home included all the fun things that we could need for a day at the beach…chairs, umbrella, towels, wagon to carry it all. The only thing we could not find was a cooler. This home has everything we need. We highly recommend staying here and are absolutely going to stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Beautiful house in the perfect location. Easy access to the beach. Plenty of beach equipment available which made packing for the trip much easier. Barbara was an excellent host. Check in and check out we’re easy. I would definitely rent this property again

The property was spectacular and had everything we needed and more. The property owner was a dream to work with through the entire process. I had many questions as this was my first VRBO rental and she always responded quickly with all the information I needed.
This is a MUST STAY rental for anyone wanting the beach house experience!!!

This property is a short walk to the beach. Beach towels, bicycles, a grill, and beach toys were provided. The cottage was cozy and well maintained. We loved it!!!

Had a wonderful time here with family! Loved the decor and furniture was very comfortable. Everything you would need is provided. Loved the screened in porch and it was a short walk to the beach access.

Perfect! Perfect location and listing was exactly as described. Location was actually better than expected. Host was very responsive and easy to contact. We all loved it and look forward to coming again

Perfect little beach house
Just what my husband and I wanted for our 20th anniversary. The house was so adorable. It is so close to the beach. The sea breeze, the salt air! Barbara is the perfect host. She responded quickly to any questions or suggestions. She has thought of everything. The garage has all your beach needs such as umbrellas and chairs and even a wagon. The kitchen had everything I needed. There were plenty of towels and beach towels. Definitely stay here.

Weekend getaway
Very cute, clean, comfortable cottage one block from the ocean and walking distance to restaurants. Enjoyed all the different seating places from living area (watched some of The Masters), the front porch, the front "yard" (sunrise) and the back patio. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, towels were soft. All the little things that make a difference.

Cottage by the beach
The cottage was so cute and had several outdoor spaces including a screened front porch. It had a very homey feel and was so close to the beach. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! The walk in shower in the master bathroom was nice and had excellent water pressure!
The cottage was well stocked with anything you needed including toiletries and plenty of towels and washcloths.
The best thing about the cottage is its proximity to the beach. It was a short walk maybe a block.

Charm Unlimited
Warm and charming house less than a block from a lovely beach. This home has everything…wonderful eat-in kitchen, dining area, 2 porches with plenty of seating, 2 bathrooms, 1 with a large shower, 1 with a deep claw-foot tub (which I loved), large living room with comfortable sofa and chairs. Great location within walking distance of breakfast restaurant and a wonderful luncheon/ tea restaurant. The owner is always available to recommend restaurants and shopping locations…or anything else you might want. We will definitely rent again!

Great place to relax and catch up… old Florida feel .. way better than high rises!!!
My husband and I were meeting up with friends from upstate ny(we are from nh) to catch up and see a nfl football game. Under no control of the weather… we came into a weekend nor’easter for all of Friday and Saturday. The accommodations were beautiful, relaxing and quaint. Everything we needed was there! Beautiful decor and total tropical feel. Only wish the weather would have been more accommodating! The beach was steps away and the screened in porch and private back patio would have been so enjoyable! Thank you Barbara! We loved your house!

Charming beach house a do-over
We loved it so much we are coming back in the Fall. Charming vintage beach cottage with lots of room and spaces to match whatever lifestyle your stay calls for. The beds were super comfortable and sheets high quality (and appreciated). Fully appointed right down to a wagon for hauling boogie boards and chairs the short walk to the beach. We swam every day and enjoyed the many restaurants and sites in the area. Looking forward to coming back!
