The apartment was clean and comfortable. Like it allot.

We were put right at the back of the site which was ok except for the fact it was like a dump. Full of litter, unkept and very disappointing.

Nothing about the property met my expectations

Apartment well equipped and modern and very clean

No WiFi all stay asked for help said too many people must be using it!! Had pool issues with no wristband and reception to pool door locked and no signs to help with access! locker keys have no wristband so had to hide them in a towel . Clubhouse disgraceful no ice ran out of lager ?? Glasses were hot from dishwasher arrived at 9 no entertainment and restaurant had no menus had to go online 4g as no WiFi to find opening times. breakfast was odd no menus!! same thing ordered twice was totally different ran out of juice not particularly cheap either and lots more small things ☹ real shame first holiday since chemo !!!

The property was immaculately clean & had all the facilities needed. The contact at the property was so helpful answering questions & allowing us early check in she went above and beyond. Lovely pool & kids soft play too and very reasonable priced drinks & food.

Easy instructions to get keys

Apartment not fully clean. Cobwebs around all the building Some of the ceiling paint was pealing off and looked water stained Cutlery and glasses were dirty and not cleaned prior to arrival

Comfy bedrooms, spacious, modern facilities

No Wi-Fi, neighbour noisy, tv reception poor

newly refurbished to a good standard and nice and clean

parking would have been better closer to the actual apartment

The restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly

No entertainment on may/June school holidays. Walls a bit grubby in our apartment, red food stains on walls by the table, dirty kitchen utensils and plates on our arrival. Hairs on our towels and bedding.
