Enjoyed the stay, will definitely be coming back

The house was amazing, perfect location and the pool was so nice! Will definitely stay again when we come back!

This property had plenty of room and all the amenities needed for a comfortable visit, including beach towels and a washer/dryer. The condo was only a couple of blocks from the beach and it was easy to navigate the area. We fished from the dock behind the condo and caught a handful of croakers and small catfish. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay the condo is right on the corner so a little more secluded then others but there are only about 6 there total so less traffic then most. The walls aren't super thin we never heard the neighbors which is a huge bonus for me. The pool was nice and clean and the deck area chairs were super comfy to watch my little crew on. The lower deck also has the green fish lights for fishing and we loved that! Lots of sweet moments to remember and laughter had there. The condo beds were all comfortable and clean. I am very picky I won't even stay in a hotel because of the turn over there and scared of bed bugs and fleas. Bathrooms were tidy and there are three so that was awesome. There are two comfortable family areas on both levels which I didn't realize how nice that was for settling down for the evening we all moved upstairs and watched some movies and played games to settle down the super excited little hearts. It's very nicely located right down from the beach so we had breakfast on the beach in the mornings and spent our evenings playing on the beach while daddy fished on and off at the packery channel. He got some really nice flounder! The communication from the manager and owner was on point and they were making sure we were well cared for and content with every aspect of our stay. If I had the slightest question it was answered quickly. Great little treasure tucked away in a safe area. We would gladly return.

1 minute drive to the beach. Love that the property had beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. for us to enjoy. That is always a plus! The shower in the master is large and so enjoyable. Thank you for a great property.

Really enjoyed the house and it was a very nice property.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and close to the beach. Michele assisted us when the internet went out and had a new modem put in. Also the keypad to the front door went out and it was replaced by the time we arrived. I would hands down recommend this house and rent again.

We loved being so close to the beach, the condo was well kept and beautifully decorated. My father in law caught several fish off the doc and enjoyed that we were so close to the water.

The renting process was quick and very easy.

This was a great place to stay! It was spacious, clean, beds were comfortable & the layout was perfect for the kids to have room to play separate from the adults. I would definitely stay here again! Just a few blocks to the beach, great community pool, awesome access to fishing in the channel & golf cart rental & grocery store was all within a mile or two.

The kids, my parents and my spouse and I enjoyed our stay here so much. The beach was super close to us! We loved that we were away from the main street traffic that we've seen built up before. The house was so cute and comfortable. The pics lead us to believe it was an attached private pool but it didn't matter to use once we saw how close it was! We enjoyed being able to bbq. The sofa bed was a little dirty and had a stain but we were able to put clean sheet and blankets on it. We all said we old love to stay here again. Can't wait to come back.

Overall great place for family fun and comfort. First impressions of the place are not that great mainly due to the old condos rite behind the place you stay are a huge eye sores witch isn’t showed in the picture . But I have to say that the fishing was great, the house is very nice and the pool will be running now so that will be a plus.

I love staying in this location with its proximity to the beach and the Packery Channel. The house was very welcoming and comfortable. The garage makes it easy to lock up your gear and to rent a golf cart. We will be back. Thanks!

This is our fourth year to the area. We typically stay on the bay side, but thought we would try a new spot this year. Next year, we will go back to the area we typically stay. The unit was clean; however, the property could use some attention. I understand there was a hurricane that came through the week before, but it looked like nothing had been cleaned up since the storm. The pool was closed due to equipment going out, there were broken chairs and trash laying around. Another tenant used the patio table for their bait table, so there were pieces of bait left out on the shared deck area. The boat dock/slip is underwhelming as well. We ended up trailering our boat every day instead of using the boat slip. The unit is the furthest from the water/pool area. Based on the pictures when we booked the unit, I thought we were overlooking the pool area.

Great, spacious unit that gives plenty of room to spread out even in these crazy days. Picture was a little misleading that the u it is poolside. But complex is only 5 units so it’s just mere steps away. Complex is not on the Laguna Madre but on a side canal with no view from the unit. But location is good to walk or bike to the Jerry and to drive to beach or back to town. Unit was very well stocked with kitchen items, a cooler and beach chairs. Even a bike. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for helping us have a great trip!

With everything going on in the world, especially with the lack of interaction with friends we really needed a break from our at home routine. This place was perfect for what we needed. We were able to still social distance and enjoy fun filled day at the beach which was a short drive away. The house had everything that we needed. We got some amazing seafood from Paul's and made our own low country boil. A very well stocked kitchen for your cooking needs. It was really nice to have beach chairs and towels available. They even had bikes which we didn't get to take advantage of but definitely will next time. Had some wifi issues but communicating with the owner was amazing. They walked us through how to correct it and even gave us extra time to leave due to the wifi inconvenience. Definitely felt like a home away from home. Can't wait to go back.

Great experience. We locked ourselves out and Michelle answered and walked us through getting back in immediately. Everything was well stocked and clean!

The place was clean, well maintained and accurately pictured. Michelle was readily available to answer any questions. The place was well equipped with everything you would need to prepare any meal. The pool area was well maintained. A few tips: You are only provided with one trash bag in the kitchen so for 7 people for 4 nights not adequate. Also be sure to bring extra paper towels and toilet paper because you are only provided with a couple. Michelle did offer to send someone to bring extra but we decided to just pick up our own so we made sure we had enough to last our stay. Also there are only a couple of pods for the dishwasher and you are expected to start it as part of the checkout process so either buy/bring extra pods or your own dish soap bc we cooked everyday and ran out of the little bit of dish soap provided. Bring your own beach towels. The beach towel rack is great! There is a unit that backs up to the shared pool, deck and dock so be mindful of that.

We had a great time, the house is well furnished and clean, we were 7 people (4 adults, 3 kids) and we had plenty of room. It's walking distance to the beach, the pool at the back was always clean, all in all pretty good. I plan to return.

Ms Linda was always available and super nice. The house was amazing and exactly what we saw in the pics. My kids had a great time. Swimming and fishing. And the beach was 5 min away.We definitely be back.

The whole weekend was phenomenal. The house was great, had plenty of sleeping options, a great pool and access to the canal. Would 100% stay here again!

This rental is a beautiful home. It is in a very nice and quite area. Little more than a block and half away walk to the beach. The pool was a big plus and was very clean. Others that were there in the same complex was very respectful and helpful. I guess the only to complain is that I had to wash the dish washer before I could was any dishes. The smell from the dishwash stunk up the place. But we fixed it and went about our days. Fantastic place to stay. I would recommend this to anyone. Great find!!

Nice place to relax and have a great vacation. Well equipped with everything you need. Enjoyed our stay.

This was good property but not so good for older folks. Steep stairs to 2nd floor are hard on old knees. Pet friendly but no real place to walk the dogs that wasn't full of stickers. Could not really use the garage since it was full of furniture. The carport was too narrow to open car doors. The biggest complaint was the pool was unusable until the last night of our stay. This really disappointed the kids. The appearance of this condo is very good. Everything worked well except for the master bedroom TV. Probably due to a couple of power outages. This was a pretty nice place to stay. Lots of places for sleeping. But would have preferred a single level. The location was not really to my liking. But it was quiet The communication with the owner was OK, but not great. Still I would recommend this place to stay. It just needs a little more attention.
