Tudo excelente. Hotel não é grande mas muito aconchegante e limpo. Funcionários muito educados e atenciosos. Destaque para a Mia que nos recepcionou e foi muito atenciosa, detalhista e solicita. Não tem estacionamento mas tem vagas pagas na rua e garagem pública paga próximo.
A única coisa é que não tem garagem. Mas é impossível na região central em que se encontra.

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers, die Größe des Zimmers waren sehr gut. Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist gut fußläufig.
Das Frühstück hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen. Ich musste bei Ankunft schon meine Frühstückszeit angeben zwischen 7.30 Uhr und 9.30 Uhr. Dann musste ich wählen zwischen drei vorgegebenen Frühstücksvarianten. Ich konnte wählen auf dem Zimmer zu frühstücken oder in dem Frühstücksraum. Ich habe den Frühstücksraum gewählt, musste um 7.30 Uhr erscheinen und dort wurde mir mein bestelltes Frühstück in Form von 2 Toasts, die vorgetoastet wurden und beim Frühstück kalt und trocken waren, zwei kleine Reiswaffeln, Butter, 2 Marmeladen und ein kleiner Teller mit 4 Cocktailtomaten und ein paar Gurkenscheiben und ein Glas eklig schmeckender Orangensaft und eine halbe Tasse mit Kaffee der durch die Milch gestreckt wurde. Ich kann das Frühstück nicht empfehlen. Es wurde in einem winzigen Raum mit drei Bistrotischen serviert.
Es gibt im Hotel auch keine Bar oder sonstige Möglichkeit sich aufzuhalten und Tageszeitungen oder Touristische Flyer liegen auch nicht aus. Allerdings ist das Personal bemüht Fragen zu beantworten

good location, courteous staff. our room (suite) was great- bedroom was separate with a door which was very nice! - w everything we needed. a lounge w 24hr coffee etc and breakfast option was great and convenient too. they arranged a ride (taxi) to the airport, which was great bc our departure was extremely early.

Very nice and helpful staff. Room was super clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. Super comfortable beds and great shower.
Breakfast was plenty and fresh.
I would highly recommend this place.

The location is close to tram stations and the main attractions we wanted to see. There is a breakfast / lounge area equipped with cutlery, plates, coffee machine we could use to eat take-outs. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The Staff helped us get a cab to the airport for 6:30 AM. They also made a fantastic restaurant recommendation near the hotel.

Great location in the city center, short walking distance to the main square. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel provided us with several choice menus for breakfast, and we could choose whether to have breakfast brought to our room at a specific time, or step out of our rooms for it.
The thermostat screen is always on with a bright setting. Parking not available on site as advertised, but a multistory solution is available close-by and the staff are eager to help.

It’s in a great location, walking distance to everything you need but still an appropriate distance away so that it’s quiet inside. The staff were friendly and polite, I even had my room upgraded before I arrived!
This was the first hotel room I’ve arrived into that actually felt properly cleaned and did not make me uncomfortable. The first hotel bed and pillows that have been comfortable and pleasant to sleep in.
Amenities were good - coffee machine, mini fridge, digital tv and nice new room and bathroom.
Finally a good value for money. I had a really excellent stay!
I liked everything - however might I suggest peppermint tea as an option in the room :)

Everything. First of all we were upgraded to an apartment. Maria and Sinisa made our stay perfect. Unfortunately the weather was not good but the hotel made up for it. If we will visit Zagreb again we will definitely stay at Manda Heritage . Location is perfect, very clean, and perfect staff. Thanks again

The hotel had perfect location just a few minutes walking distance from the center of the town. Personnel was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and big enough and comfortable for the two of us.
