We couldn't have been more pleased with this condo. We are a family of 5 - two adults and three college-aged young people. We had plenty of room. The kitchen was amazing and each building has grills outside. We did a lot of our own cooking. The backyard/lanai area was wonderful in the morning for coffee. It's not really walkable to the beaches, but we didn't have too much trouble finding parking. The property managers called me before we even left California and were in communication once we landed to let us know it was ready. This place is clean, new, convenient and comfortable and there are amenities like beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. We stayed 4 nights here and then went to Princeville for 3 and we wished we had just stayed here for the whole time instead. (A/C can be scarce in Princeville and we missed the wonderful A/C at this condo). We cannot wait to come back!

We researched hundreds of properties before selecting Kauai, Poipu, and finally Pili Mai 13M. We were not disappointed! The very comfortable and nicely decorated condo was perfect for our family. The grounds were beautiful along with the pool. We also appreciated the beach gear available for our use! The proximity to Poipu Beach, shopping, groceries, and excursions was ideal. VBRO and Rental Host/Kauai Exclusive were easy to work with and responsive. This was a positive experience all around.

The condo is modern and clean with everything you would need. The location is perfect to enjoy the south side of Kauai or for day or part-day trips to the West and North shores. Check-in and check-out were easy, and communication from the management team was great.

We totally enjoyed the location. Short walk to the community pool/hot tub, beach and shops. Property very clean, well stocked and nice.

We can’t say enough about this property. The condo is clean, extremely well outfitted and in a quiet complex with friendly people at every turn. It is close enough to beaches to be convenient and far enough away to be away from the “crowds” of the south shore. The pool is great and there are quality restaurants nearby. We used the “community” grills a few times and noticed that a service gives them the once over at least once a week - nice! It was a pleasant surprise to find beach chairs, tote bags for drinks and snacks, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, a large cooler and a beach wagon to carry it all down to the great beaches in the area. All the comforts of home and then some. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to get away and relax, with room for a big family too.

We were 8 guests assigned to only 1 parking space which was never available. Another tenant/guest was always in our spot. So we had to hunt around for a spot & walk far from unit. Extremely frustrating

The owners have provided beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, wagon, and equipment which were very useful. The kitchen was stocked with all essential utensils and equipment. We wish more dish washing and laundry detergent were provided for the stay, otherwise this was an excellent stay! Property managers did not return a couple of calls, otherwise good.

The unit is gorgeous, decorated so beautifully, very clean, and Pili Mai is a great location! Grounds are well maintained an Property management company was very responsive - easy check in process. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We were so pleased to find this gem! The condo is beautiful and even more spacious than the pictures present. We stayed for 6 days, 5 nights (ended up being through Hurricane Douglas). Our communications with the property management team were easy and timely. There were seven in our group - My husband and I, plus five of our grandchildren (two 15 yr olds, 9, 5, 4 yr olds. There are TV's in every room, comfy beds and extra linens. The home is very well maintained! I loved that the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cook and dishware. You will need to get your spices and such but with COVID-19 that is a good thing. The onsite pool and amenities were great, we were able to swim and BBQ. Another plus is the location - there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance (5 to 15 min) or drive 2-10 min), beaches, shopping, and golf. We would easily stay here again, it was a wonderful home away from home!
