We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. The property is not located in the town of Rosemary Beach, but is a nice/short bike ride away. It is well positioned near many beaches, including ones with public access. There are plenty of dining options, grocery stores, and shops nearby. We rented a car and recommend having one. The home itself is cozy and comfortable. The hosts were lovely and responded quickly to our questions and concerns.

Greg and Norma have done such a wonderful job with this property! The house is gorgeous and was perfect for our two families with 5 kids between us. I was so impressed with how clean it was too!
If you are planning to rent this house, here are some things to note:
The tram that picks up and takes you to seacrest beach and the shops needs to be asked to Pick up at TT2, but they will actually pick you up right in the driveway if they see you standing there, so you don’t have to walk down to the tram stop.
Seacrest beach is extremely crowded, so we only went there one day. However, if you don’t mind a two minute drive to Inlet beach access, this beach is very big and there’s much more room to spread out and it’s much less crowded. There are also no stairs to get down to the beach which makes it easier for lugging beach gear and kids. There are nice restrooms and showers here as well. Parking is an issue so you’ll want to arrive before 10:00 am to get a spot.
We did enjoy taking the tram to the shops. Walking around seacrest and rosemary beach is absolutely gorgeous. Alys beach is a bit longer of a walk, but there is a cute playground for young kids there too.
Overall we love the Treetop neighborhood because of how quiet it is compared to the surrounding neighborhood. It truly feels like you are staying in a rain forest, and it is a refreshing escape.

We really enjoyed our stay at Wanderawhile. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room and very clean. We used the bikes to ride to and from the beach and around town with ease. The house had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful stay on 30A!

What an amazing location and perfect retreat for those looking to relax at the beach. Access to a private and public beach are all within 1/2 mile from the residence, you may either walk or take the community provided tram. You can also use one of the many provided bikes to explore Rosemary beach. Shopping and food are a few minutes away in any direction. And your guests home is as welcoming and stocked as you can hope for. 5/5 stars, we will absolutely be returning.

We absolutely loved our stay. The checkin process was a breeze, the house was spotless and fully stocked. The bikes and beach chairs were an added bonus. Communication was wonderful. The house was in a very peaceful spot and easily accessible to the pool and other areas. Nicest place we’ve ever stayed out. We were sad to leave!

We were very impressed with the house. The location is farther away from the beach than we expected but the beach tram made it pretty easy. One of the adult bikes was pretty horrible but we made do. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. I would 100 % recommend this house.

This rental is lovely and well equipped. Communication with owner was super easy. The pool is close and very nice. It was easy to get around the area since spring break had ended. We would definitely rent this home again.

We had a great stay, as a family of 5 (kids age 4,7 and 9) the home was beautiful yet comfortable and clean. Access to beach was easier than anticipated. Beds were super comfy (I’ve been to others with terrible mattresses). Shopping and dining an easy 5 minute bike ride or 20 minute walk! Only thing I would have loved was if the community pool was heated, which sounds like something that may happen in the future! The water was too chilly to swim when we were there end of March. My kids enjoyed the train set on the one rainy day we had. Home was well stocked! Thanks again!

This property is a great place for families to stay! It is on a quiet street but so close to all the shops/beaches. We really enjoyed taking the bikes around town. One thing that would make the house even better is a gas grill, having to mess with charcoal was a bit time consuming. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!

The home is beautiful and spacious for all 10 of us, the kitchen had everything we needed! The bikes were a huge plus! We rode together all over the neighborhood, especially enjoying the beaches and playgrounds. It was perfect for entertaining our extended family as well. We went to a bonfire on the beach one night and a gorgeous wedding at the Pearl hotel another, all so close to our weekend home. Thanks for treasured memories ❤️

I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed staying at this vacation home. If you have family, this place is for you! From all the toys/games, books, puzzles, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, wagon, beach toys, bikes, the owners were very thoughtful having all these at our finger tips..... We didn't have to worry about bringing all this extra stuff because it was already here! The kitchen was well stocked as well. The tram to the beach was very close from the home and the tram drivers didn't have a problem bringing us right to the house after a long day at the beach. All the drivers were wonderful. Location was very close to all the shops, restaurants etc... There is quite a bit of construction going on in the community which wouldn't stop me from booking but thought that should be noted. Excellent home you won't be disappointed staying here.

The palace is perfect for families wanting to enjoy Seacrest and Rosemary. It is clean, new, and very well laid out. One of our favorite VRB9s we have stayed at anywhere.

We spent five nights here. The bikes and the bike trailers were by far the best part of the entire trip. The kids rode bikes the entire time and we took them out as much as we could. The proximity to the beach was great and the pool was super awesome with shade for the hot days. My wife and I did complete one of the puzzles during our stay, the house was stocked with almost everything you could imagine. Plenty of board games and the direct tv was awesome as well.
There is a house directly across the street that was actively under construction during our entire stay but it’s about 80% complete and shouldn’t be an issue for the future.
There were plenty of beach towels for everyone and toys for the kids, truly a great place for a family or two families even.
About a 15 minute drive to Pier Park in Panama City and we also ate at the Shade Bar and Grill one evening that was nice and kid friendly with the outdoor seating.

This was a perfect house for our family of 4 plus two teenage friends of our kids. The house was very clean and had a great open feeling for hanging out downstairs. We played games at the large dining table. The home had everything we needed, and we appreciated the little thoughtful items we found in the storage. They had sand toys, kid bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, toys for little kids (even though ours were older, they still set up the train track). They had adult bikes, beach towels, games, and everything we needed for the kitchen to cook. The location was amazing because you had close access to 30A at Seacrest but you could get to the home from 98. This helps so much with traffic and made it much easier to drive to play golf or do activities in PCB. The grocery store Publix was SO close and convenient, about a 3 minute drive on 98. We used the tram to get to the beach, the tram stop was 2 houses down, so very close. The kids rode the bicycles everywhere. It had a very nice private pool that we relaxed in, and in the late afternoon it had much appreciated shade. We loved the location. This is our 3rd time to stay at Seacrest and this location was our favorite. The homeowners had great communication and any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

This house was perfect for our family! The kitchen was well-stocked with all we needed to do our own cooking. Chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys were available. Because Seacrest Beach was so crowded this time of year, we enjoyed Inlet Beach which was an easy five-minute drive from the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home!

We enjoyed our family time at Wanderawhile! Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and kept us informed throughout the process. You can tell that they really care about whether or not your stay is comfortable. They provided extras that matter to families…lots of board games/puzzles, huge basket of wooden train tracks, doll house furniture. We also made use of the beach chairs and the beach towels; it was nice to not have to travel with those. We did bring our own beach umbrellas. We definitely preferred driving to Inlet Beach instead of Seacrest Beach. Seacrest was very crowded and not very big. If you plan on purchasing beach set-up at Seacrest, then you might be ok. Inlet has a lot more space for personal set-up, but they also have the option to purchase set-up too. We ate at home all but one night. The kitchen had most of what we needed, and there is a Publix very close by. Our only real complaint was that the secondary bathrooms were quite tiny. They were fine for our teenagers; but for full size adults and for helping our younger kids shower, the master bath is better. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

The listing is exactly as described. The owners are personable and communicative. Our children LOVED riding the bikes that come with the house! They would ride the bikes to the Treetop pool a minute away and then up and down the street in the evenings while the adults enjoyed a glass of wine on the front patio.
The house is well stocked with all the kitchen essentials- we ate out only one night as we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. There are games & rainy day puzzles…and a large wooden train set that my five year old son enjoyed! Children’s books & beach novels too! Oh- and the beds were comfortable!! There was 10 of us: two families of five….and the house held us comfortably.
We spent all of our time at Inlet Beach. It’s a five minute drive with plenty of parking, bathrooms, life guard on duty- and most importantly we could get there early with our beach chairs and umbrellas to set up a spot! Private beaches like Seacrest have the chair & umbrella companies claiming the beach. More room & freedom at Inlet and it’s just as lovely!
We walked from the house to Seacrest’s little downtown several times for dinner or ice cream- great walk! We walked to Rosemary Beach too to shop! So cute!

We loved our time in 30A! This house had everything our family needed. Our 5 year old twins loved the bunk room and there were plenty of toys for them and our 1 year old to play with. The location was wonderful too as it was very private and away from the hustle and bustle of Rosemary Beach, but was just a quick bike ride away from the action. We will definitely be booking this location again in the future!

This house had everything and more that is needed for a relaxing getaway. We really enjoyed the screened in porch for breakfast and front porch for a glass of wine after a day at the beach and pool. The hosts anticipated anything needed for a beach stay. We rode the included bikes everywhere, including to dinner. Norma and Greg were fantastic to work with. We have rented many homes for vacations over the years, and this is by far, ouir favorite and we will return!

This property was in the perfect location. It was between Rosemary and Alys Beach. It was 15 minutes from Panama City Beach. It was very clean and spacious. We used the bikes in the morning for exercise and to see the area. The kitchen was fully stocked. Lots of board games and puzzles were also available. I can’t wait to bring the kids back.
