We enjoyed our stay! All of our needs were met. I appreciated the location and the cleanliness. I especially enjoyed talking with the young woman who worked at the desk in the evening. She was super helpful!
The water in the shower was not very hot.

It was all very nice, updated rooms and friendly staff breakfast was good, they had a room on the lower level that I was able to watch the football games and we had snacks and pizza brought in so we could all just hang out and relax in a common area

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was spotless. Staff were friendly, very respectful, courteous and very helpful.
There was a smell like a glade plug in that I could smell in the room when I lay down to sleep. I did mention it to the front desk in the morning…. That sweet smell

The front desk was excellent, one of the best in Marquette. The guest website was an awesome surprise that all lodging should be doing. The chromecast was another brilliant touch. Oh! The hotel smelled GREAT that touch reminded me of The W in NYC.
Didn't like that I had to find out the "Sauna" was an Arizonia Room aka "Dry Sauna" when I went to use it. I felt like when we called and asked about a sauna that they should've said it was waterless..which isn't really a Sauna. Being in the UP with it's large Finnish/Scandinavian population (not to mention the actual Finnish visitors to Marquette) if asked about a sauna you should say it's dry. Also maybe offer coffee pots at the desk for the generations who won't use the customer website to request one.

This hotel was clean, well presented and comfortable. The room was compact but quite adequate. It was in a good location, close to restaurants and in a pleasant neighborhood. Breakfast was an unexpected surprise as it was excellent, with great choices.

Super clean, and lots of attention to details in the room and on the property. It was quiet as well. Staff very helpful before, and during checkin. The breakfast was varied and good. Tea selection outstanding.

Breakfast was generous and the kitchen area was laid out nicely. They are adding eggs and sausage to the menu in the future.
Privacy was lacking as it was a ground floor room next to the entrance door. We couldn’t open our window or shades without being on continuous display.

The breakfast was amazing, probably one of the best we have had at a hotel in quite some time. The staff were super friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and newly remodeled. Would highly recommend staying here!
The shades are not the best especially being on the first floor and facing the parking lot. You could see in and out. The television kept shutting off and we were unable to watch it longer than maybe 5 minutes.

breakfast was above average . location close to campus was an dvantage and breing close to a fabulous Lake Superior park wa a strong plus. staff was very helpful. i liked being off the main highway, away from all the other hotels.

The room was spacious and clean. It is conveniently located near the center of town and restaurants. Continental breakfast was good too, they had a good mix of pastry to choose from. We would definitely stay there again when we visit Marquette and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Excellent breakfast with artisan pastry, yoghurt bar, steelcut oatmeal etc. Room is spacious and clean, contemporary and functional. Staff friendly and helpful.

Spacious king room, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice breakfast.. oatmeal and greek yogurt with cranberries, granola, coconut toppings. Exceptional pastries from a local place. Best choices I have ever seen.
Marquette snow storm, so I was comfortable for 4 nights.
Very pleasant staff. Really recommend.

The staff is exceptionally helpful and nice. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the choices of the continental breakfast.
The only thing I can think of is it took a long time for the water to get hot in the sink. The blankets were a bit thin.

The breakfast was great! Loved the coffee, fresh bakery danishes, and variety of bread. The location of the breakfast was fine. We didn't mind going down one floor to have our meal. The attendant kept the area very clean.
