Group of friends and children stayed for a weekend trip to Disneyland. Wonderful place for a large group - spacious rooms, multiple common areas and plenty of bathrooms. Safety alarm on back door was a pain and the jacuzzi temperature was low, although would not keep me from staying at this beautiful property again. Quick drive to Disneyland. Communication from rental company was amazing. Thanks again for having us!

House was great with an open floor plan and updates throughout. The in ground hot tub was amazing. Neighborhood was great and safe for walks/runs. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Expectations were communicated well in advance and the house was just as shown as online pictures. Check in was a breeze. The house was completely updated and had room and storage for everyone to have their own space. The pool was a nice welcome after long days. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. Logistically, we were close to everything and had easy access to the highway. The neighborhood was very safe and the other houses were modest, well kept and showed pride of ownership. We were a little confused on trash day. The contract stated Thursday’s but neighbors didn’t have their trash out. So we didn’t get it to the street on Thursday. We later realized it was actually Friday morning and missed the trucks. I’m hoping we are not charged; the previous renter’s trash was also in the cans, perhaps they were a little confused too? If I had anything to constructively add, I would say the rules and contract seemed very strict. Our group felt a little stressed at times by all the rules laid out via contract and signs on the walls. I guess I would rather have the strict rules than a house in shambles. In all, we would not hesitate to return and highly recommend to large groups and those willing to abide by all rules of the contract and city ordinances.

Nice comfortable home close to Disney. Plenty of room for a large family or group of friends. Over all a nice accommodation.

It was a great house, very comfortable and clean. It accommodated 11 of us beautifully. The drive to Disneyland was only a 14 minute drive so it was convenient. Definitely would stay here again!

This was our second time staying in this house. We love it! it is only 10-15 min from Disneyland and is in a great neighborhood.

honestly, the rules were a bit much but understand why they were required. it was a lot to read but after getting over that part all was great. the layout of the house was perfect for us, especially the kitchen. it was easy to prep food while still being able to visit with the family and it was well appointed. the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms was good too. it allowed for privacy so no one was disturbed if anyone stayed up late or got up early. we will definitely be back.

Home was in a good location, clean and fit all our needs

We enjoy the stay but there are too many restrictions with the neighborhood. We cant use it after 9 or 10 pm. The water temperature is not warm enough and you have to pay extra to increase the temp. No cleaning supplies were provided in the kitchen. Some basic supplies should be provided. The drain in the hall bathroom didn't work -- didnt seem to be fixed even after maintenance came. Alarm to the pool area is annoying after a few days. Overall, really disappointed for not being able to use the pool at night - this was the feature that made us choose this house.

Property was great! Close to Disneyland and shopping. The hot tub was great to come home to after a long day of Disneyland :)

We have stayed here the last two Thanksgiving and couldn’t be happier with the accommodations. Every aspect from booking to checkout was great.

Very nice and clean but we had problems with the back door always going off

My family of 7 stayed in this home for our disneyland and universal studios vacation. We selected it for 2 major reasons. #1 it had 3 master bedrooms with bathrooms plus 2 additional rooms to house ourselves and 5 adult kids. The beds were comfy, the bedding was clean and cozy. #2 reason was the mega 15 person hot tub. We really were excited for this luxury. Especially after long days at the parks. The hot tub was clean, large and the lounge style seating and table with chairs were nice. The hot tub was finicky- taking 2-3 hours to get to the desired 102 degrees during designated hours 9am- 10pm. Most times it was closer to 85- 95 degrees. Management was available to reach out to; they sent somebody to look at the mechanics. Unfortunately, I just think that this huge hot tubs is hard to regulate as it goes dormant when not in use. The pool alarm is super annoying but honestly if it saves a child’s life; it is definitely worth it! Once you get the hang of it- ot becomes routine. The kitchen is massive, lots of room to make meals. There are 2 separate entertainment areas with sectional couches. This was really great for down time. This is a wonderful property for larger groups. We did not have any problems with parking or respecting the house rules at this property. Thank you!!!

We absolutely loved this property. It was brand spanking new which was a bonus. The kitchen/common space was super spacious. Also super convenient location to supermarket, restaurants and the freeway entrance. Super responsive property management which made the whole experience easy. I wish we could live there! We definitely want to come back again.

We used this house as our base for a college reunion. The house is lovely and well equipped. It met our needs perfectly.

Everything was amazing. The place was clean. The communication was great. Location was not exactly the best for us as we had to travel a bit for our events but this was bad in my part not knowing the area well.

The house was perfect for our girl’s weekend. Lots of space and great kitchen with all of the things we needed to cook our meals. Close to stores, shopping and sightseeing. Would definitely recommend, 5 stars!

Came with my family to visit Disneyland, this house was perfect fit all of us. Very clean, stocked, as advertised. Great communication.

My husband and I stayed at the house with 3 other couples. Having an open concept with a large kitchen and dining room and rooms with king beds and so many bathrooms made this a great home for adults. The jacuzzi was fun for all of us too.

Beautiful location and Home. Highly recommend the local rules seem to be a bit much. Otherwise we had a fantastic time. Love the property.

Our family of 10, three generations, had a wonderful time! The home is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, comfortable beds, and a relaxing backyard. Communication with the property management was very easy. Nice quiet location but close to freeways. It was the perfect place for us!

Stayed for an extended weekend with my family (adults 20-80) for my daughter's graduation. House was very nice, tons of space, quality furniture, beds/linens were high quality, kitchen was set up for cooking if you are into that. Description says pool but is really a large spa that also works for a pool. I was worried about all the rules (noise, parking, etc) but had no issues. Only annoying thing was the alarm to the backyard due to pool but we got used that. Highly recommend the property, definitely 5 star.

This house worked very well for us. We had a lot of girls going so I needed a house with a lot of bathrooms and this has 4. The kitchen is well stocked and convenient. The girls enjoyed the large hot tub, especially since it was colder than we thought it would be. It was about 8 miles away from the park, but with the freeway, it went pretty fast. A great option if you have a large group, going to Disneyland!

Our family had a great weekend in Disneyland especially going back to this property every night. It was clean, comfortable and close to the Parks. The beds were comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Thank you for making our family vacation wonderful!!

House was really nice and clean. It looks just like the pictures. Easy check in process and check out process. We accidentally locked our car in the garage and the engineer was quick to respond with the code to open the door. I would definitely stay here again.

Ladonna doesn't respond to emails. I sent a email asking if I could get information on our stay and if we would be receiving our refundable deposit back but she never responded. They stated several times they have 14 business days to return deposit I checked out March17. This place has so many in house rules I must have left a towel out of place causing me to lose my refund? Never staying another one of your properties again. I'm sure that she'll say I broke some rule or something was missing but whatever.

There was plenty of room in the house for 12 guests. Very modern with a touch of class. Disneyland was a simple 17 minute drive and mostly on freeway. The house had several amenities, including air mattress, double and single strollers (both appeared to be brand new), portable crib, and lots of blankets. We will definitely stay here again.
