Loved the house, loved the backyard pool and spacious property. It was perfect for our extended family to stay together and enjoy our reunion. The community pool was awesome. Proximity to Disney was great. Only negative was check in - line at the gate was long but the homeowner can’t do anything about that. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was great at communication and help, the check in binder was exactly what we needed to have a great stay.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home for a long weekend. We had four kids and two adults. From the pool and hot tub to the game room, there was something for everyone to enjoy. We will definitely stay here again.

This rental set the bar pretty high for our first ever VRBO experience. The owners were fantastic - attentive and easy to communicate with. No surprises. The property is beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood is clean and peaceful. My husband was sold with the southwest facing pool and hot tub. The sun beams in most of the day and you can sit and watch the sunsets. An amazing place for families of any size.

This place was exactly as advertised. The space was perfect for our group of old high school friends who needed a place to hang out, but close enough to most things in the Disney area. We had plenty of space, so we weren't sitting on top of each other, great big dining room table for playing cards, and a great variety of things to do in the game room. The area outside of the house was great so you don't feel neighbors on top of you, and nobody behind you which makes it very peaceful. If I was to bring a big group, I would stay here again, as the hosts are very responsive and very easy to work with!

Nice house and big enough for our family. We had 13 people and it was big enough and we had tons of fun. Positive: Big House Game Room Bicycles Private Pool and Jacuzzi Enough Towels Lots of dishes and Pans Some essentials were offered Management was there in a timely manner for a problem we had - fixed quickly Negative: Crumbs in one Bed Coffee in Filter A little dirty I cannot fault the owners- there cleaning crew did not do an adequate job in cleaning - it wasn’t bad but in the future have a better cleaning crew. Overall: Nice house and I recommend staying.

We loved and enjoyed our stay at this property. Had everything to keep the kids entertained, we had no issues. The host was extremely helpful. We would most definitely rent it again in the future. The kids said it was there favorite home.

This home was the perfect place for my family. We had 8 people (5 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 10 year old) and it was great for everyone. We all had our private space to spread out but also a great common area to visit. The pool/patio area was perfect with amazing sunset views. The owners were responsive and checked on us often. They were available if we needed anything. We will definitely book with you again. Thank you for a great stay.

The house is just as it is pictured, spacious and clean. We had a two week rental with our entire family joining us for a week. With six grandkids, six years old down to 16 months, the house could not have been more suited to our needs. Each family had ample sleeping space and what was very appreciated was the house being solidly built, the noise level was minimal from one area to another. So glad we planned this family vacation.

The house is great, plenty of space for the family and the pool was a plus. Mrs. Cath was awesome. Any questions I had, she responded very quickly. Thank you for the experience.

The home was perfect for our party of 10. The house was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the game room and were happy to even find bikes in the garage! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. We had a hot water issue upon arrival but the management company had it fixed within a few hours. The beds could maybe use some new more comfortable mattresses and we would have liked a few extra towels, but other than that, our stay was perfect and Cath answered all of our questions within 24 hours. Highly recommended.

All in all… two thumbs up! We do wish something could be done about heating the hot tub. We would have liked to enjoyed hot water when we returned from a long day.

Good location (right near Disney). Property was generally in good condition and clean. Layout is quite good for a group of 8-10. The few minor issues we had were: Insufficient hot water (seems the boiler is just not strong enough for the number of bathrooms). This issue was brought up during our stay but no resolution The showers had very poor water pressure No facial tissues supplied in bathroom, only toilet paper (standard for hotel stays, perhaps this is the norm for vacation rentals?) Overall communication was excellent though and if they can fix the water issues, I’d give it the 5 stars.

I loved the house and the pool was so nice to relax after the parks. It was a quick ride and the Walmart being a minute away was so nice !!

Was a wonderful pool home. Nice new kitchen and furniture. Comfy beds. Lots of room. Short distance to all Disney attractions. Pool was great!

We had a total of 12 guests in this house and we all had plenty of space. We took walks around the neighborhood, played tennis, got a lot of use with the game room playing ping pong and pool. The kitchen was great and of coarse the grill. The view was amazing for watching sunsets from the pool. Highly recommend Villa Narcossi and the communication with the owners was above what I expected. Would highly recommend a stay here 😊

The resort and the property was beautiful and accommodating. There was something for EVERYONE from the 18 month old twins to my 60 year old mother. My communication with the homeowners and the property manager was open and I received replies and or services in less thank 24 hours. I look forward to visiting again next year.

Lovely home perfect for family gatherings. Great location close to Disney attractions and local shopping and restaurants. Heated pool and game room in garage for extra fun. Owners are very nice and quick to address questions/ issues via email. Would definitely rent this home again.

This is a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. The pool area and hot tub was amazing with plenty of room and chairs for family dinners etc. kitchen is very spacious with lovely living room, dining area and family room and a games room. We all felt so relaxed and happy in this property and Cath and Jon were wonderful

Renting this property was very easy and affordable. My family of 12 spent thanksgiving at the property and had a great time. The private community is beautiful!

The house was perfectly clean and neat. Great distribution for a family group, while some of us were having fun at the hot tub, the rest were watching baseball games! The house have all what you may need to entertaing a group of different ages, full kitchen and plenty of blankets and towels. Thanks Cath and Jon for your attentions.

No stay is ever perfect. But there is a big difference between good customer service and focus on the guest, vs a total lack. In short I would never book from this host again.I booked this house to celebrate my father's 70th birthday and had a lot of communication with the host prior to arrival. Seemed great! When we arrived, there was a light bulb shattered on the dining room table with small pieces of glass on the floor. For some reason, Vrbo does not let me post photos here though I sent plenty to their safety and security team (which provided zero assistance). I tried to proactively communicate with the host and their management company throughout the entire stay. The company said they would send someone to replace the light bulb but never did. Next was the pool safety gate that had a huge opening in the top that even adults could squeeze through since the lock would not latch - the management company said they would have it looked at but never followed up with me. Next were red stained carpets. Owner said they would pass it on to housekeeping. Next was a wooden railing that was loose from one of the two sides that I messaged the host about. Trying to be proactive and communicate safety issues we noticed, they told me after the stay that they may charge me for that and the light bulb replacement - both of which were broken prior to our arrival. Since they never followed through on my other requests to send someone to look at them, I opted to have them fix the stair rail after we left. Lastly, I messaged them and management about carpet tacks in the stairs that hurt two of the young kids in our family who did not wear shoes in the house. Again, nobody came. There were also several small issues I did not report including a bathtub that did not drain properly (hard to bathe kids), dresser drawers that were broken, hot tab that did not heat, and a few blinds missing from the kitchen.The owner refused a refund and even a partial discount, felt like they and management did a great job addressing my concerns, and even messaged me not to harass their on site company for asking after our stay why some of our concerns were not followed up upon. Was that wrong of me to do? As a traveler with young kids, would you want your safety or cleanliness concerns properly addressed? Or would you want to deal with a rude home owner who is not focused on customer service. Lastly, Vrbo refused to step in and help. Spacious house but horrible experience.

The place was very clean and tons of room. The washer and dryer were a great bonus.Pool and the hot tub were very nice.Check in process and communication with the host was a pleasant process. The only suggestion would be to upgrade some of the beds because they were tad uncomfortable and hard but otherwise the place was great !! Thanks Cath we would definitely come back and rent it again .
