Rooms could be cleaner. I called room service multiple times but they never tried to resolve any issues. Very poor staff. They promised a breakfast and added to the price of the room we payed but never received any breakfast. Charged us extra money only because we checked out 10 minutes late. Very very disappointing staff. Do not book here.

Nothing to like about the hotel rooms or the staff. Room was not clean properly..even sheets were not clean...they Charged us 50% more money because we showed up 15 mins early...food was also not good... My advice to all the readers is to skip this hotel....

I would say the hotel admins are rather thief who loot innocent people. It was mentioned that checkin time is 12:00, I requested them that my parents will come between 8-9 am. In the email they acknowledged that they will do their best to accommodate them. When my parents arrived there, the person at reception asked for 700 rupees gave some silly reason and mentioned we will return this money. However, I already made online payment for this so that my parents dont have to pay anything at hotel. I called them also while booking the hotel and they assured me that they will take care of it. They have not returned this money to my parents and mentioned that your son has done online payment but you also have to pay here. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stay was comfortable.

The stay was fine but we left our watch in room 301 while checkout on 14 august and when we called them back they denied they haven't found any watch. We even visited the hotel again and ask them to check who cleaned the room and talk to them but it was of no help. The receptionist was trying to help but it wasn't enough. They could have checked cctv footage of who went in and cleaned the room and asked them about it. The watch was costly and has a lot of emotional value attached to it. I request you to check if you can still find it.
