Perfect rental for My family and my brothers family, to vacation after Thanksgiving

Literally around the corner to the beach and a 15 minute walk to Caligny Plaza. There is no curbside recycling and HHI only allows residents with decals to use on-island recycling drop-off (not very friendly or helpful), so be prepared to haul recyclables home (that's what we did).

The location was fabulous. Very short walk to the beach. Loved the quiet of the neighborhood and uncrowded beach. Great time of year to be on Hilton Head! The house is somewhat dated. The furniture is adequate but could use replacement, especially the couch in the main room. The master bed was comfortable but the bathroom was showing it’s age. The kitchen was fine and well supplied with everything we needed but a couple of the frying pans needed to be replaced. We didn’t do much cooking during our stay; preferred to eat out. We were all in agreement that the house was fine and a lot of fun but could be better with some upgrades. We didn’t go in the pool or spa but it was nice to sit around it after time at the beach. Water was warm enough to not need to be heated this time of year. There was a brief problem with water circulation in the pool and spa that was fixed and the pool was cleaned very quickly -manager was very responsive. Wish that the main flat screen tv had internet streaming on it instead of the small tv in the den-it was crowded for all of us to watch in the den. Internet was good for phones and laptops but couldn’t support the Roku we bought and plugged into the big tv. We didn’t use the grill as it was quite dirty and didn’t feel like cleaning it but the manager had nicely brought over a full propane tank anyway. Easy walking distance to Coligny shops and short drive to everywhere else. All in all, the house was a great value for it’s location and general amenities. We would come again.

Myself, my husband and 3 other couples booked this rental for a wedding weekend. The couple got married a 20 minute walk away and it was the perfect place. We loved the house layout and it was the perfect stay for the weekend. Highly recommend if you are a family or a group of people wanting to stay for a weekend or a week. The distance to the beach couldn't be better for the price.

Great location to the beach. The home was clean. Kitchen was furnished with basics, but no food items such as basic seasonings The beds were not comfortable. And it lists a heated pool however when we called to have it turned on they told us there was a $258.00 charge to have it turned on.

Can’t wait to rent this one again!

My family enjoyed our vacation week. The house was just as shown in the pictures and a convenient walk to the beach. We even tried the free trolley ride up to Coligny plaza which worked out very well for us. Would recommend a couple more chairs at the dining room table since the house sleeps eight and there were only 6 chairs.

This was a much needed vacation for all of us. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach from the house. The pool was a must have with the warm weather we had.

Longtime visitor on South Forest Beach stayed for first time on North Forest Beach with family in July 2021. Great stay. Location was fantastic- a block from the beach, and walkable to Coligny. House was terrific too- plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms spread out, with a nice private pool and deck. Would stay here again.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property and it is always the best vacation spot. Hilton Head has become our unofficial second home and 76 Dune lane is the main reason. The house is what you would expect for a beach house which is not to say it is not special. But, we do not stay here to spend so much time in the house. We are either at the beach (a short 40 yard walk to the beach) or in the large pool out back. This house is all about location and amenities with Coligny a short walk away also.

This property was perfect price for location to beach. Very short walk. Loved sitting outside on the screened in porch. We did have an issue with a toliet not flushing but they came and fixed the issue the next day. Overall great price for location.

Great location. Steps from the beach. Great property for our family, Only small complaint, Living room furniture was uncomfortable and needs replaced. Everything else was great.

The location and beach access was really good. Bob that manages the property is top notch!

Disappointed with cleanliness and condition of both the house and pool.

No rental property is perfect — but this was not what we expected.76 Dune Lane is very close to the beach access and the management company was very quick to respond with messages and calls.The house is dated and dark. The front porch is rotting. The front storm door and entry door do not close properly. The house has dated furniture, cracked paint, multiple carpets/rugs throughout. The house didn’t feel super clean—there was mildew on the shower liner that we chose to replace ourselves!The back deck has exposed nails-the pool is large but always dirty from the yard debris and leaves. The “spa” is not a hot tub — we fell for this one. Our heated spa and pool was unusable and our heating fee has been refunded.This was our first negative experience with regards to rental properties—we feel the description was just a bit off from reality.Overall— this house is worn and in need of updating. This experience will not deter us from our annual travel to Hilton Head but we will be very particular about our next rental!

This property is in a fantastic location. It has a heated pool (make sure to turn on when you get there). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for family dinners. It is just a short walk to the beach. The property owners were attentive and ensured that we were enjoying our stay. Great experience!
