Location very nice

King bed a little worn

Space and the cleanliness excellent for a family

I had to ask to change the initial unit that I was given I requested higher level with a view but at the end after I expressed my concerns I was provided with another unit not as higher as I hoped but still I was happy with it and I had nice relaxing time with the family

Cleanliness, not functioning appliances, dogs owners letting their pets do their busyness in front of our patio.

Everything apart from the musty hallway outside the console. Inside the conso was perfect.

Lack of gas in the bbq.

Very clean ,organize and the property is very accessible to everything towns, parks,lakes pools and restaurants is nearby.My family enjoyed staying here and we want to come back again next time.

it was nice and clean when we came in, bed and sheets and pillows very comfy. perfect size for my family.

the deck is undone, looks like its being renovated, the barbecue is on the ground that we have to jump down from the deck (which is a waist high from the ground) to use it so we never use it at all ☹️

loved the location and size of the condo.

Ants in the condo, rip in the bedroom carpet, blinds didn’t work properly, kitchen tap needs to be tightened, patio screen door needs to be fixed, plywood deck, needs more cutlery and glasses , front door entry pad did not work and a lot of people were complaining about it. Got locked out twice and had to wait for someone to leave the building to let us in. Bathroom curtain needed to be changed and furniture had stains on it.

We loved the layout and decor. There were plenty of supplies for laundry which was a huge bonus since my you get forgot a few things and we needed to do laundry mid trip. The location was great and it was very quiet at night. The entertainment package was great and the games and coloring supplies were a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked and even had food essentials like condiments, tea, sugar and coffee.

My husband and I don't sleep well on a firm mattress. It was a beautiful bed with lovely linens but too firm fir us. If you like a firm bed rhen it wouldn't be a problem as it was a good quality bed. If we had extra guests it was nice that there was an extra bed in the master that the kids could have slept on. I alsoiked that the extra bed was tucked away in a cabinet. It was a nice design feature. The pool not being open was a bit of a downer. We didn't register that it would be. That being said, even if it were open it is a rather small pool for the number of units it would service but you aren't really there for the pool with so many hotsprings nearby.
