We were so happy to be back to our favorite rental. We had a wonderful vacation and we hope to spend our vacations here for many years to come . Everything is fully stocked , well thought out and immaculate. Perfect location just steps from the beach and we walked to Tackle Box tavern at least three times . We just love this place and the hosts .

This is my second stay at this property - lovely home - great location - gated yard for furry family - front porch for fresh air, reading, coffee, cocktails… can’t go wrong by visiting Atlantic Beach and staying here.

Great place for a small group. Just right for our group of 4 adults . Easy beach access, just a half block away. It had everything we needed.
Large front porch for sitting and leaving beach chairs on. Nice backyard fenced for pet safety and big enough for kids to play.

The location was amazing!! Super close to beach. Only downfall was that there were no beach chairs available. We came in from NJ and had to buy beach chairs. A house at the beach that’s a rental should provide beach chairs. We didn’t come to watch tv but was looking to watch football at night and the tv did not work. We contacted owner and was told to contact Dish to resolve the issue. On vacation we are not going to spend our time calling cable company and spend time on the phone with them. The cable didn’t work all week. The bed linens; pillows and mattress pad covers should be replaced. Overall we had a good experience but there were some things that needed attention.

I can not speak highly enough of this place! It was great for my infant granddaughter as well as our dog. And just steps away from the beach! It was perfect for us!

Sure was easy getting my husband who is permanently in a wheel chair into the home. But not in the bathroom. All because you have a grab bar up does not make it handicapped assessable! He had to wake me up so I could wake my son up several times a night to get him into the bathroom because the wheel chair would not fit through the door. You need to widen your doors to me it a handicapped home. The floors in the home when we first got there were very sandy and could tell they had not been cleaned in some time.

Had a nice time at the beach. It is a very close to the beach which is helpful when bringing a lot of sand toys and chairs and towels etc... Very close to local restaurants and aquarium. The fenced in yard was a great area for our dogs to run around in and also plenty of places to walk the dogs too. The house is cozy and well kept. Overall we had a great time here.

What a lovely and comfortable beach house! We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the gated front porch and cocktails in the evening in the fenced backyard while we threw a ball for the dogs. Very quiet dead end street. A two minute walk and our toes were in the water. The house was spotless! The kitchen was well supplied and equipped; the bedding very comfortable. Jamie and Betty were great to work with, warm and welcoming, quick to respond. We would definitely rent again.

Needing a 4-night rental for brief stay, this house was perfect. VRBO description is accurate and owners are incredibly responsive. Lots of comfortable seating and well-appointed kitchen. Despite no ocean view, the walk to the beach is very short, and the neighborhood is so quiet the ocean can be heard from the front porch. The only challenge with this house is the absence of an electrical outlet in one bathroom so bring a handheld mirror to use when drying hair. I wound absolutely rent this house again and strongly recommend!

We absolutely loved this property!! It was perfect for our family and the hosts were incredible to work with. We had issues with internet initially and they walked us through how to fix it and afterwards worked perfectly the entire time we were there. She even sent the housekeeper back to restock some little things we would need for the week! It was such a short walk to the beach and was conveniently located to everything we wanted to go and do!! We will definitely look to book this home again.

Atlantic Beach Cottage
Very cute house, exceptional location for what we were looking for: close walk to the beach, close drive to restaurants, shopping, etc. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, we were happy with this rental and hated to leave! Thanks for a great experience in Atlanatic Beach- we hope to return next year!

This house was great. Was just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Beds were very comfortable. The fenced in backyard was a plus if you have dogs . Will rent again.

The house was very clean and had everything you need. It was super close to beach access which was great for getting our kids down for naps in the middle of the day. Would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break Getaway
We came down for a long weekend the first half of my boys spring break. Great location! 2 minute walk to the beach. We cooked in one night and the kitchen had everything we needed. Short walk to several restaurants. We love the fenced in backyard and gated front porch for the dogs! We hope to stay here again in the future!

Good, but be aware
The house is in a good location, comfortable and mostly clean. But be aware, the fenced in back yard is full of an excess of sand spurs. Be prepared to pick off a lot of spurs and/or find them on the floor, in your clothes and your bed.
The owners also consider dog hair to be 'damage' and filed a damage claim due to some dog hair that was easily swept and vacuumed. We will not be returning.

Perfect family and pet friendly cottage
I traveled with my spouse, MIL, infant son, and our dogs, and this was the perfect place for us! The fenced yard and porch were perfect for the pups, and we had everything we needed for the baby. The cottage was even roomier than the photos made it look. Best of all, it was just a couple minute walk to the beach, so it was easy to go back and forth as needed! Also, the beach was pretty quiet, never crowded. Highly, highly recommend!

Wish We Stayed Longer
Three spacious bedrooms with linens included - two full bathroom with towels included - a kitchen that actually offers condiments, paper products and toilet paper. Wonderful owner and direct communication style - lovely porch to catch some ocean breezes - deal location with less than a block to the ocean - the pups loved the fenced in yard - can't go wrong with this place.

Charming cottage just steps to the beach!
My partner and I had an amazing time at this location. It’s convenient to AB, Emerald Island, Moorehead City, and Beaufort. We were able to see and do a lot in a week’s time. It’s a charming and spacious cottage (very quiet) with a large fenced-in backyard - very convenient for our two dogs. One of the best amenities was the short walk and access to the beach! Gorgeous! We hope to return soon.

Family Christmas
This house was perfect for our needs. It was close to family and exactly the right size for the 3 adults staying there. There was even a Christmas tree! Close to the beach and to anything else you may need. I highly recommend this property.

Thanksgiving 2020
The location was great, just steps away from the beach. You could hear the ocean form the covered front porch. The back yard is fenced in and the front porch is gated, which was very convenient for our furry family member. The entire family had a great, relaxing time and did not want to leave.

We had a great time at this house. It’s very dog friendly and the walk to the beach is SUPER quick. Very quiet area as well. Jamie was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful! We will be back.

Classic AB cottage! Perfect location, short walk to beach. Quiet street, fenced yard/front porch was great children. Owner was wonderful and very prompt with responding. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location
We loved staying at this house. It was so close to the beach, which made it ideal for young children. They also had everything that we needed for a baby at the house. It was very clean and so cute and beach. We would love to come back.
