We enjoyed our stay in this suite. Very close (walkable) to almost everything! Clean and quiet.

It was the perfect location. Super cute, clean room. We spent a lot of time on the porch Betty's store which is just next door...great food and so relaxing!

This property is located at north end of town by the grocery store EVERYTHING is within walking distance and the room was spotless. It was the best value in town! We will absolutely return there soon thanks for a great experience

Convenient. Clean. Complained about the bed and pillows after 1st nite. Told that the local manager would DEFINITELY call - NO CALL. Cleaning lady came, said she couldn't help but would create a ticket for at least a call - NO CALL. We knew the bed couldn't be changed, but maybe some additional pillows??? Tried to lock the door on Sunday morning at nine to go to the nearby grocery for breakfast. Would NOT LOCK at 9 AM for 10 AM checkout so we had to pack everything up and leave FIRST. Room is a studio - very small. Would have been much happier to have stayed at the nearby hotels. NOT WORTH IT!

We went for a quick 2 night trip to Helen. Property is walking distance to downtown. Great location. Room nice and clean. Check in/out very user friendly.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything in Helen. The room is adorable, but smaller than I thought and no electrical outlets near the bed. My only real complaint is the mattress. It sags in the middle, so you end up rolling toward the middle no matter what, and it was not comfortable. Maybe I'm boujee, but a couple bottles of wine couldn't even fix it. Not a trip ruiner, but definitely a back ruiner after walking 500 miles and 500 more through Helen. Overall, if the mattress is upgraded, I'd give it a 10/10!

This place was perfect to experience Helen’s Octoberfest. Very clean and comfortable. There is no coffee pot in the room (which I knew beforehand by asking the management group that was great at communication). We brought our own. There is a microwave and fridge which was great for leftovers. Highly recommend for anyone.

The only negative I can say is they need to get a better mattress, it’s a memory foam. When one person is laying down but when two people are on the bed you roll toward the center. I would definitely stay at this property again but would advise they correct this problem

Plenty of towels and when we had an issue customer service was on top of it. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would use the location and Vacasa again.

Some critiques that might be helpful for future visitors:

When we arrived the door code that was given to us did not work for the suite room and we had to call and wait on hold while the property manager was contacted.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and we both left with back pain. When one person laid on it, it was hard as a rock. When two people tried to lay on it, the heaviest person created a deep pocket and the lighter person had no choice but to basically roll into the pocket and ended up squished together. We both struggled to get much sleep because of the bed.

On the day of checkout (10:00AM checkout time), someone barged into our room at 8:06 in the morning. We’re assuming it was either the property manager or a cleaning person. This is an easy and understandable mistake, but regardless of that, the person should have at the very least knocked before walking in just to be sure. We were still sleeping at that time and it scared us both half to death. It wasn’t a huge issue since we had to wake up within a few minutes anyway and we were in the bed so no one was changing clothes or anything like that, but had it been 15-30 minutes later the situation could have been much more awkward.

Clean, updated room. Great location and parking (even for the motorcycle trailer).

It was very welcoming and the shower was great but the bed is broken. Sinks in and is very uncomfortable. My husband and I didn't sleep very well because of the bed. If they fix that then it's a great place to stay in a great little town.

The decor and update are well done. The location is unbeatable! They even have high quality soaps and luxury towels . However the bed sinks in the middle and will give you a rough night if you have 2 people . It’s a beautiful 4 poster bed, but not worth it if it’s going to let the bed sag in such an extreme way that it bows and sinks by many inches into a taco! When you’re on vacation you need a good night’s sleep & and it was a very hard to get that. Really disappointing considering they have the right idea .

The Sautee room, small but well kept. Big bathroom. Close to everything. Loved it. Would cetainly go vack.

I paid a couple hundred to stay two nights in a place I thought it would be like a small kitchenette or studio type apartment. When I got there it was one very small room one very small bathroom with a bed that was broke down in the middle and both mornings when my husband and I got up our backs hurt so bad from the mattress being so wore out. Everything thing sunk to the middle!!. I cannot believe I paid hundreds for two nights to stay in a little place where we had no coffee pot, no swimming pool, nocontinental breakfast or any other amenities that if I had paid to stay in a hotel that much money I would’ve had all of that. I was so disgusted when I got here and realize you had to learn how to work the TV, there was no instructions or anything to help. I do not recommend this place, when I looked at the advertisement it showed me a small kitchenette. there was no yard or deck! one small room about 14x14 and small bathroom,

Not bad for a one night or so get away to Helen! Great location too and walking distance to most of the stuff you’d want to do!

The Sautee Suite is very tastefully decorated and the perfect location for walking to the shops and restaurants. The room was super clean and we look forward to staying again.

Room was clean and just what we needed a room with a bed. Most of our time was spent outside so did not need a bunch of space
