This was a great choice for us. we had kayaks and made use of those off the dock a little tricky a ladder would be sooooo great. quiet. screened porch great for dinners. three separate seating areas make it easy to relax not all be on top of each other.
ONLY SUGGESTION - STOCK THE KITCHEN! Not enough forks spoons big bowls for salads etc. quick trip to walmart is all. other wise, clean pretty, beautiful view Ill return if we decide to do Ocean Pines again

We had an amazing time. It was a very nice place and we had a nice relaxing week. My son was very upset that we had to leave and he told me I should buy the house. We may stay there again soon

At around 2pm every day the house would begin an unstoppable spiral in temperature until it was 80 degrees inside by 9-10pm.
The upstairs master bedroom was unbearably hot and even hotter than the rest of the house.
It’s a shame because the house was very nice with a beautiful view.

Lovely house, comfortable beds. Lots of room to hang out and spend time with each other. Kitchen needs some updated cookware. Master bedroom is hot and a/c doesn’t really work well but rest of house was comfortable. Deck could use some repair, boards popping up and a few nails coming loose. But overall we loved staying here. Thank you

Nice place. Deck boards and one sliding glass door needs maintenance but functional. Outdoor glass table in enclosed porch was very dirty. Disappointed that previous renters did not empty dishwasher, left dirty rags in washer, and outdoor garbage cans full of garbage. Put cans out for pickup but the garbage truck bypassed them. Luckily we didn’t have much garbage and we were able to fit into cans. Refrigerator was set on highest setting when we arrived and we didn’t realize the temperature until our produce in bottom drawer and eggs on shelf were frozen and had to be discarded.

Would renovate/upgrade lighting, deck, and some of the furniture. Otherwise this subdivision is nicely located and has lots of amenities. House itself is probably average for this location.

We had a great stay at this home. It had everything we needed and was conveniently located. Hosts were communicative when we had a question and made sure we had what we needed. Would stay again!

The property is perfect for a family getaway. We fished and crabbed right off the pier almost everyday. The rooms were clean and spacious. We will definitely return again and can’t wait to make more great memories there :)

This is our 3rd year back at this rental. We love the location and set up, and the property managers are excellent and super-responsive! We did notice that the cleanliness, which has been top-notch in the past, had a little something to be desired this year.

We thoroughly enjoyed being on the water. The view from the large windows was beautiful. We enjoyed our mornings sitting on the back deck just taking in the peacefulness of it all. The home was well kept and the layout met our needs. We didn’t mind the 15 minute drive to the OC beach. We ended up getting some pool time at the Ocean Pines Beach Club. It was $10pp for the day. It was convenient to the beach for having an outdoor lunch and drinks. We would definitely like to visit again.

Good central location in Ocean Pines. Very quiet and at the end of a really cute canal. The weather wasn't good during our stay so unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of the screened in room or the deck. The house has been well maintained and it was clean.

My 3 daughters and 1 granddaughter (all adults) returned to this house a second year for our girls' fun weekend. Like last year, found it to be all we expected. Very clean and accommodating. Despite chilly weather during our stay, we were able to relax and enjoy our long weekend, and even managed to purchase and enjoy crabs. There's no shortage of eating places and shopping, that's for sure. Had a great time and highly recommend it.

Second time around

I don’t think the pictures does this place justice. Everybody within our party was extremely amazed by how put together the house was. And they had crab pots on the side of the house we managed to catch a couple blue crabs. Great house, I would recommend this place to friends and family.
