Si me gusto mucho pero tuvimos vecinos en el dpto de arriba y se escucha mucho los pasos y cada cosa q hacían, mi marido no pudo dormir x el ruido

El ruido de los vecinos del piso de arriba, no sé si por la construcción o que, pero se escuchaba todo

La zona muy tranquila, ideal para alojarse en los angeles, segura y muy bien ubicada, cerca de todo

Todo estaba muy bien

Appartement salon + 1 chambre, bonne surface, bonne literie, climatisation utile, équipé sèche cheveux et fer à repasser, produits d hygiène fourni et serviettes en nombre, micro ondes et cafetière (café fourni) WiFi top, accès au canal de Venice (Marina del rey) juste derrière l appartement

il manque 1 machine à laver qui serait bien utile et 1 aspirateur à laisser à disposition. Et surtout changer le micro ondes tout rouillé et le.miroir dans la salle de bain tout rouillé, a.noter egalement que les grills du four etaient sales a.notre.arrivee. La plage de Venice ce n est pas ce à quoi nous nous attendions, la plage est bel, le bord de mer.est lui plein de gens bizarres.....mais nous n avons pas eu de souci

It was as described. The bed I slept in was so very comfortable. The TV had apps you could log into. The room was spacious for me and my family. Very clean. The bath /shower has no curtain, just a partial glass wall and no air vent/fan. I found that interesting. We were on the 2nd floor, 444, and our outdoor entryway had a code for entry. We were next to Venice Canals, which was nice to see. Our walk to the beach wasn't too far. We were a close drive to In-n-out Burger, which we absolutely love! Shopped at Trader Joe's for a few groceries because there weren't normal grocery stores around. 🤣 Nice curb appeal!

Parking was not the best, but as people checked out of their rooms, we made it work better. We have our own parking spot, but it's tight! There were 3 spots, and they were seriously crammed. 2 were parallel to the road, and the 3rd was right in the middle of the other two. If there was an open spot on the street, you could park there, but that was rare, and we never could.. There were a lot of people walking up and down the street that seemed sketchy. The number of homeless people in the area was high, too. We didn't feel that safe even with the extra gate code and being on the 2nd floor.

Really nice little first floor apartment a few minutes walk from the beach (we were in 3C) - v prettily decorated inside, super comfy large bed, everything as advertised, coffee and kettle and even a bottle of fizz in the fridge! Parking in the designated spot wasn't a problem for our compact SUV (though I suspect pickup trucks or big 4x4s would struggle). Hosts contactable for any questions we had. Would return again in a heartbeat :)

TV/remote not working when we arrived, though we only really wanted to watch a bit on our first night/when we first arrived, so not an issue - I'm sure if we'd asked our hosts they'd have sorted it out.

Great set up, had everything you need. I liked the thoughtful touches, like having beach bag and towels ready to use. Plenty of towels in the bathroom, good equipment in the kitchen.

The apartment is a lovely little retreat, but a little far from other places and services; definitely best if you have a car (we did not!) There was parking which would have been great if you did have your own vehicle.

The Room was cozy and clean . The parking garage was a big plus didnt have to worry about the rental . Walking distance to the beach !

foam pillows were uncomfortable, thin walls (heard someone talking/ or a T.V.) from both bedrooms

Owner very responsive and polite. Checkout was a breeze with no chores that needed to be done on our part.

there was a loud person next door so it was loud early in the morning when they went out and closed their door but honestly not a big deal!

Parking included but only for small cars that can negotiate the tight access and small garage. Venice beach location is useful, right next to canals.

Small room. Cold and felt damp. Rain from gutters very noisy outside. Walls thin so noise from neighbours was very audible and broke our sleep. Doors closing in next door unit also very noisy. Old lighting appliances. Floor felt gritty. Room generally tired/cheaply appointed. Housekeeping has to be requested. Bathroom very tired.
