Great visit! We really enjoyed our stay!

Family vacation and had a great time. Condo was beautiful and location couldn’t have been better. Kitchen was fully equipped with anything that was needed. Eric was a wonderful host. We will definitely stay there again.

The property was terrific - exactly as advertised. The furnishing inside the condo were new and very comfortable. We will be back!

No drama, just quiet relaxing time. Please keep it that way.

It little family of five had an amazing time at this beachfront condo. It was extremely clean and literally steps to the beach. The owners have thought of everything you might need including beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen items, a pack n play and puzzles and games. The space and layout was a perfect fit for our group and we could have had a few more join us. The owners were super quick to respond to the very few questions we had. We can’t wait to return!

Loved the first floor location

This was an absolutely fabulous place to stay! Very clean, well appointed, and equiped with everything we needed for an anniversary trip for my parents. My parents being older, having the direct access to the pool and beach thru the gate, made it easy for them. The balcony is large with great views from both directions. Eric is a fantastic host and very responsive. He let us know a couple of minor issues before we arrived which weren't anything to worry about. He even brought us the opener for the underground parking when the one was accidentally taken by previous guests. We would stay here again & Highly Recommend it!!

We enjoyed staying here and plan to return. The beachfront access and view can’t be beat. We fixed several meals and found the unit to be well-equipped. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed televisions in two of the bedrooms. First floor location and parking were very convenient. Communication with the host was fast and easy. Great location near Daytona Beach but away from the crowds.

Parking was easy, the property was clean and quiet and secure, we fit right in. Our neighbors on the opposite beachfront balcony were very nice and friendly. The place had everything we needed for our stay and more…just go about 1/2 mile to the Publix and get all the food you need. My daughter loved it, she could get up throw her bathing suit on and a hop, skip, jump and wave of a key fob and she was making a sand castle! There’s much more that’s included here such as beach accessories, outdoor heated pool and garage parking, if you choose…anyhow if you’re reading this and you don’t book…it’s on you! Your wife and children will be happy…and that’s all that matters 😁

Great place. Steps to pool and beach. Easy access for dad who has limited mobility. Nice views from top floor clubhouse. Great spot and prompt communication and help from Eric. We will return next year!

I am over-the-moon happy with our stay at Eric's oceanfront condo! It is tastefully decorated, well-appointed, and CLEAN. Everything we'd hoped for...and more. Eric was a gracious host, and when we return to the area, his property will be our first choice. Well-worth what we spent to enjoy Florida at its finest!

Had plenty of room. Kitchen is huge! Beds were comfy. Host was very accommodating of our super late arrival. Would love to go back and stay longer.

Just as the pictures show, and very easy beach access. The building is also very well maintained and people were very friendly and helpful. Eric was amazing to deal with, super responsive to all questions. Super clean and well stocked. We would absolutely return.

Super nice property. Beach access is so easy, convenient. It is equipped with everything you would need. Cable TV (lots of channels not just basic ones), WIFI, board games, large kitchen, washer/dryer, a very nice balcony. Eric was also great at communicating. Super friendly but professional. We would not hesitate to book again.

The property was nice, the condo was perfect, our stay was absolutely wonderful and the owner was awesome to work with. We will be back. Property is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.

Our stay was nothing but positive from beginning to end! Eric communicated with us upon arrival and was available for any questions and check out. This condo is perfectly located facing the ocean and is creatively and tastefully decorated as well as extremely clean. The sunrise was breath-taking and the sunset from the 11th floor was just as beautiful. The only complaint we had was that our stay was too short!

Easy access to the heated pool and beach. Property manager was very friendly, replied in a timely fashion, and made sure everything was going well. It was like we had our very own private beach. Watched 2 rocket launches from the commons are on the 11th floor. We would go there again!

We had a wonderful time, but too short! Sunrise was beautiful to watch from our balcony. Very convenient location to the pool, beach, and shopping. Eric is the best and he was always available to answer our questions.

This ground floor location of this condo is very convenient. It is clean and well stocked for any occasion that may come up during your stay. The condo is in a nice location on the strip with Publix and many restaurants nearby. Eric was available anytime if needed. Overall it was a great stay.

If you are looking for a condo directly on the beach for you and your family, look no further. This was an excellent stay, just steps from the pool and beach. Eric was great to work with and made the whole process seamless. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The unit was clean and well equipped, just as advertised. My family had a great time! We are planning on a return visit.

My family of four could not have asked for more in a beachside condo. Great open floor plan with a wonderful kitchen. We had some local family over for dinner one evening and had plenty of space for nine people to hang out. The bedrooms gave us plenty of room for two teenagers in the back room and a large master with direct ocean views and balcony access. This property is unique because it has a gate on the balcony that puts you right on the steps to the beach and pool. All the other units have to use the elevator to access the beach through the basement garage. Having the direct access from our balcony has spoiled us so much that we’ll never vacation any other way again. Gorgeous beach sunrises and sunsets. So much to do In the area as well…we took a day trip to Kennedy space center (amazing) and Cocoa Beach. We did not want to leave at the end of our week. Will certainly return to this property. Eric, the owner, was readily available by cell phone and super helpful.
