Checked in with kids. Smelt of dead mice. Found mouse poop in kitchen and living room. Found dead mouse by fireplace. Upstairs bed was not sleepable on. AC still in windows in March. Made several attempts to contact rental agency, Vacasa, with one response and that person never followed up. Left that night and went to a Marriott.

Great location. Property as advertised in VRBO. Clean place. We’ll equipped kitchen. Fast internet. Great value for $. Would rent the same place again.

Had a hard time opening the door because it was difficult to open the chamber that contained the key. Place clean with comfortable beds. Great location. Needed some assistance from Vasca and they got right on it.

The place was disgusting upon arrival. There was a dead mouse in the living room (my children almost stepped on it) floor was not vacuumed, swept or mopped. Old food was all over table, counters, chairs and floor (no wonder why they have mice) dishwasher was full of dirty dishes ans smelled like there may be more dead mice. Vacasa property management didn't acknowledge any of these complaints until I called them, after I contacted them thre automated service and the texting service they offer. The location was great but the cleanliness was terrible.

Exceeded expectations. Clean and cozy. Great location to Storyland and Echo Lake, restaurants. Only complaint is that downstairs shower was very slippery. A bath mat and grab bar would be good.

This was a great place for my husband and I and our 4 children ages 1-8 to stay for our 3 night trip to NH! We especially loved having our own little getaway space with a luxurious tub upstairs while the kids enjoyed having the downstairs to themselves in the evening. We'd definitely come back again next year!

Liked the cozy living area with comfy couch and gas fireplace. Kitchen well stocked for cooking, Very close to road and to all attractions, grocery, ski and shops. Could have been cleaner and Vasasca's response time was slow.

Great place for a weekend getaway with friends. Close to town for groceries and dinner, yet still a nice location away from others. Would definitely return!

Location is very good, close to everything. Plenty of dishes, pans etc

This house is conveniently located near Mt Washington, hiking trails, Saco River and outlet stores. The home itself was clean, updated, and well stocked in terms of kitchen items. Master suite is very roomy and loved the sunk in tub. Being able to do laundry in the home was also an added bonus!

This townhouse was in the perfect location for a week in the Whites. Fully equipped with everything we could need for the week, and more than enough space for two adults. The property was very private despite being a townhouse, we did not see another person during the entire week. Not a lot of backyard/outdoor space but that was ok. Large comfortable living room with a big TV, nice kitchen, and three bedrooms. Would stay again.

The listing indicated partial air conditioning. It had none and when we called, Vacasa didn't have information about it. They did put me in contact with Lisa who was very helpful and came out the next day to put the window unit in. It wasn't in a very good place to cool the house and did nothing for the upstairs. The front door was ajar and unlocked when we arrived the first night at the rental which was pretty creepy. The light in the laundry room didn't work which wasn't a huge deal, but definitely inconvenient, since we had to bring a flashlight in everytime. The porch areas should have been cleaned off so they were usable and the upstairs screen door didn't close all the way. The fire pit was a nice surprise since it wasn't listed. There was an old mattress laying outside of the bedroom window. There was no trashcan for us to use until Lisa came to pull it out of the locked shed.. unfortunately there was no recycling at all. the photos in the listing did a nice job of making it look larger than it was. The mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The tv downstairs had apps that we used a lot during our stay.

The place was tidy but there were certainly areas that could have had more attention, especially since there was supposed to be extra cleaning done because of COVID.

Lisa was very helpful and communicated promptly. It would have been nice if Vacasa had more information about the property when I called.

It was a good location in terms of proximity to North Conway and the white mountains. We come here often and the rental was functional but would rent from somewhere else in the future.

Convenient location close to skiing, shopping and restaurants. Property is clean and comfortable.

The location is great. Halfway between Attitash and Wildcat if you are a skier. It was fun with the jetted tub and Foosball table, and nice big couch to hang out on. A little cramped in the space with a full sized table AND island. Would remove table. Clearly a new purchase by someone who will hopefully finish up some minor remodeling to make it a bit nicer. Has awesome potential! Owner was very responsive when we couldn't figure out how to get the tub to work. BEWARE when you rent, this is managed by VACASA, a rental agency. Not only do you pay a VRBO fee but a VACASA fee which together was pricey, AND the cleaning fee was expensive on top of that (which I'd give cleanliness a 3 out of 5). Still really frustrated by all this. Also disappointed that the price we paid per night was not what we thought we saw on VRBO. That's what I get for not double checking when I hit book.
