Our stay at Sip N Sea was a great time away for a few days. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, it had great outside amenities, the area was so quiet and peaceful, and the weather was nice on top of it all.

Beautiful home! We have a 3 year old and 10 year old and they both were entertained with the nearby beach and plenty of indoor and outdoor toys the home provided! The kitchen was spacious, comfy beds and beautiful deck! We made good use of the grill along with the provided outdoor games! There was a missing sheet on one of the beds and I felt the check-out list was a little bit tedious so give yourself plenty of time to begin the process. Overall- we had a great stay and made wonderful memories!

This was our first time staying at Sip ‘N Sea and definitely not our last! It was the cleanest property and felt like a home away from home. The open layout was perfect and the house had everything you needed, and more! The patio was perfect with a lot of different seating, and you can see and hear the ocean waves. It feels more private with no one on either side of you. We are already talking about our next trip! Our kids 1 and 4 had the best time! I can see making this a yearly trip for us and we look forward to making more memories at this property!

We had the best experience with this perfect beach house. It was extremely clean, super cute, and perfect for our group of teenage girls we had with us. We had the slight mishap of the house being struck by lightning but the property manager was wonderful during the ordeal. She made sure we had everything we needed and got things fixed right away. We will definitely be booking here again!

Property was perfect for our family…grandparents, son & daughter-in-law & grandkids. VERY short walk to the beach (the little wagon on site was perfect!), accommodations were beautiful & everything we could possibly need was provided!! Only issue was the mosquitoes were terrible. Luckily, we’d brought fans to use outside because the temps are so high this summer. We would stay here again!

Beautiful and comfortable home near the beach. Loved the front porch furniture. It was the perfect place for relaxing.

When we walked into the house, you could immediately tell that there is much attention paid to the details that made this weekend rental feel like home. From the custom knobs on all the cabinets to the vast collection of kitchen essentials that made life easy. We will recommend and stay again.

Definitely plan on making this our go to property for future trips to Crystal Beach. This place has a great layout and was very clean.

This property is by far one of the best I’ve stayed at in my 10 years of using vrbo. Absolutely beautiful and comfortable furnishings, wonderfully large deck with enough space for lounging, eating and tanning. Convenient to stores, and extremely close to beach. At the end of road on a cul de sac - so there’s plenty of space in a safe neighborhood. Our group was all adults but there were lots of toys and play things for kiddos. You do not want to pass this home up!!

My family and I stayed a few days at here just for rest and relaxation and beach fun with the kids. We enjoyed our stay here.

We absolutely loved everything about this property. The furniture is so comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. The bathrooms even had more than we needed. I always bring trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper and dish washing supplies, but they had plenty. The beach is super close in walking distance and wasn’t crowded at all even bring spring break. My kids played corn hole every night downstairs listening to music. The back patio was my favorite place, I spent hours out there listening to the waves. The grocery store was very close and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! Home is beautiful with a great open concept. Home is supplied with everything you need and then some for your stay. Literally a 2-3 minute walk to the beach - golf cart entrance/path to each is located at trash can 111. Definitely recommend this home for your next getaway. We will be back for sure!!!

It was a perfect little getaway! The house was big enough to spread out but small enough to be cozy. The porch was my favorite spot each morning! Host is great with communicating and being available for questions. Highly recommend!

Attentive owner, clean home, well cared for. Nice neighborhood and away from the more congested areas of the beach. 2 min walk to sandy beach with great access to lots of wide open space to choose from. Highly recommend renting golf cart, kids loved it! Property has all amenities you need, well stocked with every kitchen gadget you can think of. Even margarita maker! Appliances are nice, quartz countertops, nice color scheme throughout. Very nice theming and not over the top like some beach houses can tend to be. Easy on eyes and great place to relax. Will come back!

The house and property are immaculate. The house is decorated very well and is very spacious for a group of 7-8. Great location that’s a quick walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

This was our second summer in a row to stay at this home on Crystal Beach. The house is wonderful, very clean, and well equipped. Our daughters absolutely love the bunk bed room! It is a very short walk to the beach - they have a wagon we can use to take stuff to the beach which is very helpful. I’m sure we will be back again!

Furnished and equipped with everything you may need and more! We could not have chosen a more perfect place for our vacation! The neighborhood was quiet, yet active and we felt very safe. Our host always responded to our slightest needs and questions. Above and beyond expectations!

Great place to spend quality time with my grown children. Spent lots of time on the beach working on our tans, golf carting up & down the beach looking at all the sights, preparing meals together in the spacious kitchen, playing games, etc. Marilyn’s beautiful home has it all. Very well stocked.

My family had a great time staying at this property. The property management was extremely polite and responsive to our inquiries. The property management also kept us updated on different issues throughout the trip.

We are from Utah and rented the property for a couple of nights during a road trip. The house was easy to find, very clean, roomy, and perfect for hanging out. It poured rain the entire time we were there so I can't comment on beach gear or anything. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved everything about the home. We would have stayed there again in a heartbeat. I have one negative thing to say though which caused us to change our mind about staying there again. We invited family over for the day that we hadn't seen in over 5 years. They were coming to just hang out and have a meal with us. There is nothing in the "rules" against this. They arrived in the afternoon and were there maybe 15 minutes before I received a very curt text from the owner telling me that there was a report from property management that we had people there. She reminded me that our reservation was only for 5 people. She also said that the house wasn't for partying. What?! There was no alcohol or smoking happening, just a nice family get together. We all felt like we were being watched and it honestly made us all pretty uncomfortable and mad. I could have understood her text if the cars were still there at 10 PM. I felt like we were under a microscope with "property management" watching us. If this incident hadn't happened this would be a rave review.

This property has it all. Perfect location in a well kept neighborhood with just a short walk to the beach. So many areas on the property to relax and listen to the waves. We truly enjoyed sitting on the deck every morning and soaking it all in. The house is very well kept and extremely clean. Would highly recommend to any couple or family that is wanting a getaway from the big city. Thank you for sharing yalls home with us. We will be back! PS rent a golf cart! Its a blast driving up and down the beach. You can cruise down to town for dinner or lunch via the beach as well.

This trip was wonderful. Traveling with children under 4 years requieres logistics. Since the day we reserved the communication with the owner was fast and accurate. She was always accesible to answer our questions. The day we arrived it was exactly as described in the manual of instruction she facilitated in advance. The process of installing our selves couldn't be more smooth. The place is clean, perfectly organized and baby friendly. In the first floor you can find enough space for the children to play, a storage with toys and at the same time park easily 3 cars. The second floor has a spacious porch very welcoming, the stairs have a gate that protect children from running downstairs which is a plus. The inside of the house is beautifully decorated. You can find all equipment you need. The kitchen and wet bar have enough pots, plates for children an adults, cooking utensils, bowls, glasses for wine, and a fun margaritaville blender. The laundry room has plenty of clean towels, laundry, dryer machine, broom, vacuum, etc. Each of the rooms has very comfortable beds with plenty of pillows decorated in natural tones which for me was great. Both bathrooms are spacious and with good quality towels. Never less to say, the stay in this property was wonderful, entertaining, and peaceful. Very were very please with the customer service provided by the owner. I couldn't recommend this place more. It will be my to go place in Crystal Beach no doubt.

This has been the nicest, cleanest, most beautiful VRBO we have ever stayed in! They had almost everything you could ever need (except for shampoo and body soap. But we were able to buy that at the store down the road)! There was tons of board games and books to read. And a bunch of outdoor games and beach toys were there. Even a wagon to bring everything to the beach with. The owner was equally as amazing. Any question we had was answered almost immediately! The beach was a short walk (maybe 1/8 of mile) away. And stores and the Ferry were not that far down the road. If youre debating own a quiet but fun place to stay, definitely book this home NOW!
