Tosi kotoisa, siisti, mukava paikka. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Rauhoittava näköala ja ilmapiiri, viihtyisä pieni ravintola. Hyvä sijainti, helppo löytää, Ylläksen palvelut lähellä. 10!

Pikku miinukset ei paljon vaikuta. Kuuma vesi 15 min/tunti. Auto jätettävä ylhäällä, ei saa jättää talon viereen.

This place is totally worth the money we spent. Renting the sauna is a must if you want to have a romantic day that you won't forget!

Everything was perfect. The road near the sauna could be better to walk on if i have to pinpoint something.

Location was even better than what we thought, very close to Äkäslompolo center but still very peaceful. Loved the view in the room, it was amazing to wake up there. Breakfast was delicious.

Would have been even better to see reindeers from the room windows! Joking. :) We saw reindeers on the yard and on the road and we were happy.

The cabins were gorgeous and the surrounds were fabulous. Staff were excellent and very friendly, and the meals were fantastic, with the chef providing a special menu for vegetarians which was exceptional. The spa and sauna were also an absolute pleasure to use, with the added option of jumping in the ice lake.

Loved the room, just like the photos. Cosy & comfortable stay. Breakfast was fantastic and service was amazing. Heated bathroom floors were a plus.

No wifi in our room. We stayed in 10 which is the last one. Hot water runs out in 15 minutes, there was no sign on door to indicate that but staff was amazing and offered a solution.

Stunning view. Staff very helpful & friendly. Fantastic stay. Highly recommend it. Extremely comfortable bed.

First of all: the structure is in a wonderful and quiet area near Akaslompolo. It's a good spot to see the Northern Lights even if the trees around the bungalows hide a lot the lights. Even if it's a WONDERFUL Lodge, for my next tripto Lapland I would choose another structure without trees in the neighborhood.

Let's come to the unpleasant things: we've arrived in the afternoon and they recognized they've made a mistake: we've reserved (and payed in advance) two rooms. They only had one available, the other ones were all fully booked. After almost 2 hours waiting in the room they suddenly told us that one room was available. It was really an unpleasant happening. nobody apologized neither told us something more. Unbelievable, considering the 1000€ we've spent for 2 nights for every room. The breakfast was quite good. Not a lot of things and you cannot choose. They bring you a plate of salami/ham/cheese and another one with a croissant and bread. Then you have some yoghurt and american coffee. Everything else (like a espresso or cappuccino!) is an extra charge! Unbelievable. And last but not least: we were back the second day in the afternoon and surprise, nobody made up the rooms. Nothing, neither emptying the trash bins! It's unacceptable while paying 500€ per night.

Perfect and magical stay ! Dinner at the restaurant was exceptional (and my husband works in a 1* restaurant in paris, he's very difficult), place is wonderful, spa expensive but totally worth the price as you are completely alone, we had the chance to see northern lights the 2 nights we were here

everything. the staff, the location, I rented out the sauna and ice hole aswell- everything was incredible. I couldn’t rate this high enough. wonderful breakfast with even better views and a really comfy beautiful unique stay. definitely the highlight of my holiday !!

The bed was comfortable.

Room wasn't very clean. Floor sticky in front of the fridge and bathroom rug was vet. Breakfast was marginal and I came to breakfast at 8.20 (served from 8-10) and the person serving was surprised and she was not ready. Said: I wasn't expecting anyone before 8.30? Why have hours of operation if you have to announce the day before when you will eat breakfast?

Everything! What a wonderful place. The glass cabins are clean and comfortable, and it’s such a unique experience - Luxury in the middle of the forest. The Sauna is amazing! Especially since you can jump into the lake to cool down. After the sauna, going for dinner at the restaurant (excellent food) will make your evening perfect. Finally, the service was awesome 🤩. Joanna called in advance to coordinate with us, gave us great hiking tips, and was there to help with everything we needed. Highly recommended 👌

Third or fourth visit, always a pleasure. Beautiful and calming glass cottage with a forest view. Great food, tasty (and interesting) wines, relaxed atmosphere and top notch staff! We will be back! Again.

The glass walls all around the bed. Plus enough space for luggage. Toilet with showers. Heating is fantastic. Food in restaurant is delicious. Saw Northern lights from bed.

The location and the Lodges are very beautiful and extraordinary. The on-site service person was amazing.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right at all. Much too expensive for little service. Although an airport transfer / shuttle is listed when booking, I was only sent a cab website about which I had to take care of it myself. Arrival from the airport by cab about 1h for 130€. I was told that it was currently just too busy for offering that service. But on site, not even all lodges were rented. The breakfast is very small for this price. There was hardly a vegan alternative. When I communicated this and asked nicely for something vegan just for the next breakfast (we stayed two nights), management told me they could not make an exception. Since this would otherwise have to be made for everyone. Yes, that's what I'm asking for. I am a guest, paid a hell of a lot of money and this is not a big wish. However, the on-site service person was insanely sweet and then offered me a few more slices of vegan cheese. Accommodation is located outside. Without a rental car, a cab ride costs 30€ to the nearest supermarket (one way for 10 min drive). Please, offer at least a free shuttle service to that very close city, as cabs are insanely expensive. Upon arrival, we were told that unfortunately there was no more space in the restaurant and we would have had to make a reservation. To get something for dinner we had to spend again 60€ for the trip to the supermarket. In addition, to the already 130€ from the airport cab. With the exception of the really insanely nice lady on site, there was almost no service. And I expect that at these prices. Here you want to make it easy.

The staff was really friendly, also in a great location, but still far enough to get the perfect dark during the night to see the aurora. The view from the bed is just wonderful. The sauna and the jacuzzi is also worth to try. It's perfect to switch off, because there is no wifi and tv. Breakfast was also delicious.

You won't find a more stunning, picture perfect accommodation anywhere. Sleeping in a glass box surrounded by a literal winter wonderland was like a dream. The surrounding woods are delightful for wandering in. If you're lucky enough for the Northern Lights to show up while you're there, then prepare for your life to be changed. Watching the Northern Lights dance directly above me, while I lay cosy in bed falling asleep, will be something I remember for the rest of my life. But even if the Northern Lights don't show, staying here is still an incredible experience.

If I had to nitpick, then I would say the bathroom is a bit small. But it works fine and is not really a major issue. It would have also been nice for the room to come with a small fridge.

Cabins were quite nice and clean

We arrived at 6pm by car and wanted to have dinner, however die to covid restrictions we could not eat. We wanted to order room service, but this was not possible, so we were told to go to supermarket. This was not mentioned in the email or on the website. The cabins are very far from the parking. We had two bags, and we had to use sleighs to get them to the cabin, without any help. Since the road is very steep, it was difficult. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. There was no choice, there are only 3 plates of bread, salami and cheese, and yoghurt with no vegetarian option. There was also an extra charge for a cappuccino (which turned out to be not a cappuccino)
