The apartment met all our high expectations in terms of facilities, location and on-site support. Only the main road caused some noise on the otherwise beautiful terrace where we enjoyed the sunset nearly every evening. Brice, the contact person on site, looks after us personally and has great tips for restaurants. Arrival, check-in and everything around the apartment worked really well. The apartment is very well located for shopping and the harbor with various water sports. A car is recommended. Many thanks and we will come back :-)

This was a wonderful apartment in Puna’auia, about 10 minutes away from the airport and 15 minutes from the ferry dock and Papeete Market. The owner was responsive and helpful before and during our stay, and the apartment is gorgeous. It was extremely clean, had a luxury feel, a ton of space, and a beautiful balcony. It is in an extremely safe area with gated access (all of Tahiti felt safe to us, really), and we LOVED the food trucks at the little park at the bottom of the street. The park is within walking distance (or there’s a small parking lot if you want to drive) and we ate at least one meal a day there between breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Poke Bar II was our favorite! The only thing I didn’t love was that you could hear traffic noise from the street below pretty much at all times - not like “New York city traffic,” but the sound of cars and motorcycles; and not from inside if the doors were closed, but when sitting on the balcony; so it wasn’t the most peaceful setting but we still enjoyed it. All in all this was a great experience and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect spacious modern apartment with wonderful views close to everything you need. 10-15 min cab from airport. Short cab or bus to Papeete. Four of us stayed 3 nights before joining our cruise and 2 nights after, before flying home. Great location close to supermarket (Marina Supermarket a short walk away has an amazing range of fresh fish, sushi, sashimi, fruit and veg, pates, cheeses and baguettes as well as groceries and alcohol!), and the Parc Viapoopoo is a great place for ‘night market’ style dining with crepes, pizza, steak, salads, poke bowls on offer. Brice the Concierge was very helpful with cab bookings, car hire recommendations etc. The apartment is beautifully decorated with all you need to feel like you are at home. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here for a few days prior to our cruise. Communication with both Eric and concierge Brice was excellent, and the apartment was spotless, modern, and comfortable. We greatly appreciated the detailed directions and videos to help find and enter our first time, along with their flexibility in getting us situated at a very early arrival time. This was an excellent place to start our Tahitian dream vacation!

Everything was as described. The apartment was comfortable and Eric and Tama were very helpful. Makes my list of places to return to.

This place was amazing. So modern and clean and Brice’s service was fantastic. Everyone was so responsive. It’s a beautiful place, definitely stay here but a car is recommended (easy as there is free parking)

Brice and his team were amazing from check in to check out. The apartment was beautiful and setup perfectly. Close to shops and restaurants. The sunset views were awesome every night. Will be staying here again.

The apartment was excellent. It is extremely clean with all the amenities one would require. The communication before and during the stay was terrific. We arrived an hour later than expected and Brice, the concierge, still ensured that we were met (thanks Tama for your patience with our late arrival late in the evening) and shown around the apartment. The parking is secure and safe and the location is very good to do day trips from (a rental car is highly recommended) as well as pick up groceries for the stay. I believe the building is only 3 years old making everything brand new and in working order. The balcony has a great view of the water looking over at Moorea. The morning rush hour traffic is somewhat noisy and that is the only negative comment I would have. It's a must stay when in Tahiti. Total luxury!

This property is extremely well maintained, clean and luxurious. The bedding is very comfortable. Everything was top notch. What really sets this property apart is the fantastic concierge support from Brice and Tama. They are so anxious to please and go well out of their way to ensure your stay is wonderful. They are happy to assist with arranging transportation and reservations and provide suggestions to enhance your stay. First class all the way at this property.

The apartment was fantastic, had everything and more you could need. Brice the concierge was just amazing. He organised our pick up from the airport, was available all the time, even came to see us during our stay to check everything was good. He is a huge asset to the apartment. Things that could be improved was the cleaning of the pool, whilst the water was clear there was a lot of debri at the bottom of the pool. If you don't have a car it is only a short, but careful, walk to nearby amenities, shop, bus etc. However, there is no walkway, with cars in both directions on a sharp bend. The road from the apartment is not lit at night and was difficult to walk.

This condo is modern and new with great appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer) and amenities (pool, gym, gated parking, secure building, fully air conditioned except for laundry room) We loved sitting on the deck every night to watch the stunning sunsets over Moorea and the marina. The location is about two blocks off the main road so some things are walkable but it also means that you can hear the highway from the deck. We appreciated the Bluetooth speaker provided to put music on when we sat outside. We did rent a car and would recommend that, since the condo is in a nice suburb of Papeete and about 10 min driving from the city center and ~2km from many restaurants and stores. Brice, the concierge, was super helpful during our stay and so welcoming. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Eric’s place.

D'abord un très grand merci à la personne qui s'occupe de l'appartement, pour sa gentillesse et son accueil. L'appartement est parfait, moderne , de très bon goût et d'une propreté irréprochable. Comme nous l'avons signalé juste dommage qu'il se trouve le long de la route principale et est donc assez bruyant, par ailleurs il est donc facilement accessible et proche de toutes les commodités . This was our second stay here in April and everything was perfect. The unit is beyond nice and the views cannot be beat. We went to several restaurants that were within walking distance and there are several stores also within walking distance. Again Brice outdid himself helping us with reservations and taxis. He also arranged for my wife to be seen by a local clinic and went with her to interpret. Amazing place and an amazing value. Thank you Eric and Brice for a wonderful stay!!

Property booked March 25 & 26th, 2022. Luxury is what you get but the excellent service is totally unexpected. Eric, who owns the condo was terrific to deal with and his manager Brice was was a superb host! Whatever we needed we contacted Brice and it was done. We asked if we could get a typical Polynesian dinner the first night for 4, between Eric and Brice, they prepared and it was served on the outside table. Outstanding!! Such a treat and wonderful flavours. The location is great and the view was killer. If you are lucky enough to be able to book this property you will not be disappointed. Regan Vernon, BC

Fantastic views, extremely clean and great security. A easy walk to Parc Vaipoopoo with fantastic on the water food truck dinning.

This property is absolutely impeccable. The building is brand new and well designed. Our kitchen was fully stocked with supplies so we could easily prepare meals. We had breakfast each morning in the condo. Brice was excellent during checkin and checkout. He even helped us book an island Safari tour last minute that we thought we were going to miss out on. Location is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and a grocery store. I’d highly recommend this condo.

I just want to say that we have our own property rental that we manage through vrbo, and this place is top notch! The owner has his concierge, Brice, available to you if anything is needed or if you have any questions regarding the area or your stay. He's also available to cook proper tahitian meals for an extra cost which we didn't take advantage of, but we thought that was a very nice thing to offer! Brice is very kind and knowledgeable, he made us feel welcome upon check in and during our stay. He even helped with arranging taxi's for us. The property itself is by far beautiful in the pictures, but more stunning in person! Everything is very modern and streamlined. There is a high end kitchen, even the cabinets were shining, which is a feat in itself since they get fingerprints and such on them very easily. We applauded the cleanliness of the place, very impressive!There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a rainfall shower and come with local soaps and shampoos, very nice touch.The beds are on the firmer side, so comfortable, the linens are higher end and pillows also.The icing on the cake is the lanai/ balcony area. It has a large, beautiful natural wood table for dinners outside and a nice swinging egg chair to relax in. The view, is stunning! It was so wonderful to spend out last few days just taking in the gorgeous view of the ocean and moorea in the distance. Make sure to catch the sunsets, they are magical!There is a food truck just down the hill, about a 5-7 min walk. They offer nice sized pizzas and sweet or savory crepes. They grocery store is about an 8-10 min walk. It's a well stocked store however, we made the mistake of walking there in the middle of the day. It made a short walk, feel like a mile lol Don't set out to walk there during the hottest time of the day! Lol Beach access is literally down the hill and across the street, 5 mins tops. There's also the blue banana near by which I've heard was good, however we didn't make it there. Lastly, the pool is amazing! It's very nice to have that available to use if the beach isn't an option for you. Overall, our stay was top notch, 10/10! Highly recommend, come here for high end, tranquil stay! Thank you!

COMMUNICATION: Was great, both with owner Eric and with his concierge Brice. Even before we exited customs/baggage area, Brice was in contact to make sure we were progressing properly and knew where to go. Arrival late night, so this support is very appreciated. Had to depart a half day early without confirmed seats on new flight at midnight - Eric promised to come pick us up at airport if we couldn't get on the flight! So generous and hospitable! CONVENIENCE: Airport departure to front door was less than 15 minutes!! Our favourite beach was PK18, a 10 to 15 minute drive away, smooth warm clear waters and tons of fish. Groceries, gas, other services were all within a 5 to 10 minute drive, all incredibly convenient. Safe off-street parking under the building. CLEANLINESS: Top of most travellers’ lists, and this condo was immaculate. The floors and cupboards were spotless, the linens lacked any smell of old/stale, kitchen wares spotlessly clean. Kitchen has a smart rubbish/recycle center with sealed bins to prevent any nasty odors. We really enjoyed cooking a meal there, and the new induction stove was quite amazing to use. TONS of counter space and cupboard space to store things and prepare a meal. AIR CON: Tropical humid Tahiti, so effective A/C is much appreciated. Bedrooms had properly closeable doors, we could seal off the bedroom and keep it cool, but fully open the balcony doors and other windows elsewhere in the condo and enjoy fresh sea breezes in the daytime. SPACE: Condo is very expansive and has high ceilings, the living room/kitchen and the master bedroom are very large, tons of space. Master has a huge ensuite/shower and huge closet with tons of storage to fully unpack and get your clothes/baggage out of sight. Lovely local soaps and shampoos, wonderful tropical scents. VIEWS/AMBIANCE: The star of this condo is the lanai/patio! It’s huge, can accommodate a dining table for eight, cozy reading chair in one corner and two cozy armchairs in another corner. Truly a living space, not simply a balcony. 180 degree view of west coast of the island, full views of the lagoon and Moorea. Can stay dry even when it rains. Huge wide and deep pool and beautiful gym. We thank Eric for his hospitable nature and dealing with travellers who had such messy flight arrangements, and we thank him for the incredible Tahitian lunch he brought by one day! We hope to return again one day very soon!

This place is amazing! The views are spectacular. Everything is first class. The apartment is well equipped. It’s exactly like the pictures and probably better! Brice our concierge is professional and precise. Both he and Eric were great with communication. We requested a taxi big enough for 4 and a lot of luggage. Our requested taxi was waiting for us at the airport and Brice was waiting for us at the apartment. He went the extra mile to help us get settled. I highly recommend this VRBO.
