We have rented a lot of beach houses and although they were all beautiful, there were always little unexpected surprises (not clean, not kept up, not enough room etc.). This home exceeded our expectations. It fit our family perfectly and was well equipped. The pool in the afternoon after a day at the beach was an added bonus. We would rent this home again.

Took the family on spring break. Had a decent amount of room for our large extended family. Even though the weather was windy, managed to enjoy the pool and ocean. Property is set up very well. Owner communication was excellent and the rental process simple.

Being right on the beach was fantastic. Pool was nice and heated, even though the weather was cool we were at least able to get in. Area felt relaxed and safe. Kitchen was very well equipped.

The property was beautiful and just as described. We had an amazing week despite some unfortunate weather. The owner was very easy to work with and responsive to any of our needs. The elevator was very helpful for my mother-in-law and made her stay much better. We will be planning another family trip back in the hope of better weather. We looked FOREVER to find a just-right vacation property; we wanted something that felt isolated but wasn't to far removed from the surrounding community, had great views and that the interior décor was comfortable but nice (especially since we expected cool temperatures to impede our outside time). This house hit all the marks! Our group consisted of 7 people of 3 generations, ages 68 to 4. Everyone was comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out. Everything we could have wanted was there on hand, and in great condition. The house was perfectly lovely, and the beds were some of the best we've slept on- it made an already relaxing vacation even better. The owner was communicative and friendly. The local Instacart deliveries made acquiring groceries and any needed items a breeze and we hardly left the house. The views were incredible, and having the amazing views of the sound as well as the ocean and no other properties right next to us made it feel like we had our own little paradise with no intrusions. Future travelers should note that there is a development under construction (January 2022) to the immediate left of the house on the adjacent lot...but that won't stop us from getting back as soon as we can.

We had a great time at Ben’s place. Everything was just right for our family with 5 bedrooms, 3 with beach views. The house was right on the beach and we loved the views. We’ll be back!

Fantastic Beach home for our family reunion. Everyone was impressed with the beauty, decor and location of the property. The elevator was a hit with our older folks and everyone loved the pool, decks and easy beach access. Thank you for a great stay!

The house was absolutely stunning - just as pictured! Everyone loved it. It felt remote and was definitely spacious enough for our group of ten. Loved having an option of going to the private pool or private beach and that it wasn’t a long walk to either. The beach was quiet and beautiful. We felt like we had it all to ourselves most days. We’d definitely stay here again. The only downfall is that construction started on a house right next door to this property, so that was a bit annoying (and loud) at times, but no fault to the owner.

Clean, organized, well-stocked, and fantastic location. RIGHT on the beach. It would be fine to monitor older kids on the beach and/or pool from the deck. We loved the enclosed outdoor shower. The only complaint we had (and it is a very minor one) is that it would have been nice to have had blackout curtains in the bunk room.

The location of the house was amazing. Sunsets on the inlet were gorgeous and the pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. Love Topsail and this house was great. Owner was very responsive.

Our family has been staying at Topsail for a summer vacation for almost 15 years. There are 6 adults and our 6 kids ranging from 7 - 17 years old. We always struggle to find enough space. This house was perfect for us! Plenty of chairs in the living room, a large TV for nighttime movies, a beach just steps from the house that was virtually private, plenty of sturdy deck chairs, and a pool with an outdoor shower for when the beach got too hot. We loved the Samsung fridge with the TouchPad - you can play music or log into your social media! The fridge in the garage downstairs was perfect for keeping cool drinks nearby. Very comfortable beds and a well-appointed kitchen. The only thing we would have liked was an outdoor table on the 2nd level deck to take advantage of the shade. We are already planning to book for next year. The owner was very communicative, checking in to make sure all was OK with the house upon arrival. I can't say enough good things about our experience.

This was the nicest house for cleanliness, proximity to the beach, decor, stocked kitchen and privacy. The owner was super fast in answering any questions. The house is beautiful and homey.

The check in and check out procedure was super simple. The property manager communicated with us throughout the stay; he was very responsive. The house is gorgeous and spacious. Immediate beach access and it felt like we had our own private beach. The house has everything a family needs to enjoy a lovely week at the beach!

This was my families second time staying at this lovely home and it was even better this time! The house itself is meticulously maintained and is very comfortable. This year it felt like we had our own beach! There aren’t any homes for several lots on either side so we weren’t sharing the beach space with anyone. Last time there was a small public parking lot somewhat nearby but this year it was all but gone- seems the grasses and dunes have taken over which was a huge plus for us! We are looking forward to another trip next summer! Thanks for hosting us! It was a treat!
