Location and views of the house

I asked to check out an hour later because one of my friends flight was at 4pm the person who checked us in said that they could not due because they had to prepare the house for new guests, I said it was ok for them to prepare the house while the person lounges for an hour, they could still go on with the cleaning, however when the cleaning lady came they literally kicked out my 2 friends. Also on Sunday cleaning lady did not come even though there was a cleaning fee that I paid for…. I know it is a Sunday however they should make a plan with their cleaning team. In hotels Sunday they still clean your rooms, especially because of the price I paid, the treatment I got was poor…

No ACs in the unit, only in 1 room. False advertising! We brought it up with the agent who deferred ya to Nox Rentals. nox rentals has yet to compensate us, will update this if they ever do! On top of this there where bugs everywhere ! And the pool was dirty, the filter wasn’t working! Expecting some sort of compensation!!
