Cozy cabin located near Big Cedar Lodge. Very comfortable & clean cabin amongst many similar properties. The only thing keeping this from getting 5 stars was the property is showing its' age & could use a face lift on the outside.

(Lil Treehouse, Trails End (Branson Cedars) Feb 15-17, 2024) It turned out a skunk had nested and sprayed under the porch and the smell was intolerable. Rent Branson offered air fresheners and to change the air filters in the morning but we couldn't have slept there. The smell was so bad. After a couple of hours they offered an alternate cabin, which seemed fine overnight, but less than 24 hours later, that cabin's plumbing backed up, leaving 1/2 inch of standing water all over the floor throughout the cabin and we couldn't use any sinks, toilets, the hot tub, or other water. Being 4+ hours from home, we had to pay for a hotel and meal out, instead of enjoying the rental and cooking in as we'd planned. Repeated, polite conversations by phone and email with Rent Branson resulted in an offer to refund only for one night, which equalled about 20% of our total cost, not even the taxes or cleaning fees. We asked for refund of these fees as well, as we paid all of those fees plus a reservation fee for the two nights. So far it's been over six weeks month and they refunded that small amount, then they stopped responding to emails. Beyond the first call when VRBO set up a case number, VRBO has not helped. I hate leaving bad reviews but we need more help than this. We had less than 24 hours of rest and relaxation in what was a 3 days, 2 nights, Feb. 15-17 reservation period. We occupied the first cabin less than 1 hour and in the second, less than 24 hours.

Fun little escape cabin! Loved the hottub and the patios! A hop skip and a jump from top of the rock ⭐️⭐️🙌

Had a wonderful stay at this cute little gem. We celebrated our anniversary and had the best time! The weather was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub under the starry night. The cabin was cozy and clean. Pillows and bed were also perfect for us and we enjoyed a good night’s sleep. The only recommendation is additional ventilation in the upstair bedroom. We slept downstairs so it didn’t matter to us.

The cabin is beautiful and the hot tub was great. Close enough, but far enough away from everything. A couple of things: The area is nice, but the back of the cabin faces a main road. There was a good bit of traffic, so sitting on the porch or being in the hot tub weren't exactly private. But, there is a pretty good distance between the cabin and the road. There are other cabins in the same development where the back porch faces a wooded area. The coffee pit needs descaling or they need a new one and there is a limited amount of towels and wash clothes. Other than that, everything was great.

It was a beautiful little cabin! A little more work could go into the cleaning part of it but it was a great place for us to be able to hang out for the weekend! The kitchen is stocked with almost everything needed. There is one bedroom and bathroom upstairs, and 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The heat rises, so it makes the 2nd floor a lot different temp than downstairs but the fan helps. The showers are good sized and pressure was good. The hot tub is right outside the downstairs bedroom door, easily accessible and was a nice touch! It’s a place we would stay again when needed

Comfortable and relaxed!! Hot tub was great :) only got to use once . The weather was omg !! But it is winter and that is how goes. Would go back again in a HEARTBEAT. Thanks for having us.!!

The property management extremely responsive. Told them the gas grill did not work, they fixed it. Only negative with more than 2 it would be too small from the common area.

This small cabin is located in a quaint location just down from the main entrance to Big Cedar Lodge. Nice and quiet. Great for walking our dog. The cabin is simple, with basic kitchen and bathrooms. But, there way more going for than not.

Cabin was great and hosts were very responsive and checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. Great location and only a few minutes from Big Cedar and Top of the Rock! Enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our time! The cabin was super cute. My son really enjoyed his stay and loved the hot tub. No complaints💗

My wife and I celebrated our 30-year anniversary at this beautiful cabin (Lil' Treehouse) with our oldest son and his new bride. What a delightful cabin for two couples! The back deck with the hot tub was my place of peaceful retreat and the interior was very comfortable and inviting. We were treated with a rain that had a soothing sound inside the cabin as it fell on the roof. We played on the disc golf course, which was a lot of fun. And finally, it is well located for all the activities and shows Branson has to offer, with Sight and Sound Theater being our destination activity of choice. By the way, the show (Queen Esther) was incredible and we watched it twice (once up close and once from the back). We highly recommend the perfect accommodations and the responsive Rent Branson staff who made our stay so enjoyable!

This was our third year staying with Branson Vacation Rentals. We highly recommend booking with them directly (travel apps just add more fees). Lil' Treehouse was perfect for our small family. The kitchen and living area are economy-sized, but same cleanliness and quality. Deck and hot tub were in good shape. Both beds and baths had plenty of room. Cool little place to relax conveniently far enough away from the busy-ness of Branson.

Beautiful place to stay while on vacation. The cabin was Awesome, beautiful area, but when it came to the jacuzzi/hot tub, it could've been cleaner and alot more sanitary. Sorry but not getting in something that the water hadn't been changed in who knows how long. Plus stuff was floating in it and dirt was in the bottom. And not gonna start on the roaches, I mean you're on the mountains, in a log cabin, but could use a bombing a lil more often. But not bad enough to make me say "I wouldn't stay again, bc I would! Like I said beautiful place to stay!Just wish I could've used the hot tub. Enjoyed my vacation and where I stayed, would definetly do it again! Only being honest..

This is a very cute and well-maintained cabin. My daughter lives in Nashville and we met here to spend a few days together in the Branson area. Two separate bedrooms (one on each level) and each has its own bathroom which is great. This cabin had everything we needed for our stay. Cabin was clean and directions on check-in and out were very easy to follow. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Lil Treehouse was a comfortable, quiet, and relaxing getaway. Great location just south of Branson. Will definitely stay here again.

Positives: Beautiful setting. The cabin is cute. Love the decorations. Quiet over staying in a hotel or condo because it is a self contained house. Two bathrooms, which was helpful. House is well maintained. Easy to get in and out of the house with a convenient, individualized code. Conveniently located to activities at Big Cedar. Negatives: The upstairs bedroom is much bigger but the bed frame squeaks with any movement and needs to be fixed or replaced. Only two chairs for seating at the table for eating, which doesn't make sense for a cabin that sleeps four people. Only room for three adults comfortably on the sofa for watching movies, also a bit odd for a cabin sleeping four. The road directly behind the house can be quite loud with traffic during the day, although thankfully you don't hear it inside the house, just noticeably loud if you're out enjoying the decks. Would give it a five rating if they fixed the seating.

The getaway was great. I took the 2nd floor suite and loved it. I had the privilege of a midnight thunderstorm. Very interesting in a log home. The bed was very comfortable and there were more than enough pillows. Thank you for a great stay. I’ll be back.

Dust bunnies...Roaches in downstairs bath and around fireplace...door on downstairs shower would not close (or open)...inadequate seating(worse problem of all)..nice hot tube...comfortable beds...nice location

We stayed at the Lil Treehouse for our honeymoon. Will definitely return for future Anniversaries. Loved how it was excluded yet close enough to Branson and all the festivities. Very clean and quiet property. The property managers were in constant contact if we were ever in need of anything. We didn’t have any hiccups and everything went just perfectly. Definitely recommend to future vacationers.

cozy cabin was perfect for our family of four! Enjoyed the hot tub several times. Enough towels and essentials for our 3 day stay. Beds sufficient. Location was perfect for our golfing, eating at Big Cedar and day trip to Dogwood Canyon. Would highly recommend!
